Order didn’t turn up again 2nd time in 2 weeks, had to telephone them, as order said delivered and enjoy. The driver delivered elsewhere, but they did do the order again and delivered it themselves on both times.

The best southern fried chicken I have ever had. It was so fresh and crispy. I would recommend this place to anyone. KFC or McD are nothing compared to the taste of their fried wings. Keep up the good work. Definitely visiting again! 🥰♥️

Order was wrong. Instead of a chicken shish kebab, my wife got a doner with burger sauce. Not the first time an order has been wrong, sometimes missing something.

normally all good but the last few times I've ordered items have been missing. the first time was a can of coke, fine I got a refund. ordered chicken kebab tonight and they haven't included the pitta bread....

Took food to completely wrong house, I ordered at 5.32 didn’t receive food till after 9 at night so over two and half hours and 5 phone calls before kebab shop owned their mistake and then redone my order! Was shocking tbh if you have kids to feed I wouldn’t order from here as even when u explain the food haven’t gone to us they took hour and half to accept they messed up! Sorry I normally order from this all the time but I won’t again

Picked a time to deliver, still late. Used before and was ok, this time the lateness has put me off using again.

Delivery took way too long to arrive, food was good but slightly cold.

As always, the food was great from silver service. I have used them several times since I’ve lived within the delivery area and will always recommend them, However, on Saturday I placed an order (the food and delivery time was fine) however the driver when delivering the food, was caught on my ring camera SPITTING in my garden (TWICE) I find this absolutely disgusting and the delivery driver needs to be spoken to about politeness and manners.

Meat tasted nice BUT my partner ordered a large meat and chips and 11 bits of meat the rest was just chips, I ordered a donnor wrap and mostly salad, chips was cold and chewy. We wanted to try somewhere new very disappointing 😞

Second time I ordered the special chicken kebab and it was just as bad as first one (thought I'd give the first one benefit of the doubt) The chicken was so tough and dry! Inedible and chucked in bin. Such as shame as my husbands donor was absolutely fine.

Best doner meat best chilli but home made freshly made kebabs

Pizza and chips were nice but the donner meat was inedible, had a horrible tang to it and tasted like it had been hanging about for days. Chicken was tough and chewy. Very disappointed as we spent a lot of money and couldn't eat it.

Ordered a take away from here. I'm not sure if it's just because it's a Tuesday, but the Donner meat had a very unpleasant tang to it, I was very disappointed as the reviews are good and finding a good kebab shop in Ipswich is increasingly becoming impossible. The chips and pizza was good and it arrived on time. however the donner meat ruined the whole experience, would definitely consider giving here another try if they can change meat supplier or ensure its freshness.

Took a gamble and it paid off! Great food, great selection and reasonably priced, look forward to ordering again.

Always go there for kebabs. Good food and good value

Prices have increased however is similar to the competitors in the local area. However I suggest also selling chicken donner as many competitors also do and this would bring more customers. Another suggestion would be to introduce a donner box as competitors are also doing this. Is nice food but would be improved if the feedback is taken.

The Extra large mixed kebab isn’t very big, not much difference to a large. Salad in kebab mixed was forgotten but can live with that.

Chicken kebab was amazing. Plenty of meat and fresh salad and chilli sauce was homemade. Food was ready quickly and staff very friendly and also great value for money. Will definitely return sometime soon.

So this used to be one of the better kebab shops in Ipswich but going by kebabs from there this year it has really gone downhill. I had a large chicken shish and it was chargrilled to the point it was almost burnt. The chicken was sliced in half rather than juicy chunks and grossly overdone. It has been consistently bad. The chilli sauce doesn't taste the same as it used to either. I don't know if maybe it is under new ownership but I'm not impressed and won't be ordering from here again.

Disappointing kebab. Asked for sauces and no salad. They managed to add salad and forget the sauces. Portion size tiny. All round mediocre kebab. Won’t be buying again.
