Shrewsbury BBQ & Grill in Shropshire

We ordered this as a takeaway order, it was the chicken shawamara and lamb donner kebab and chips, as soon as we tried this something didn't feel right and for past 24 hours myself and partner have had aggressive food poisoning and complained but not had a response, wouldn't use ever again

Milkshakes are delicious 🤤 and the chicken shawarma rice box is so good 😊

They have the best charcoal grill in the town.

We had a great experience here! The woman behind the counter went absolutely above and beyond for us, we had the kebab box with doner and chicken and it was stunning! Fast and incredibly friendly service, would definitely recommend to anyone

Meal a lot smaller than other local shops, tried this out as others were closed, chocolate pizza terrible odd taste to it and also stone cold??? Temperature over all cold, driver couldn’t find my house as it was not next to number 3 and on the other side of the road watched him walking up and down the street even when he was on the phone to me couldn’t work out the houses were behind him!!! Wouldn’t buy again

I asked for chilli sauce and burger sauce they gave me, just chilli. My partner’s food was cold, overall terrible experience couldn’t eat it all it was literally just smothered in hot chilli!

Our usual place after drinks and good food. We were however queue jumped a few times which the server didn't handle well - advice to staff: look who is waiting to be served along the entire bar not who us standing directly right in front of you

order accepted but seems they'd closed so the food was never delivered. had to request a refund

had a Lindsay as our server and she was lovely, so sweet and had great banter. Great food. Definitely recommend!

UPDATE!! well what idiots we are!! Thought after last time we would try again! Over an hour for pizza and chips! Pizza was cold and the chips are freezing cold,hard and more like seasoning with a few chips! Absolutely awful and inedible! Cant believe we were stupid enough to try again!! Just had pizza and chips delivered and it is absolutely awful! The pizza is that under cooked it fell apart and was freezing cold! The chips were hard and freezing cold! That bad was inedible so the bin had it!! Was abit dubious about ordering again as last time we ordered it was 2 hours late and freezing cold but thought I'd try again! Never again!!

Shocking £10 for a tiny portion of donner meat and chips ripping people of after they have had a few drinks used to go here often. Never again.....

An excellent meal. Doner kebab lovely and fresh with just the right amount of sauce ( garlic mayo and hot chilli) . Lovely fresh bread Plenty of salad. And a lovely pleasant delivery driver. Will definitely order from again and recommend

Came here and asked if they accepted card, the woman gave us a dirty look before telling us to wait for her to get someone. A man walked out where we asked him the same and was told the card machine was not working. We said that’s fine and asked for the nearest cash machine. We walked to the nearest cash point - up hill mind! - on return the same guy was serving customers and offering them card payment! So annoying and frustrating as we wanted a quick and convenient take away so we could go back to our hotel after a fun night. Completely disregarded as customers and rude customer service. Very reluctant to give correct change as well.

This place never fails, food is always delicious and staff are an absolute delight, especially Mike who always has a chat and a laugh with us, what an honour to your team!

food is delicious as always and great value for money. i have never had an issue here. however tonight I did order two meals but only received one drink. I did question this with the delivery driver and he said he will make a phone call but I never heard anything back. I will order from here again

all was cold, delivery driver didn't know where he was going. 4 phone calls later he finally found me

called restaurant after app marked as delivered, got told its on the way. took over 45 minutes for to reach me after it left the restaurant and was stone cold.... asked for a refund and got told no as its due to the bad weather...... not sure which shrewsbury theses guys are in but it's a very calm night in this town.

Came in tonight with my boyfriend and had one of the best experiences ever. The young man behind the counter was SO lovely! Really professional and friendly. They’d made on too many portions of cheesy chips and curry sauce and so they gave it to us free of charge. Genuinely cannot recommend this place enough.

What an absolute load of rubbish 20 quid for chips that have been warmed for hours and a few chucks of meat. Also when you ask for chips like i did they put it through as a meal so they charged me an extra 50p on the chips. Bunch of con artists!!!!

Before ordering it stated a 30 - 45 delivery time. I placed an order at 23:11. Called the restaurant 00:12 to be told it would be with me ASAP. Called twice more to be told it’s in its way. Finally arrived at 01:06 where I had given up and had gone to bed!! Luke warm at best, won’t be ordering again!!

Alas some good parts, but honestly, mostly not great. It was late arriving.One part of the order was missing altogether.The rice was very spicy but no ingredients are listed in the order section, so it was impossible to know what you're getting.The additional sauces were just dumped on top, so if you wanted to split them up for different aspects of the meal, you couldn't.Good parts?Salad was nice & fresh, but limited.The salmon or chicken wasn't dry. A few tweaks & the review would be far better

Most of the food was nice, but ordered ben and Jerry's for £7.50 on Sunday, put it straight in the freezer, opened it late Tuesday night, and it was freezerburnt to the point I couldn't eat it - frozen ice crystals on the outside, and when i got further in appeared congealed, really disappointed!

Food was great. But when selecting my options on my burger I wasn’t able to complete my selections without clicking either extra cheese or bacon which was at extra cost. there is no selection for no extras. This should be amended other than that was good 👍🏽

Our delivery driver hung up on us several times because he couldn’t find our address made us stand out in the road for about 15 mins in total told us that it’s our fault and that he has other orders to deliver so can’t do ours. We’ve paid for food = food gets delivered absolutely awful experience. Restaurant avoided our call several times

WORST LIFE EVENT EVER. WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN FOR MY WIFE MILDRED AS SHE LIKES THE MEAT AFTER SUNSET.

The wrap i ordered came in a naan bread not a wrap with no salad or sauce ( i asked for mayo and all salad) The wrong milkshake was sent , rice was oily and chips were dry, All of this went to waste which is a shame always use to order from here and never had problems like this before 😔

Kebab box was amazing! Delivered hot and great delivery driver. It was quite late when we ordered, so instead of knocking the door and waking the kids he shone a light through the window at my husband. Much appreciated 🤣 will definitely order from here again.

Ordered food and never received it, said it had been delivered for 60 minutes and nobody turned up to deliver it all, I tried calling the restaurant 6 times and nobody answered.

Really good food. Error with missing item (unsure if restaurant or Just Eat) but restaurant sorted immediately and sent driver back out. Amazing service, was expecting them to offer part refund at best. Cannot fault them at all, definitely recommend!
