Absolutely fantastic food. Highly recommend the Singapore fried rice and pork balls. WOW will be using again. Definitely the best in Kirkby and delivery driver was top notch too. Very happy happy

Food was terrible. Chicken was overcooked and chewy. The chow mien was bland and sticky. Won’t be using again. Only tried as our usual Chinese wasn’t taking orders

Honestly I love shun hing, I’ve never had a bad meal from them, but unfortunately I can’t justify 5 stars due to how expensive it has become! As much as I love the food I can’t justify the food price or the £3.70 delivery fee.

Absolutely terrible food, basically inedible. The fried rice in all the dishes tastes reheated and burnt, was crunchy and clearly not fresh. As well im pretty sure egg fried rice should have egg in it. Upon ordering, the food was here within 15 minutes which is concerning considering how that means it took less than 5 minutes to make the food. the meat was dry and chewy, and regardless of the price it wasn't worth a penny. It honestly was like eating left over food that was re microwaved. The curry sauce as well was so powdery and stodgy I couldve held the pot upside down and it wouldn't fall out. Never again

Ordered at 8.30pm. It says delivery only until 9.30pm so I called them at 9.20pm. At first they didn’t even see my order. Asked if I’d like to order. I explained I’d already ordered! So they then cooked and sent it! Won’t be ordering here again.

We recently ordered a family dinner from your restaurant for the first time, and we were thoroughly impressed! The food arrived piping hot and on time. Every dish was delicious and generously portioned. We particularly enjoyed the Sweet & Sour King Prawn Balls, King Prawn Pancake Rolls, Crispy Chicken in Orange Sauce, Chicken Cantonese Style, Chicken & White Mushroom Soup, Sesame Prawn Toast, and the Mixed Appetisers. The entire meal was worth every penny, coming to nearly £50. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

Food was late. Half of it was stale and couldn’t be eaten so was thrown away

We always order Chinese food from Shun Hing because we know the food will be good. Usually they deliver early or right on time and it's very tasty! Can recommend the crispy pork with chilli sauce and also the salt & pepper chicken.

I ordered my food it said 65-80 mins, which meant 19.45-20.05. Then received a text saying it was running late, so wouldn’t be there on time so put back to 20.05-20.25. Then when food finally arrived, spring roll was soggy and bland. Chicken chow main had a bad taste and only thing that was worth eating was sweet and sour balls, but because they had the sauce already on them they where soggy also, not crispy batter at all, first time orderer and last time. Think I’ll stick to lucky star in future

Can’t fault the delivery service, the order arrived on time. However the food was terrible. Soggy chicken balls and spring rolls, bone dry yet soggy at the same time tasteless salt & pepper chips, grainy curry sauce. The only part that was half decent was the chow mein. Really disappointed to have spent so much just to chuck most of it away.

Chips were very crispy. Generous portion sizes and still hot on arrival. Very happy with my order. When arriving, late It wasn’t by very long and was updated almost immediately. However, waiting wasn’t a problem when the food was that good.

Food would have been nice, but everything was just very over cooked, even the onions it was cooked in were black. Sauce was congealed and unusable. Chicken and prawns were both rubbery and very over cooked

Chow mien had a weird taste. Had to throw the whole thing out.

We’ve not had a bad meal in months until tonight, beef was like boot leather in the rice and the special box was salted to the point it was inedible. Disappointed as we spend on average between £25 to £35 each time and tonight’s has gone in the bin!

Really disappointed in the food today, so salty which meant you couldn't taste much at all. The duck was cooked well and tasted good but the mains and noodles were way too salty and overcooked. It's a shame really as we were recommended this one by a friend.

Tasty food, always hot and on time

Way over an hour late!! Ordered at 7pm didn’t arrive until 9:20 Food wasn’t even hot, noodles had a weird taste. Only ate it because of how hungry I was!

We have always liked Shun Hing. Been having food from there for years now. Never had a bad experience and they've always been really accommodating with specific requests. 10/10 do recommend!

The food was hot and delicious. There was lots more than I expected! So good value for money. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the sesame prawn toast wasn’t very prawny. I didn’t see or taste any at all. It wasn’t a problem that it was a bit late.. these things happen. I’ll definitely order again. 😊

Impressed with the food, and how warm it was upon arrival. It was late yes, but we did order New Year's Eve so fully understand how busy it was for them. Very happy.

First time ordering from Shun Hing. Food arrived about 20-25 mins earlier than quoted, Brilliant as both hungry. Food quality was excellent, Salt & Peppered chips are fabulous ! Definitely be working out way through the menu. Thanks for a great mid-week meal.

First time of ordering from this place, it came highly recommended by a good friend, I was more than happy with the food, massive portions too (enough left for breakfast tomorrow)

It said 60-90 min delivery but was nearly 2hrs, not the 1st time either, really disappointing
