Great service and great food never gad an issue would recommend

Ordered Singapore rice. When I got home it was slimy and sticky..chucked it in the bin..there isnt a edible Chinese take away in bishops waltham?..I go to Botley or Hedge end now..well worth the travel..or delivery..Was in papers this place failed food hygiene.

If people take the time to have a chat it passes the time while waiting for your food. Staff are extremely helpful.

They gave me a wrong order plus their prawn and chicken ball was just awful!!!! The quality of food has gotten so BAD! I just wasted my money NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Have just ordered sweet and sour pork Hong Kong style from here and to be quite frank it was disgusting. The rice was vile and the sweet and sour sauce tasted of lemon! Never will I have Chinese from here again. Stopped in here on a recommendation. Think again if you ever get recommended to go here!!

Always good customer service and the food is lovely. Usually less than 20 mins from phone order to collection time.

The best Chinese in the area. This shop is a must for takeaway dining.

Meals are smaller then they use to be

Awful food. The sauces on all dishes were gloopy and the chicken was really translucent looking and tasteless. Each dish was unrecognisable as being the dish we have from our usual Chinese. The beef dish we had, had the strangest aroma (my daughter thought this smelt like manure). Almost all of the meal went in the bin as we were worried about how fresh it was. Certainly won't be using them again.

Food was bland, oily, tasteless, called to complain as I didn't expect to pay £24 for a meal that was inedible, to be told I couldn't have a refund but I could have the meal again! No thanks, avoid, avoid, avoid. Jumbo R2 wins in comparison, much better food and quality.

If I could give no stars, I would. Had our first meal from here today. Ordering was a breeze and quickly prepared. That's were the good ends. We tried the chicken chow mein and house special. Both dishes were bland, there was a small portion of chow mein and it was VERY greasy. Very unimpressed. Will be looking elsewhere. They don't deliver either. But not an issue now as we have read other reviews and tried for ourselves.

I think the food is very good. The staff are helpful and Lee is very nice.

Food was awful, under cooked crispy shredded beef (more like sloppy shredded beef) had some duck which was raw in the middle. Service was terrible had a 2 and a half hour wait for food that was inedible. Having spoken to a fair amount of friends they have said they have had the same problems and a fair few of them have been I'll from the food as well. Never will I ever go back Again.

Avoid! They take an order for collection. Half an hour later when arranged, went to collect, then paid - then told its not ready - after another hour of waiting and getting nothing I got my money back and walked out. While this is going on they are still taking orders over the phone and counter?!

It's a very good place, good staff. The kitchen is a bit unclean but otherwise good place 👌

Been going here for 15 years. Used to be consistently excellent food and great value. Last 2 years started to get the odd rubbish meal. This evening I bought our 4th rubbish meal in a row. Very disappointing. Time to look elsewhere 😢

Friendly staff,the food is superb and the prices are what I would expect. Not too cheap or expensive. I would recommend. We use regularly but always phone our orders through first.

Should not be trading.... Avoid at all costs.. I have had several take away meals from here and always felt rough... But then found they have a 1 star hygiene rating from the council. That is why no rating is in the window! Disgusting.
