Amazing fresh food and service, best hidden gem for vegans! Cannot recommend enough! Food is so good as is the lovely service. Maybe best to call and order in advance before collecting and you can get cash from the coop next door Lovely service and food every time!

Amazing vegan options, good service, fast, and appears clean inside. Can't comment on the fish and chips they make but the Chinese is excellent, especially if you're looking for vegan choices. Prices are very reasonable also, only note is Cash only

Long long wait for food but it was very good. There is a great vegan menu!

Their vegan dishes are amazing. The 'chicken' with chilli and salt is to die for!! Highly recommend even if you're not vegan and just cutting down on meat consumption. You honestly cannot taste the difference

Have been twice and both times the food has been lovely. The vegan options are amazing, especially the sweet and sour ‘chicken’ balls.

PSA FOR ALL VEGANS: They do vegan sweet and sour “chick’n” balls and OH MY DAYZZZZZ! They are SO DAMN GOOD. I used to get sweet and sour chicken balls every time before I went vegan and I do miss them so this place is my saviour! The rice and crispy chilli “beef” was also good but the balls stole the show!! Oh and it’s also very reasonably priced, friendly staff too, just remember it’s cash only 👌 Will definitely be visiting again!

Really really amazing vegan options, we had spring rolls, chow mein, fried rice, Hong Kong chicken, satay skewers and duck pancakes and it was all delicious. Will definately be back!

When this shop opened it was my go to shop for good munch of the fried variety. But since maybe just in the last 18 months the prices have gone up like 3 time just in that time space. My recent order I picked up and it was just basic curry sauce and chips as the curry sauce was really really nice, but when my daughter and I sat down to eat, my daughter said there was no taste in the curry sauce, so I tried it and yes it was no taste to it. Its now just a very bland watery taste like its just been to watered down to the point that the taste has Completely gone and this is in just the last 18 months. I get it we are all feeling the pinch and time are super hard right now but keep the product to the best it can be and stay true to yourself and the customers that are keeping you open, so dont penalising them.

Gone down rapidly these past 12 months. £8.50 for a large cod not much larger than a couple fish fingers. Overcooked chips not much taste, used to be one of the best but I'll avoid going here in the future

The best fish and chips around! Very good price & very friendly service. Large cod, Large chips & curry sauce, enough for 2 adults £14.40. The oil is always fresh and the chips are never greasy.

Hands down the best takeaway Chinese food I’ve ever had. We travel from Lordshill and it’s always well worth it, we are yet to have a bad meal from here. The vegan menu is INCREDIBLE. We are moving soon and it’s one of the only things we will be sad to leave behind 🥲

Picked up a Singapore rice noodles dish last night which is one of the best I’ve ever had. My two sons also said their meals we excellent too. Even the complimentary prawn crackers were perfect. Overall reasonably priced and very highly recommended.

Not terrible food, just bland & lifeless

Excellent food, especially with the vegan options, felt like having a "normal" Chinese takeaway - definitely recommend for any vegans in and around Southampton. We will definitely be returning!

The only Chinese takeaway I've found that has a full vegan menu with multiple options and not just one or two dishes. We ordered at the shop and the lady behind the counter was lovely. It was busy due to being a bank holiday but we only waited half an hour and to be honest, the food was worth the wait. It was delicious and probably the best Chinese I've ever had. We couldn't believe it was vegan, worth every penny. We live an hour away but I'm already considering how I can make an excuse to come back to Southampton just to be able to get another takeaway!

I've never reviewed on here but I just witnessed a customer be treated so poorly. This guy had ordered his food and asked for some drinks, he changed his mind on the drinks as she walked to the fridge to get them. She didn't quite get what he said but explained he'll just get them from the shop next door as it was only water. She then huffed and became annoyed by this. She then rudely told him to stay next to the wall until his food was ready and not the counter.. it wasn't what she said but how she said it, no manner, please nothing. The gentleman politely highlighted this to her and she then pretended to say she was polite which she genuinely wasn't she then walked off in a huff and came back and gave this guy his money back and refused to serve him, bless him. Utterly disgusting customer service someone teach this angry you g lady how to speak to customers, shell be the down fall of this place as everyone else is very nice such a shame. I hope this helps, avoid if you don't like rudeness

Maybe just an unlucky night but found the food we ordered quite bland and the quality of the chicken poor. Sadly will not be ordering again since the staff were nice.

Came here for the first time, drove and picked up from Central Southampton and super glad we did! Staff are really nice, friendly and happy to answer questions. Extensive vegan menu which is REALLY REALLY tastey, good quality. Friend got meat options, really good, not greasy. Big menu, parking outside, cash machine in the Co op next door. Would highly reccomend!

Great Chinese an our go to for vegan/veggie/flexi selection! Price is the usual quality is decent recommend the vegan chicken in chili and garlic 😋 Service always quick and friendly. (Obviously you will wait a little if there are many people in the que this is life)

Went in here this evening, I was the only one in there although there were a few people outside. I was waiting a few minutes and got totally ignored. Not good customer service
