Excellent food with an excellent customer service. This is my to go to place for takeout from now on.

Alas some good parts, but honestly, mostly not great. It was late arriving.One part of the order was missing altogether.The rice was very spicy but no ingredients are listed in the order section, so it was impossible to know what you're getting.The additional sauces were just dumped on top, so if you wanted to split them up for different aspects of the meal, you couldn't.Good parts?Salad was nice & fresh, but limited.The salmon or chicken wasn't dry. A few tweaks & the review would be far better

Food was great. But when selecting my options on my burger I wasn’t able to complete my selections without clicking either extra cheese or bacon which was at extra cost. there is no selection for no extras. This should be amended other than that was good 👍🏽

Our delivery driver hung up on us several times because he couldn’t find our address made us stand out in the road for about 15 mins in total told us that it’s our fault and that he has other orders to deliver so can’t do ours. We’ve paid for food = food gets delivered absolutely awful experience. Restaurant avoided our call several times

Best kebab and pizza in Shrewsbury, honestly very nice man in charge and quality food.

The wrap i ordered came in a naan bread not a wrap with no salad or sauce ( i asked for mayo and all salad) The wrong milkshake was sent , rice was oily and chips were dry, All of this went to waste which is a shame always use to order from here and never had problems like this before 😔

Kebab box was amazing! Delivered hot and great delivery driver. It was quite late when we ordered, so instead of knocking the door and waking the kids he shone a light through the window at my husband. Much appreciated 🤣 will definitely order from here again.

Ordered food and never received it, said it had been delivered for 60 minutes and nobody turned up to deliver it all, I tried calling the restaurant 6 times and nobody answered.

Really good food. Error with missing item (unsure if restaurant or Just Eat) but restaurant sorted immediately and sent driver back out. Amazing service, was expecting them to offer part refund at best. Cannot fault them at all, definitely recommend!

Came into Shrewsbury BBQ and grill not expecting much, ordered the calamari and it was the best calamari I've had compared to restaurants in years, cooked just right, tender and tasty. More than amazed and I will be coming back here again.

Staff are always extremely lovely. I've been in a few times and every time I would be greeted by the wonderful woman at the counter, I always feel welcome and the food is also great quality, would reccomend !!

The first delivery was changed as delivery until I asked were my food was 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time. I was then given a new time which made the 45ish minutes late from the first given time. Otherwise the food was ok

I have personally been ordering food from this place a lot over the last few months and it has always met all of my expectations. I have never once had a problem with the quality of the food its always been lovely and hot. If you are looking for somewhere to eat I personally recommend Shrewsbury BBQ & Grill.

They had a great selection of food to order, and I chose donner wrap and it was amazing.

Not worth the money they charge for the products way too expensive for the quality expected. Disappointed

was tricked by the price. I thought that because it cost more than places like Star Kebab and Flaming Great, that it would be better. no. much worse. pizza was literally in puddle of grease, couldn't even eat the chicken wings. I never expect to be blown away by these places, but if you're going to charge that much more for your food, it should at least be worth the money.

Everything was cold. Had to reheat in oven. Chicken wings were really nice however kebab meat was dry and chips were awful. Usually a favourite, won’t be using again sorry!

6 cubes of cold chicken in a cold pitta bread! Cold large chicken Schwarma which was a small portion! Cold chips. Not worth over £23 with delivery. Will not be ordering again

I went in on Friday night the 15th December 23 ordered 2 boxes of kebab meat salad and chips and was charged £29.00 Because I was hungry and the food was there I paid it Beware of this place seriously over charging I will be reporting this

Not worth the money at all, Rocher Cup cost £5.50 when it was only one scoop of chocolate ice cream with one Ferrero Rocher on the top with drips of chocolate down the side. Calamari cost £7.50 and only got 5 pieces and lettuce with it. The milkshake was leaking in the bag but didn't taste so bad.

Really poor experience with this place consistently, our fault for not learning. Unfortunately they’re one of the few places open late, and I think this is the only reason they get customers. We ordered at 11:50PM, only for the food to arrive over an hour later, and cold - for reference, we are a few minutes walk away. So how is it so cold? Seems they made it and just let it sit. Food was also ridiculously spicy, more jalapeños than chicken on the pizza, and all was extremely mediocre in taste. Barely any salad in the lamb shish wrap. Also made us both sick for the entire next day. Don’t bother with this place, and save your money. Honestly.

Beautiful food. Moneys worth and great quality very happy with the meal and arrived in time hot and very well packaged, care has definitely been worn to ensure a safe delivery. Fantastic all round and nothing left! Very pleased, will order again.

Not sure about the food, but staff behaviour was unprofessional, shocking and even aggressive. Friday night, just shy of 11pm, 2 ladies who were both clearly very inebriated, almost physically assaulted each other in the chippy. The staff watched this unfold and did nothing to remedy the situation, despite things clearly getting very tense and people being very uncomfortable. Only when it got very close to blows being exchanged, did one of the members of staff take one of the offending ladies behind the counter of the chippy and sat her down in the back room. They were clearly in some kind of relationship. Taking a severely drunk person behind the counter of a chip shop with hot fryers and risks of food contamination is not the best or brightest idea to begin with, but even ignoring that, I thought this was a restaurant, not a shelter for alcoholics and drug users. Have to give this one a hard miss.

After driving for hours to get to Shrewsbury I was a little limited on options, I stumbled across this place and despite not really fancying the type of food I had little choice. What a surprise though, the patties were thick and full of flavour. One of the better burgers I’ve had recently. The young lady behind the counter was also incredibly friendly and helped a homeless gentleman with some food. Can’t get better than good food and incredible staff

£16.99 for this 🤢🤢 avoid at all costs ! Even got a pork wrap and found a massive black hair in amongst it 🤢

If I could rate this a zero I sure would . We received an order tonight of chips n cheese . Pork kebab wrap . Chicken and lamb shish kebab . Disgusting . 1st of all a huge hair was found in the wrap which was put in the bin . Chips tasteless and dry . And the chicken and lamb shish kebab was dry and hard and I was charged £16.99 for this kebab As you see in the picture we received 5 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of lamb with a pitta bread . Picture shown below . Ridiculous for the price . Nicest part was a can of juice will not be getting from here again .

Never disappointed with the food from here, the wraps and chips are exceptional, the milkshakes are delightful too. The wait time wasn’t too long and the food came wrapped in foil and hot,Great

Staff are friendly but £10 for just donna meat and chips in a small tray. Way to expensive for what you get. Plenty of other places to go, better and much cheaper.

Wish I could give zero stars had a delivery stone flat cold pizza barely cooked couldn't get through to them they kept hanging up on me so took it back myself asked for a refund to be told no refund so had to stipulate some facts to the arrogant lad behind the counter finally got a refund well got to wait 3 to 5 days so we will see avoid like the plague and save your money I will never order from here again.

Ordered a pizza from here, was palmed off with a burnt offering which unless I had complained about would not have been recooked and borderline ok. Not cheap either My advice, better value from the Weatherspoons around the corner, it's cheaper, not burnt and includes a drink.
