Tasteless watery chicken chop suey and mushrooms with beef was not good. Couldnt tell the difference between the chop suey and the mushroom/beef combo - just brown water so disappointed ! The plus side, the delivery driver was lovely and so polite. Back in the day this was the best takeaway now ? Would not irder again 😳

Everything amazing as usual. A long standing customer here. High quality ingredients and never once dissatisfied. Prawn chow mien is exquisite along with the duck and lamb.

Visiting the area - this was one of the best beef chow menus I’ve had!! Would definitely order from again if back in area!

I normally wouldn’t write a bad review like this but it really was the worst Chinese takeaway I’ve had. Meat like rubber and everything tasted bland or chemically. It’s just a shame, I don’t understand how it can possibly be so bad.

Awful, very bland and sauces stodgy, pancake roll dry and very bland. Couldn’t eat the chicken curry, you could slice the sauce it was so thick.

Food was delivered exactly on time and was absolutely delicious. Couldn’t recommend more.

We are Singapore Kitchen regulars and they never disappoint for a great takeaway night. The crab & corn soup with prawn crackers is a must when I’m feeling run down or unwell. The prawn / vegetable chow mein and the Thai red curry is also always a hit in the family. Never had an issue ordering. We always order online or over the phone (much cheaper than delivery sites) and it’s ready to collect in 10/15 minutes. Delicious, comforting and freshly made food with reasonable prices that always hits the spot. Can easily feed a family of 5 within £30-40. Definitely recommend!

Got takeaway egg fried rice and satay bean curd, it was delicious and not too spicy. It was a treat for me because often I can't get bean curd with anything other than black bean sauce at a Chinese restaurant!

Safer to order this fare through Just Eats for reasons I'd rather not share! Been ordering this fare through Just Eats for years (and been with ordering directly for over 20 years) without any compromising issues. It's now going to stay that way!!!

Poor quality chips and chicken balls batter was on the soggy side. very greasy and poor meal overall and way overpriced.

Meh. Had this last night after a four hour drive expected more really. But people were nice. Just no flavour for a Chinese.

Driver was impatient and asking for a tip. I found this unusual. However he was prompt.

Food never arrived!! They sent an email an hour later saying they couldn't find me but never called or rang bell. No other delivery has ever struggled as I live on a main road. Very poor service, don't recommend

This could just be a one off. I particularly wanted the prawn style butterfly prawns. That’s the reason we took our chances and ordered through a different restaurant than our usual ones. We had a takeaway. It just wasn’t even edible for me and my partner. We ordered the prawn toast it was soaked in oil it was just seeping out. It smelt like it had burnt and was scraped off. We also ordered the butterfly style prawns, you couldn’t even taste that it was prawns again soaked in old oil, didn’t taste fresh. We had to leave both of these. They weren’t edible. My rice was soggy and the peas were hard, very odd. The chicken balls were thick in batter, this is personal preference I think, I did pick out the chicken which was tender and nice. I don’t know if the oil used was just very old and overused but even the prawn crackers tasted odd. My partner said his was edible but tasted better. We definitely will not be ordering again. It’s such a shame that our anniversary meal will be memorable for the wrong reasons.

We are staying in Hove for the weekend and came across this Chinese takeaway - I can honestly say it’s the best Chinese we have had. It was very fresh - it didnt taste greasy and portion sizes were good. Prawn on toast was delicious, in fact it all was! Would def recommend

Food was awful . I couldn’t eat it. Beef was like rubber. Sauce tasted strange and the curry sauce was like wall paper paste. Really disappointing. Had good food previously but this was a complete waste of money

The food is always very delicious from Singapore Kitchen. Sometimes the prawns in batter are a bit crunchy, but most of the time they are yummy.

Chicken balls should be crispy not like memory foam. Very average.

Ordered on deliveroo, we were very happy with portion sizes and the food wasn't greasy at all, we would say that it could do with a little bit more salt but was easily added at home to our taste. We were a bit sad not to receive any prawn crackers with our order as these are usually free with any Chinese I have ordered from before, specially as we spent £70 on our food, so if you order from here make sure you add them to your order to avoid disapointment. Overall it was nice and we would likely order again as these are small points for improvement.

Best Chinese we’ve had in years! Our usual Chinese was not open last night so we had a delivery and the food was absolutely gorgeous! Used Uber eats. 👌🏼

Just gone down hill over the past year, we have continued to order from here but tonight will be the last. Noodles have no love all are given to them, hardly taste like a Chinese. Salt and chilli chips need a extra kick… chicken wings from the freezer and the duck cooked wrongly. Had enough of this even when ordering different dishes, will not order again.

Shocking service when you place your order and then the food was like not worth a penny, horrible cheap not tasty food

Did a quick search on Buzz on Boundary fb group and Singapore Kitchen was the most recommended. I can see why, all the food was delicious, very good portion sizes, not in the least bit greasy, the spring rolls were cooked perfectly, rather than over done, hard and crispy which has been my only experience of spring rolls before. The sauces were nice and thick and not watery which has also been a common issue from other Chinese deliveries. Last but not least, it arrived in 20 minutes! I will 100% be ordering from here again. A note about the delivery time, because I started the order online as a pre-order at 4.50 it didn’t let me choose as soon as possible for the delivery, I had to choose a delivery slot that was in 90 minutes time and would have been too late for my children. I asked for it to come ASAP as a special note and as a result it arrived 20 minutes later. The delivery man was lovely and asked if they had done the correct thing by ordering ASAP rather than the stated time and explained it was because I had put the order in before 5pm.

Lovely yummy takeaway for me and the fam. Ribs where delicious!

The food was average. Don't order the mini vegetable spring rolls. They are packed in a fancy box, could not find a single piece of veg in every single spring roll; only a paste with ginger flavour. The ribs was ok.

Best Chinese I've eaten in years and so much choice

WRONG ORDER for the FIRST time in over THIRTY years. I ordered Chicken Chinese style and got Chicken Pineapple. Nevertheless, SUPERB CUISINE and definitely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

roast pork vermicelli is great, service is quite and portions are generous.

We order from here all the time and we was so disappointed this time the rice was dry the chow mien was greasy vermicelli was disgusting and ribs were definitely not what we’ve had before I don’t know if itschanged hands or chef but we will not order from here again shame as we have been using this Chinese for at least 10 years

Before i placed my order at 1905 it said it would arrive 1940-1955. Then straight after placing my order it said 2025-2045, adding at least 45 mins to the stated time, meaning my order could take up to 1 hour 40 mins. I ended up intercepting my order at the restaurant to get it much earlier. So my ordering through just eat was a complete waste of time. I felt cheated because I wouldn’t have placed the order knowing how long it would take to deliver.

Don’t usually get Chinese takeaway because I’m gluten intolerant, but the chap on the phone spent some time with me working out which dishes I could have and which they could modify to not contain gluten! Ordered from the website which was pretty easy, the driver was polite, the food arrived piping hot and it is good! Reasonable portion sizes for the price too. Thank you!!

Cannot be beaten for quality or quantity. Cannot NOT be eaten with excitement and fulfilment. Resistance is a time-waster. There is just NOTHING tastier!!!
