Silver Wing in Edinburgh, City of

Not been in here for years...we were in the hall the other day for a reception after a friend's funeral. Good size function suite, bar on that side, the family had it set up with sandwiches and refreshments. Even though it was a sad occasion, it was good to sit together and get a chat with friends and family. The bar staff were great, helpful and friendly. Good sized toilets, all clean. Easy to get to by bus and also plenty of parking.

Popped in at 9.45am Saturday 2nd of September. Well looked after by the barmaid (sorry didn't catch her name ) The lass fair looked after her regulars. If only other employed staff like her. Great selection of Beers.

Fantastic bar , Like an american roadhouse , Very clen , nice decor , very relaxing atmosphere , grest place to hang out with friends . Excellent , service . Friendly bar staff , great coffee and wonderful caraoke , and entertainment .

Great pub great service karaoke was on with a few not bad chanters but some terrible ones as well (including the wife) decent prices open till 1am good night out

Classic flat-roofed pub. A proper local for people from the area - to be clear, I'm not from the area, and the staff were prompt and polite.

Nice pub. Good size, pool table and dartboard. Always seem to show the football. Get a decent pint here. Staff are sound. Always a good crowd in here. Live music on weekends

Silver Wing started serving food. Great pub meals. Food was excellent especially there curry. Fantastic prices 👏

I visited the chip shop next door to the pub I dont drink.alchohol being served in a built up housing scheme.terrible.
