Disgusting food. All went in the bin. Soapy taste and grim. Would not recommend to anyone and should not be selling food like this!!!

Always liked it here but was awful tonight, sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong dry, chicken balls tasteless, rice really stodgy and it went straight through me. Not happy at all.

This was possibly the nicest Chinese food I've ever had. Our family of 4 all agreed that it was super tasty and great portions!

We always order Chinese food from Shun Hing because we know the food will be good. Usually they deliver early or right on time and it's very tasty! Can recommend the crispy pork with chilli sauce and also the salt & pepper chicken.

I ordered my food it said 65-80 mins, which meant 19.45-20.05. Then received a text saying it was running late, so wouldn’t be there on time so put back to 20.05-20.25. Then when food finally arrived, spring roll was soggy and bland. Chicken chow main had a bad taste and only thing that was worth eating was sweet and sour balls, but because they had the sauce already on them they where soggy also, not crispy batter at all, first time orderer and last time. Think I’ll stick to lucky star in future

delivery was delayed by 20 minutes and still hadn't arrived by the latest new estimated time. Took over 2.5 hours to get our order.

Lovely food, but, 2.5 hours from ordering to delivery?! Delivery time changed twice, even the delivery driver didn’t understand why it took so long 💁🏼‍♀️

over 2 hours late, we rang them up for them to say they packaging it up another 30 mins it arrived. we only 5 mins down road

Delightful food especially the duck , although saying that the prawns in yellow bean sauce were lovely. Will certainly use you again

Can’t fault the delivery service, the order arrived on time. However the food was terrible. Soggy chicken balls and spring rolls, bone dry yet soggy at the same time tasteless salt & pepper chips, grainy curry sauce. The only part that was half decent was the chow mein. Really disappointed to have spent so much just to chuck most of it away.

Chips were very crispy. Generous portion sizes and still hot on arrival. Very happy with my order. When arriving, late It wasn’t by very long and was updated almost immediately. However, waiting wasn’t a problem when the food was that good.

Ordered at 17.22 ,delivery time given was 18.25, at 19.00 rang restaurant and they blamed delivery person. Food arrived 19.15 spoke to delivery person she had no problems. The ordered had been missed. Poor service

Needed to collect so can’t comment on delivery, restaurant were brilliant with the change from delivery to collection and even allowed an extra dish to be added to original order!

Food would have been nice, but everything was just very over cooked, even the onions it was cooked in were black. Sauce was congealed and unusable. Chicken and prawns were both rubbery and very over cooked

Chow mien had a weird taste. Had to throw the whole thing out.

We’ve not had a bad meal in months until tonight, beef was like boot leather in the rice and the special box was salted to the point it was inedible. Disappointed as we spend on average between £25 to £35 each time and tonight’s has gone in the bin!

Really disappointed in the food today, so salty which meant you couldn't taste much at all. The duck was cooked well and tasted good but the mains and noodles were way too salty and overcooked. It's a shame really as we were recommended this one by a friend.

Tasty food, always hot and on time

The sweet and sour sauce was full of oil and the meal was altogether really salty. My first disappointing meal from shun thing.

Way over an hour late!! Ordered at 7pm didn’t arrive until 9:20 Food wasn’t even hot, noodles had a weird taste. Only ate it because of how hungry I was!

We have always liked Shun Hing. Been having food from there for years now. Never had a bad experience and they've always been really accommodating with specific requests. 10/10 do recommend!

The food was hot and delicious. There was lots more than I expected! So good value for money. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the sesame prawn toast wasn’t very prawny. I didn’t see or taste any at all. It wasn’t a problem that it was a bit late.. these things happen. I’ll definitely order again. 😊

I used to order all the time. and after tonights meal will be my ONLY Chinese food, simply spectacular... reaonably priced, and hot and delicious...thank you and friendly delivery see you in a few weeks time for more ordered satay sauce, chicken balls and chips and chicken chow mein...highly recommend x

Impressed with the food, and how warm it was upon arrival. It was late yes, but we did order New Year's Eve so fully understand how busy it was for them. Very happy.

First time ordering from Shun Hing. Food arrived about 20-25 mins earlier than quoted, Brilliant as both hungry. Food quality was excellent, Salt & Peppered chips are fabulous ! Definitely be working out way through the menu. Thanks for a great mid-week meal.

Delivery was slightly later than expected (85 minutes after ordering) but the food was lovely so with the wait.

First time of ordering from this place, it came highly recommended by a good friend, I was more than happy with the food, massive portions too (enough left for breakfast tomorrow)

Usually order from here and foods been ok but this time the food was terrible had the chicken chow mein and first mouthful of chicken had to spit it out it was disgusting really bad taste and smell. Rang to ask for a refund and they wasn’t happy there was loads of shouting in back, was told to take the food back for a refund which we did . Got the refund but no apology at all . Not be going there ever again it right put us off never smelt chicken like that before 🤢

Not impressed! Ordered via the JustEat app advised of a delivery time - status changed to on its way and then enjoy your food without any sign of the delivery. Called up and advised that it had been delivered - various other conversations over the next 10 minutes after they contacted the driver. Was told that the order had been given to a lady and the front door had the house number on it - interesting points as it’s only my husband and I at home so definitely no ladies here and our house doesn’t have a number on it. Then told they can’t do anything about it and it needs to be raised as an issue with JustEat. There really was no apology or recognition that the driver could be at fault and it came across as being my issue not theirs. Don’t order from here folks if you want to wave goodbye to your money and have nothing to enjoy from the spend.

Not a nice taste to any of the ordered dishes. Tastes like old oil or something, odd smell. Such a shame, was nice last time I ordered.

Better food than when I used to order pre lockdown and when I ordered last. Delivery spot on and the pancake rolls super massive and delicious, plus they are sensible about the prices they are charging, became my new best favourite xx
