Food was cold rang them up and they said it was cooked then delivered straight to us after 30 minutes of ordering never will I order again shoguns has gone down hill

Usually very good but this last delivery they forgot my fries & the chicken doner meat was burnt. They no longer have milk shakes either.

Had a delivery of chicken kebab meat/fries (lge), coleslaw (large too), chicken kebab & salad (med), 10inch pizza with 2 extra toppings. £21. Good value plenty to eat, very tasty. Bit slow on delivery as told half hour but arrived after an hour. Oh & a free pizza for £20 spend.
