i came here for their one and only shampoo and their juicy kebab which filled my throat up with grease and i wiped it in my hair i loved it

This is by far the best kebab house. I order every week and request a specific time and it always arrives, hot and fresh and on time!, wouldn't go anywhere else and the portions are huge.

Used to be good here, now they serve very small portions which cost more than they used to. Quality seems to have changed, probably cheaper ingredients, not a happy hippo anymore, just a sad hungry skint hippo

Very average chicken donner for me and my girlfriend had a lamb donner which she didn't like. Was okay but expensive and not huge portions for an extra large so wouldn't rush back

Their halloumi wraps are amazing! The service is great, the restaurant is clean and the staff went above and beyond. My bus arrived as my food was being prepared, they said go and jump on it, as I paid for the bus the lovely young man was standing there with my food. I have tried a few of their kebabs and chip wraps and have always enjoyed the food. Thank you for a fantastic service!

1st I have order from this kebab place best kebab I have ever have

Normally this is excellent but tonight the salad was 10 out of 10 but the meat was lukewarm at best and hardly any sauce. I hope next time it’s back to normal standards.

So let's start from the beginning have I eaten from here before that's a No , would I eat from here again OMG definitely a YES, the food was so hot it was incredible, my triple bacon burger was absolutely amazing I don't honestly think that I have EVER had better , my only negative and it's MY FAULT was it doesn't come with fries and that's MY FAULT because I didn't read it properly, FIVE STARS you deserve more but I can't give more , delivery perfectly on time , FOOD five stars but I can't give more, PERFECTION well done and thank you for an amazing burger

Me and my boyfriend got the worst kebab from here, probably the worst I’ve had in the whole of Brighton, hove and shoreham. Tasted stale and like chemicals, made us feel very ill, would not recommend there is many places that are much better by, Stay away!

Very small portion, food ok but very slow service

Called and ordered a large tray of doner meat, a large tray of lamb shish and two large salads.. we asked for no bread. We are both on Keto so we were hungry and looking forward to our ‘treat’ Arrived on time but the salads were both in hamburger containers so.. large? No. I would say they filled about half a plate. The doner meat was in a full Chinese style foil container so I’m not sure what a small looks like The shish kebab was eight tiny cubes of meat which didn’t even cover the bottom of the foil container I called as I was mortified at the stingy portions considering I asked for large?? The attitude was ‘the salad is what usually comes with the kebabs’ and ‘a large is eight pieces of shish’ I’m sorry that you feel it’s ok to ration portions and save money on lettuce. We were left with a bad taste in our mouths and it wasn’t just from the dried up doner meat. Better more caring places to go such as Empire or Ali Baba. When you say ‘large’ they mean it! I’m sorry we took a chance on this place as we will never make that mistake again. Poor service, poor food, poor attitude.

Shocking 10.30 they say they close at 11 other customers turned up after and got told "we closed " will never part with my hard earned cash in this place again The shop across the road happy to give u your order

Me and my partner basically moved to Shoreham because we had a night visiting the local pubs and finished with a wonderful kebab. We now visit basically every week and over lockdown it was all we looked forward to. The guys in there are always really friendly and it’s always pleasure seeing them when we collect. 7 out 5 stars.

I got delivered with mold on the bread when I called to complain a man laugh at me an put down phone

Ordinary kebab place. The source was lacking greatly - rather bland. There was no choice of sauce on the night. We went there in the evening on Saturday. The chicken was in the heater in a puddle of oil - I noticed. The salad was fresh. Portion size was large.

I ordered an haloumi and salad wrap to be delivered. It came with no haloumi in it. What should have been the main ingredient not in it at all. What a joke

My wife and I treat ourselves every few weeks to Charcoal Grill. The meat is all freshly cooked and not greasy like other kebab resturants I've tried. The mixed grill (with chicken kebab meat instead og kebab doner) is my personal fave. The homemade chilli sauce is fresh and not too hot! So much better than the stuff you get out a bottle!

This place is quality! Good quality, fair price and nice service. Compared to peri chicken across the road this place is next level! Cheaper, better produce, better service... can’t fault it! Burgers and kebabs are top notch

I've used charcoal grill for a long time now but unfortunately tonight will be the last. They have increased the price of every item on their menu but unfortunately not the quality or quantity. Service was slow and food arrived late and cold. Friends ordered a takeaway last night and also weren't impressed. Two customers lost in a weekend.

In my humble opinion the best kebab house in Shoreham-by-Sea.

Top quality well-cooked food. Get deliveries regularly and always spot on! Always first class and delivered within half an hour every time. Good prices too. Kebabs, chicken, wraps, salads, can't fault em. All first class! 100% recommended.

Just had a mixed kebab for 2 with salad and pitta bread. It was the best we have had not a bit of grease to be seen and salad was spot on. Will always use them.

You will never find a more friendly and well run family business. The food is of the highest quality and we are never left dissatisfied. Our little family love these guys and they are our number 1 go to takeaway.

Always delicious and fresh food. Lots to choose from and reasonably priced too.

Having been a take away customer for some time I tried the delivery service. Staff on the phone were rude during the order and after giving card details so I told them I wasn't interested and to cancel the order. The guy swore at me and I was charged. They did not deliver and they refused a refund.

Happy helpful staff, will cook your chosen meat, lamb or chicken skewers, burgers on their grill, while you wait. The lamb and chicken has been marinated, so always tasty and tender. They do sell the traditional doner, but I haven't tried that. If you want a side of fries, they are always freshly cooked. The usual salad toppings and dressings are also available. This is an exceptionally clean establishment. It isn't just a "post pub" stop. Good for a meal at any time.

Excellent kebabs! I have just made my maiden purchase from these guys. They delivered within 40 minutes, food was hot and all the salad was fresh. This was truly one of the best kebab experiences I have ever had and it was delivered! Crazy! The Lamb Shish with Chili Sauce and the Chicken Shish with Garlic sauce, no onion and all the salad.... mind blowing! I wish they served Backlava as its my favourite desert, but other than that I would highly recommend these guys and will order from them again soon! Their website is easy to order from and the delivery driver was friendly. What else can I say? This is my new favourite kebab shop... you will not be disappointed if you are looking for authentic, perfectly cooked kebabs! *** UPDATE! *** A year on and they are still mind blowingly delicious kebabs and i highly recommend them! Best kebab in Shoreham. We recently used them to cater for a family party and the food was delivered hot and on time. Great value too.

My husband and I passed by this place but we were not sure to try it because we couldn't previous reviews on TripAdvisor. I'm glad we gave a go. Very good value, taste, fresh meats and service. We definitely arecoming back as take away is not an option for us.

NEVER AGAIN If I could buy it again I wouldn’t it was mouldy and green and if I could upload picture I would the lettuce was brown it looked rotten and might get food poisoning even tip them which I regret..still would be 0 but I have to put one .

Very very tasty kababs at a fairly low price and the potatoes they have are like little heavenly pockets of warmth.

I visit this place 2 days ago and I bought a kebab from there, firstly the taste was horrible and i was sick. I asked if the make there own kebab they said no. I would never recommended this place to anyone.

We ordered a delivery online an hour ago and nothing turned up. We rang them and they said that the website wasn't working properly so they are not receiving online orders. Despite knowing that this was the case, they made no effort to say so on the website or contact any customers that placed an order. They took no responsibility for this and said it wasn't their fault, its the fault of the people that make the website. What a joke.

Eaten here few times before and still return. Good food, Clean surrounds, Staff all smartly presented and polite. Try it!
