Was very hungry near Baker Street station and thought I'd see if things had improved. The hell they have.now the fries no longer the rosemary fries that made this places name now they're replaced by generic plain tasteless cardboard like fries no taste nothing.in fairness on this trip the fries were cooked fresh unlike my other 3 visits since the 1st lock down but like I say not rosemaryfries.the burger was horrible tho at least it was definitely cooked fresh.the store was clean. But im done ever hoping these guys will ever go back to what they were 2017-2019 which was a great chain...people used to go for the rosemary fries....if they're gone no point going for me. The rest of u might like it I don't. Too many new better places imo

Once upon a time before the first lockdown this chain had good fresh food and bright staff. The last 18 months this chain has fallen apart during my 2 attempted visits to the ealing store during "ear out to help out" ( remember that?) I twice went to the store at 8.45pm and despite a 10pm closing time was rudely told they were taking no bew customers as they didnt have time to cook.utter arrogance from lazy staff. The shepherds bush store in summer 2020 dry stale fries and messed up orders in a empty ghost town store. Today went to baker street in daytime ,light's seemed to be off to save energy,again a totally deserted store,a surly sour faced lady scowled at me as i came in,when i gave my order she shook her gead cross and said "what" so i said louder so she could hear "A CHICKEN BURGER" when i said no mayo or guacamole she scowled again.so i said u know what dont worry about it and wenr across road to a packed out 5 guys store....and thats how chains go downhill lazy stroppy staff,store's cutting corners, deciding food doesnt need to be fresh anymore. In fact the 4 meals ive had there sinxe the 1st lockdown in march ...cardboard like burgers,stale fries....all symptomatic of a management that dont care anymore about hiring competent staff or customer service. Thats my opinion.a real shame used to be a great chain a long time ago.thwy run out of chances wont be visiting again

Wait time was stupidly long. Waited nearly an hour for street fries which takes 5 mins to put together. And then they got my order wrong not once but twice. Not coming here again. Customer service is not good either and their food is mediocre. Nothing special. The picture inserted is me still waiting for my order. It has been an hour and a half. Still nothing.

The burgers look better than they taste. My partner said that his burger smelled like feet. Nothing amazing the burgers lack some taste to be honest. The chips and sweet potato fries were good. Their shakes weren’t mixed properly and very thick, not really enjoyable.

Have been here on a few occasions and I've never once had any complaints about the quality of the food, the burgers are creative and tasty, and there are lots of vegan options available for those who want. The only complaint is that it is expensive for a burger place - just don't come in expecting McDonald's prices, as what you get food-wise is much better, however they do lunch-time deals where it becomes more reasonable.

The food is disgusting the fries are with peppers and waiters are very rudes. They confused themselves and they give me the wrong order then started to make fuss

The headline pretty much sums it up. I ordered a BBQ burger at 14.00. They were not crowded. My friend, who had ordered three or four minutes before me, got her food at about 14.10. A minute later, they gave my BBQ burger to some one else. My friend pointed this out to me. I asked them. They said "No he ordered the same thing. He did, but after me (he and the other thre at his table arrived after my friend and I had ordered.) The other people at his table got their food afterwards at varying intervals. I had to remind them twice before they even started cooking mine, and I got it at 14.30. (ONE person at the other guy's table got her food after me - long after her friends. That's how bad and disorganized they were. I pointed this out to them, but got no apology. It was obvious that they simply didn't care.

Very poor service - they were all over the place. Orders being sent back. Long wait and sticky tables with rubbish all over, the whole lot!

This isn't even about the food, the staff are actually horrible. They were super unfriendly and had terrible attitudes. We felt so uncomfortable, we didn't even want to ask them for sauce. Ruined any chance of a nice experience. AVOID!!!

Excellent portobello mushroom burger/sweet potat and delicious shake. Charming, helpful staff too. Will be going again!!!

I can't understand why people come here to ear in this restaurant? Do you want your belongings to be stolen? If it happens, they do not help you.

We ordered food from this place at 8pm, the food didn’t arrive until 11pm! The burgers were cold and the shakes were warm and melted. Their line was constantly engaged so we couldn’t even get in touch with the restaurant to check where our food is. Terrible experience on Valentine’s night!

Went in there with my boyfriend after work and with the subtle Christmas music, the awesome lights and the Christmas decorations I couldn’t have felt more relaxed after a long day at work. Not to forget that the food was amazingly good.
