I used to eat there a lot as they have vegan options and we always got reasonable portions. I made an online order and was disappointed to find out that that vegan burger still cost the same but they gave us a very small portion with no veggies inside. The vegan sausage rolls are so soggy and too oily we didn't eat them and the fries came in a very small box. Apart from the fast delivery I won't order from them again, we are still hungry :(

Great burgers - the sweet potato fries were delicious. Service was good - food didn’t take too long - nice restaurant. Usually, get it bunless with a double patty. The chicken wings are good too.

The food was amazing I liked the service and the staff were very nice. I really like their rosemary fries

We’ve been to a few of the Siirgista Bros restaurants. The Ealing one has to be the best. I usually customise my burger and they’re only happy to help. Best burgers full stop. The meat is sooo soft and flavourful. We drive from Croydon to go there and we don’t go anywhere else when it comes to beef burgers. The children love their food too. Thank you.

When I came in the store the staff were not wearing mask. The lady at the till had a mask around her chin and asked me to take off my mask when ordering too. The guy at the stove didn't have a mask. Then as I sat down and took my phone out of my pocket, she hastily put her mask on properly but this was only half way through cooking my food. As I put my phone down she had her mask only cover her mouth and a new guy come to the stove and he had a mask around his chin. We are in the middle of a pandemic, and I'm debating if I should throw away my £18.95 order or risk my health.

I thought I would give their burgers a try since they seem a little different to your normal premium burger restaurant, but waited 40 mins in a half empty restaurant outside peak lunchtime suffering the ambient "music" and still got no food. It turned out that the staff were busy but prioritising cooking of delivery orders so if you are in the restaurant itself, you have to wait.. and wait... Also, if you order starters, "restaurant policy" is that "all the food comes at once". Really?? They are called starters because it's a separate course to "Mains".... Gave up and went elsewhere. So much other choice in Ealing I'm afraid guys...

I went there for a dinner with my friends and none of us tried this chain before. We were all really happy with the experience. The guy at the till Randy was super friendly and the burgers we ordered were super good. Definitely recommending this place for a nice evening out.

Did not receive good customer satisfaction, the beef was not fully cooked as I would have liked it, and overall the experience wasn’t great.

I had the mexican beef burger it came lukewarm and very filling. The chilli cheese fries were not that good the beef should of been spread equally over the fries. The honeycoombe milkshake was really nice

As a Father’s Day treat, I ordered the Vegan Portobello Burger and lattice fries, and I can honestly say, this was one of the worst meals I have ever received. I didn’t even eat it. It took an hour and a half to receive this horrific order and when I did, the fries were fused together in a wet clump. The burger, even though I stated no sauce, had two sauces mushed into whatever the main ingredient was. All the burgers advertised on the site say what is on the burger so I assumed this one would arrive as stated but if came caked in onions and sauce with not much else, bar a soggy bun. I am absolutely fuming to waste my money on such an abysmal, pathetic attempt at food.

I honestly have to say fries and shake was nice but unfortunately my beef burger was very dry and rubber like texture and frankly tasteless. Chefs cooking looks very rushed.

I’m obsessed with burgers and have tried loads of places around London and this is definitely my favourite. I wouldn’t listen to any bad reviews the burgers and sides are so tasty!

First and last time getting food from here! Ordered delivery from them: Spicy Nacho Libre Beef Burger, Cheese Fries with Chilli and a Ferrero Shake. I phoned them separately to request my burger Medium Rare and needless to say, there was not a BIT of pink in it and it was made slightly less than well done. I've ordered the "Cheese Fries with Chilli" specifically because of the "special free range chillies" they list it with, but got them topped with jalapeños instead! I was eyeing the "Chilli Cheese Fries with Beef" which is listed as topped with Jalapeños and decided with the above solely because of the fresh chillies. It's obvious it's not because of the shortage on stock as my burger had the fresh chillies in it, so the chef either doesn't know their menu or just couldn't care making the order properly! Then there was the milkshake. It's not enough they've sent me the wrong one, probably a Kinder Bueno one, but they didn't seal it properly and it covered my entire order and poor delivery drivers delivery box. They've probably run out of cup tops and decided to seal it with kitchen foil, however they've put only one layer on the top instead of wrapping it properly and even decided to save money on cutting the two cup tray in half(?!) and placed the milkshake in the bag like this and these two careless actions resulted in 98% of the milkshake ended up spilled! All this with being over 15 minutes of the promised delivery time.. Based on this, I definitely won't go here to eat even I work close by and won't order from here again!

The food was paradise with so many flavour collaborating in my mouth it was amazing and on top of it the drinks were refillable! I have to say I was 100% satisfied.

I had heard of siirgista bros online before and decided to give it a go. I have to say I was not disappointed.

So many choices to choose from! Specially now that they have this vegan menu. I never get bored of their food!

Went there with my wife and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was my first time so I didn’t really know how it worked but they were amazing. They even helped me decide what I should eat! Thanks!

The food was really tasty. Staff was extremely helpful and even told me about a lunch offer that was going to save me money that I didn't even know about! Have been coming back at least once every two weeks since.

These burgers are nicely priced but with good portions too. The only down side was that it filled me up too much that I couldn't get more. So many great sounding options.

Came specially from Swindon, but left disappointed. The customer service stinks and these guys are awful, strongly suggest not to visit this branch at least. Complete lack of respect and rude behaviour from staff, making us feel like we were a burden upon them. Food is also over rated at this place. Waste of time and money !!!

Went to the new swiss cottage branch. Firstly was served my food in odd takeaway container despite the fact we were eating in.We ordered spicy buffalo wings, bbq wings and mozzarella sticks and chilli cheese fries as starters. the wings and mozzarella sticks were BLATANTLY microwaved, the bbq wings were mostly bone with and unnecessary abundance of bbq sauce. The chilli cheese fries were also old but it seems they hadnt bothered to even microwave as the chips and cheese were stiff and cold .On to the burgers. I ordered the nacho libre beef burger and my friend ordered the vegetarian burger.Beef burger was dry and arrived falling apart. The nachos in the burger were stale. The bun was fridge cold which isn't pleasant. My friends veg burger was burnt and the bun was much to small for the veg patty .We also got milkshakes which were 4.99 each. this is a RIP off as these are made using ice cream and hot the actual chocolate bars .Overall service was terrible and all the food was disappointing. Dont go here

l don't think the food is halal. Unhelpful staff and same for head office. My phone has stolen in this restaurant.Police asked them to see cctv camera, they said we have technical problems with camera.Poor customer service. Terrible phone manner, not much better in person. The guys in the restaurant unreliable, unfriendly, and confrontational. Won't be eating there again. If you want to lose your phone, bag,money, just go there. If there is ZERO star, I never hesitate to award them.

I visited with my friend. We both got burgers with the premium fries and I got a soft drink and she got a milk shake. It was beyond average, very messy to eat and there was only plastic cutlery. Only ketchup and mayonnaise available which is unfortunate since the burger was bland and probably could do with some other sauces. Burgers made a mess to eat. Was quite empty and awkwardly quiet. Wouldn’t recommend, wouldn’t go there again.

I was at the Ealing branch so can't comment on other branches. The acting manager at the store was a completely rude and disregarded my complaints. He has no empathy and no understanding of how to rectify customer service failure. So I went in with two friends and let me start off by saying they had a offer you where if you give your contact details you get a free starter. When it came to order/pay, I was almost overcharged by £2 but luckily I had totalled up my order in my head so was able to correct the acting manager. He said it was because he accidentally charged me the take out price for sitting in...Anyway, my meal came shortly after but one of my friend's burger came before his starter (it's a starter for a reason??). The starter came 5 mins later than the burger so I'm not sure why they buzzed him so quickly when only part of his meal was ready. My other friend ordered the beef quesadella to start but when this arrived it was devoid of any beef - it was a roll with some cheese... I know as part of the offer the starter comes free but if you're going to send it empty, we'd rather pay... They took it away and filled it up with some beef when we complained didn't offer to take money off the bill or cook it from scratch. When I reiterated our dissatisfaction at the end of the meal, the man behind the till shrugged his shoulders and said "what's the real issue? The starter was free and we fixed the issue." I just walked out at that point. Other customers were equally surprised at how rude the man was being to me and my female friend. It was our first and last time there. Very disappointed at the way I was spoken to by staff and unsatisfactory starters/waiting times. I'll never go here again and neither will my friends or family.Avoid.

I came here with a groupon voucher so I wasn’t sure what to expect.The service reminds me of Nando’s where you go up, pay for your order and receive a cup for the unlimited soft drinks at the machine Nice, quick and easy! I felt apprehensive about the food as the interior of the restaurant is very simple but I was completely surprised that the burgers and fries were really delicious and filling. It’s a place for fuss free and a quick bite to eat. I will definitely be back again

Wanted to try something different so decided to book a meal of wowcher, I came across Siigista and thought why not, food looks good and 2x starters + mains for £20 sounds even better.I called up and ask if I needed to book the guy said come anytime.On arrival I spoke to the guy at the till and told him I had this voucher and he then told me his machine is down and can’t accept any vouchers. I was a little disappointed as I had only called 4/5 hours ago and they told me to come in.The guy then came over to me and said I’ll give you 25% off your bill today as the till is down, we went over to order at the till as we ordered the guy said I’ll also give your chips for free. When the food came it was so delicious and yummy, a defo return from me!

After a long time waiting my order, and the restaurant is with just 2 customers, my order arrived late. He did the fries again but forgot my milkshake. When I received it, I almost had finish my dinner. But very good food.

I went to Siirgista Bros in Ealing as a group with friends after leaving a business conference nearby and it took exactly 1 hour for my food to arrive! Seeing three of my friends (who ordered 5-20mins) after me receiving their order before me, lead me to question my order status. I then asked the manager where my food was (1 burger and a portion of sweet potato fries) he didn’t even apologise or acknowledged what I said - he just said okay then ignored me! When my food finally arrived (which was cold) I didn’t even get an apology from any of the staff nor offered complimentary food on the house or my money back. By the time I got my food, everyone at the table already ate and was ready to leave too! Such a terrible experience which stemmed from the staff team. I do not recommend this place!Also, if I wasn’t on a business trip and my company wasn’t paying for my food expenses I would’ve walked out and asked for a refund!Don’t waste your time and money here!!!! I’d give 0 stars but TripAdvisor won’t allow me :/

OMGThe staff know nothing and smile sarcastically, I asked "are all your burgers gourmet?" The lady who's name begins with R & her colleague the slim lady, I can't remember her name , replied "what is gourmet??" I said really? She said "I don"t know what is gourmet" so I asked her colleague are all your burgers gourmet?" She replied I don't know what is gourmet " whilst laughing with the other two staff like I asked something stupid.I then pointed at the sign on the right wall (which says gourmet) as you enter, they both looked at each other and at the chef man who was listening throughout and also didn't have a clue at all, although he's the chef, to my horror one said "oh I don't know what that means" My wife then asked, what's the difference between the spicy chicken burger and the normal chicken burger?" as there were different ingredients, we had noticed. The lady replies "Oh one is spicy and the other is not" (without specifying the different ingredients ) then we asked, "what may be better the mexican beef or the spicy chicken burger?" The lady replies "One is beef one is chicken" :(The WORST thing was the price 1 kid nugget meal, 2 adult burgers, 2 fries WAS 41 POUNDS!!!!! FOR WHAT??Without any good service, I mean you must go to the counter and order, they don't know nothing about the food including the blooming chef, when we entered a man with glasses and of course Mr calculator had a glum face no warmth not even a smile or an intro ... You know "WELCOME MAYBE"!!!We said we came here because it says crispy chicken on your website, but it's not on your menu?? Reply was, shrug of shoulders and Mr calculator ignoring the question while standing a foot away from us.This place the worst place ever, I will tell everyone I know never to go there.I think they make their own reviews!Trust me if you want crap pathetic service extortionate food prices and a bunch of unprofessional staff who also happen to know NOTHING, then go here!

A great shout for a quick burger that hits the spot and then some. The chips are to die for I have to say. I’m not a huge fan of bbq wings but they were 👍 overall a great shout as far as burgers go

Taste simply amazing! One of the best burgers I've had.The Groupon deal was pretty sweet, £9.50 for choice of Gourmet burger, Rosemary fries and bottomless drinks.We ordered the Mexicali Beef Burger. Really great and full of fillings and flavour.The buffalo wings, however, were not good. A total dissapointment really! It was BBQ flavoured, or at least had the BBQ taste. Not proper buffalo wings at all.I must mention, Managment need to tell their staff to smile a little? Being a little more bubblier surely won't hurt?Overall experience, fantastic!Will be going back!

Much better than Five Guys, easily the best burger in Ealing. Generous toppings, inventive menu and delicious shakes- friendly staff and punctual service! We will be back...

I used this burger restaurant a lot and always happy , very friendly staff and high quality food , best value for money , nearby five guys is much more expensive and lower quality, Shop fitting is also has high standard compare to other burger shops.

Attended this restaurant Friday afternoon when it was quiet. A good selection of burgers and kids meals options. Plumped for the BBQ burger, fries and shake whilst most of my party went with cheese burgers and shake. BBQ burger absolutely hits the spot, delicious. The fries also - a little different but very very tasty. I went with Banofee shake, good but not as good as the Oreo shake. For a family of 6 (2 kids meals) the cost was £70. Excellent value for money. I would come here again.

First time I tried this place with my four kids in tow and the place couldn’t have been more accommodating! Food was lovely - told them about allergies and the chef and counter assistant so helpful- my kids wants to go back every night for tasty burgers and chips! Tasty sweet potatoes fries!!

Best gourmet Burger I ever tasted! The French fries are absolutely addicting! Something to try when in London ! Service is fast & friendly
