Shutterbug in Hackney

Pequeño lugar escondido en la esquina de Shoreditch. Tiene un gran jardín con una pared mural que es Instgrammable. Fuimos para un brunch de domingo Familiar (ver foto) panqueques, crepes y ensaladas, que era de buena calidad pero un poco caro en comparación con otros brunch que hemos tenido. Nos imaginamos que no mejor como bar y discoteca con la comida siendo un afterthought plena - no me puedo quejar de su carta de cócteles y una selección de bebidas. Mientras que el servicio era amable, definitivamente puedes conseguir una mejor relación calidad-precio, incluso en Shoreditch. Vale la pena una visita, pero no salir de la forma de hacerlo.

Nunca me he sentido tan cuidado, mirando alrededor que vea todo el mundo se siente lo mismo, un gran ambiente, estos chicos trae la fiesta y estás invitado! Increíble, los bares Jerk Chicken y gestionado por profesionales funcionaba verdadero, la música... poco lugar música grande! Este lugar tiene un gran corazón y una gran alma.

Fuimos a equipada para tomar algo después de trabajar con algunos colegas, nos sentamos en el patio trasero, unos cócteles encantadora y escucho buena música! Sin duda recomiendo este lugar!!!

Qué increíble para celebrar su cumpleaños! Después de explorar varias opciones en Shoreditch, encontré este lugar único y fascinante! Me acerqué al personal que estaban muy dispuestos a asegurar mi noche fue inolvidable. Sus cócteles son fascinantes! Cocina casera era increíble y para rematar, el ambiente era increíble y excitante! Gracias El & el equipo!

Fui allí con unos amigos para un brunch el domingo. Teníamos batidos, tortitas y salmón. Los precios son un poco caros, y sólo hay pocas cosas en el menú, pero la calidad de la comida es increíble. Es aconsejable reservar al menos un día antes de la fecha de llegada.

A friend of mine had booked a table here for Pancake Day, for 5 of us. When she called that morning to check the booking, she was promptly told that a booking shouldn't have been made as they weren't taking bookings for Pancake Day. However, the staff member acknowledged that my friend had not been told this and so the booking would be honoured. When we arrived at 7pm, we were told that this conversation had not taken place and that we would have to get in the (30 people deep) queue. We asked to see their reservations book, as that would show that the booking was indeed made under my friend's name. We were then passed from staff member to staff member as no one knew who was supposed to have dealt with this, all the while we were kept waiting. It eventually took half an hour and some very stern talking to get a table for us, even after they had acknowledged that we did indeed book a table and this booking was to be honoured. The bar was far too crowded, and the "additional seating" they had provided was a few picnic tables in a temporary marquee round the back. Once we were seated, it took a further 10 minutes for someone to tell us that we had to go back to the bar and get in the (still 30 people deep) queue to order. By this time we had been messed around for 45 minutes and so decided to leave and take our custom elsewhere. I have never experienced such a shocking display of customer service: being told repeatedly that the customer is wrong, and then when the manager acknowledges that we had made a booking (by mistake of one of *their* staff members), it still took 45 minutes for us to get anywhere. Abysmal. DO NOT VISIT.

Just to say that they no longer do sweet crepes- I was really craving them and went here based on the reviews and they do American stacked pancakes with berry compote and savoury ones, so not the ones in the main photo. The American pancakes were great though.

We came into Shutterbug for brunch on a Sunday. Cool interior, really lovely menu, food was tasty and staff were friendly. The only downside was how long we had to wait for the food. It was not particularly busy - there were only two other pairs of customers, but we waited over an hour for scrambled egg and an omelette (as yummy as it was in the end). I would go back and try something else from the menu as all the food sounded great, but I would hope to eat a bit quicker!

Part of a group meeting for a photographic workshop, we all gathered here expecting sandwiches and a coffee but the menu was a treasure trove. Mostly consisting of various pancakes to cater for all tastes - on pancakes made of buckwheat. Very tasty and a generous portion too. Coffee was good for the price too. prices reasonable. Small cafe room and only 2-3 staff so the wait is long is several people order at the same time, so not ideal for a quick stop if it's packed. Toilets a bit unclean unfortunately. But the pancakes? delicious.

We were walking along Rivington Street one day and saw a sign saying 'pancakes' (my favourite food) so decided to go for brunch the following morning. The interior is a bit odd - dark and dingy, didn't feel that clean, but obviously wasn't dirty in anyway or we wouldn't have stayed, i guess it's just that Shoreditchy grime fashion... We sat outside at a table in the sunshine. I ordered a blueberry pancake stack with maple syrup and my partner had eggs royale. My pancakes were light and fluffy and there was ample maple syrup for the entire stack. The blueberries were juicy and I was happy with my dish. My partners plate looked so nice and that being my favourite savoury brunch dish I had a couple of bites and was delicious. Eggs perfectly runny, sauce well balanced. We shared a pot of earl grey which was good and had fresh orange juice, which had ice in which was strange, but still nice. Will definitely return for brunch again on a sunny day. Take sunglasses!

I took my daughter here for her 13th birthday on Saturday 25 April at 6.30. I had read that this was a top creperie so we booked and travelled across from Billy Elliott in Victoria to Shoreditch looking forward to great crepes. The crepe menu was very limited. Our savoury crepes wew crispy as if fried and the sweet crepes had called down. Fillings were poorly executed and crepes were not properly folded etc. we came here because you can't book for the Kensigton crepeperie - I've never been but it looks very good. We had a really nice waiter/barman who made the kids happy. Looks like a good bar for later in the evening.

Had a bit of a craving so headed out for some crepes! This place was nice and the staff were friendly. They weren't really attentive but it doesn't matter. The crepes were delicious and very cheap. I'd definitely go back

My brother and I went there for a belated birthday lunch for him. Being French we both wanted a bit of nostalgie so that was the perfect place for us to dine! The décor was very nice and relaxed which was exactly what we wanted. The lunch menu was basic but had enough choice to please us. The drink list seemed small but there was no problem accommodating me to something that was not on the list. The waiter "Andreas" was the star of the place - he was very dynamic, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning!

So the pancakes weren't bad, that's about the only good point I have to say. I was expecting it to be busy, but they just seemed woefully underprepared/staffed. We were seated outside in a yard in a marquee with no heating, not great in this weather, with drafts coming in the gaps. We also had the delight of listening to people working with power tools whilst we ate there. Seemed like they only had one person actually making the pancakes, which doesn't seem like the best idea given the fact they were fully booked inside and out. When my first lot of pancakes hadn't arrived I asked one of the staff if it was coming. On way back from speaking to the chef he stopped to take new orders instead and didn't come back so I had to go up again and ask. This took about 40 minutes or so. I felt sorry for the table of 16 or so people behind us who were still waiting when I had left and had arrived not too long after I did. Not sure what service and food are like normally, but on this occasion they were clearly underprepared and taking on more bookings than they could handle since it was pancake day and not giving anyone any warning of how long things were likely to be.

Amazing birthday night out here, staff couldn't do more for us and all my guests had a fantastic evening!

Came here for a quick bite on a Saturday early lunch. Not busy, good service, and great crepes! The Canadian one looked amazing but I had the pulled pork which tasted delicious! Not bad value either.

Had lovely Saturday brunch here - I had the breakfast crepe, love the twist on the traditional English breakfast, washed down with nice and spicy Bloody Mary of course. My friend had the Canadian Breakfast crepe with smoked bacon and maple syrup, which smelled amazing and as it was inhaled before I got to taste it, means its was delicious ;-)

Tuvimos el sábado brunch encantador aquí - tuve el desayuno crepes, me encanta el toque en el tradicional desayuno inglés. Regados con una bonita y picante Smoky Bloody Mary. Mi amigo tenía el Canadian desayuno crepes con beicon ahumado y jarabe de arce, que olía increíble y, como era inhalado antes de que yo llegué a gusto, significa era delicioso ; -)

Cena con amigos, crepes eran excelentes, muy luminosa y crujientes pero lo suficientemente satisfactorios para una cena completa. Bueno, ya no me apetece nada con mucha carne o grasienta. El personal era muy divertido pero también podría mezcla un cóctel excelente - algunas ordenados en su lista pero otros fueron hechas a la orden, nos dijeron que ellos vaga lo que nos gustaba beber y nos trajeron! Bebimos unos cuantos y nos quedamos mucho más tarde de lo planeado

trabajan jusr un par de cosas en el menú, pero todo estaba delicioso. Puedes encontrar una selección encantadora os ensaladas, sándwiches y sofisticado su especialidad: crepes!

Tienen una selección básica de ensaladas, sándwiches y su especialidad: crepes. Pero todos son deliciosos. Prepeared con amor, attwntion al detalle y con un excelente servicio al cliente, prociding este extra que presentar la diferencia.

He reservado este lugar al azar para mi cena de cumpleaños con unos amigos, algo tranquilo espontánea y me quedé gratamente sorprendido al descubrir que hicimos la mejor elección. Teníamos todo el lugar para nosotros ( miércoles noche) , indivisible personal atención, servicio rápido, agradable música en el fondo ... esencialmente todo estuvo bien. Nos dieron algunas de las más amables y más atento servicio que he tenido en Londres, sin lujos, pero la atención al cliente genuina a lo que quiera y flexibilidad. Quizás un poco más abundante en los panqueques salados habría incluso mejorado mi impresión, pero fue un pequeño detalle. salados caramelo con pretzel es para morirse!

Fuimos allí para ver el mundial y que era una broma. Un wayy de televisión demasiado pequeño para la zona estaban jugando al fútbol sentado en la parte superior de andamios era casi irrisoria.

Tardamos 15 minutos de atención de bandera de camareros, otros 15 minutos para probar y preguntar donde mi pedido, otros 10 minutos hasta mi bebida y tortitas. No tengo palabras de disculpas. Simplemente inaceptable.

Visitamos Shutterbug después de haber oído sobre la gran combinación de crepes y cócteles tardías! Fue sólo nosotros y otras dos mesas en el pequeño y acogedor lugar, y la peculiar menús tipo álbum tenía una buena variedad de cócteles bien llamado, sin embargo el servicio dejaba algo que desear.

Tasty cocktails, plenty of seats, no queues, crepes if you want them. Go before it gets packed full of hipsters.

Situado en una tranquila calle lateral de Shoreditch, en el corazón del distrito creativo de Londres, es el edificio emblemático lugar de Rivington. Diseñado por el arquitecto premiado David Adjaye, es el International visual Arts Center. En la planta baja hay una pequeña cafetería encantadora, Shutterbug, que parece estar abierto a todas horas. He estado en a menudo para el desayuno, pero también tenía una tarde noche copa de vino.
