Incredible experience from start to finish. They so made alterations for us as we were running late bless them. My boyfriend and I booked a table for our 10 year anniversary on Monday 15th, as soon as we arived we had such a warm friendly welcome from all staff, congratulations from the host/concierge and prossecco upon arrival balloons on our table and a quiet lovely setting. The decor is so pretty with all of the flowers and gorgeous lights and the customer service is second to none! Absolutely attentive wait staff nothing was too much trouble who made our night incredibly special. Food was amazing! I had the pork chops which were delicious! My partner had the chicken and beef shish also so flavoursome. Cocktails were fantastic especially the lychee one! They made our evening even more special by taking pictures revomendibg cocktails and having great bants. everyone was incredibly attentive and we has the best night ever! They went absolutely above and beyond. They also bought out our cake and just made a huge fuss. Thankyou to Shish Meze for a beautiful night ! We shall be back again very soon. 5 ***** recommend for a fab night out/celebrating! Date of visit: November 2021

Very good brunch, service and food excellent and accommodated well for gluten free, very impressed and will be returning.

If I could I would put zero stars as I required a special dietary enquirements that wasn’t adhered to and in effect caused Allergic reaction the food when arrived was in fact cold and not up to standard very dissatisfying and as a regular visitor to this establishment will not be revisiting extremely disappointing

I have been coming here since they’ve opened. However I have recently been again after 2 years for my birthday and the food is amazing, quality is on point the meat was so delicious and service was absolutely fantastic: We ordered: Starters: - Calamari - good portion - 1x mixed platter for 2 good starter options - olives - Halloumi Main: - Mix Shish lamb Adana and Lamb Shish - Lamb Adana and chicken Shish - Ribs - Lamb-shops - Kids nuggets and chips Mocktails: por’nstar martini, strawberry Daiquiri, Pinacolada, mojito Desert: birthday desert - Cigar - very very very delicious

The food and overall experience were really good. But the staff annoyed me when they gave me a cocktail while I ordered a mocktail. And didn't even apologise. Instead, got me mocktail while I clearly told them I do not want it anymore.

Another very good night at Shish Meze with friends. The food was excellent as usual and the waiter Hicham was first class in is help and knowledge of what was on the menu. 👍🏾👌🏾👏🏽

My sister and I visited Shish for a Sunday brunch. The brunch is a set price of £45 per person. It was well worth it. We had different starters which we shared, a prawn and avocado cocktail and falafel. Both fresh and delicious. Then we both had a chicken Shish. We both enjoyed our dishes and cannot fault the quality of the food served. We also had the choice of prosecco or pawn star martini. We ended up having both! Our waiter was so friendly and made us feel comfortable. Well done and thank you. We hope to return!

The place is always busy. Service is quick, but the food is a bit bland, lacks the oomph.

SECOND visit. We wanted a special place to celebrate a 50th birthday. We were THRILLED to have an even better experience than the first visit time. Gabby was helpful, funny and knowledgeable and I didn’t find out the name of the person that made my Margarita but he was lovely and made sure I could enjoy my special glass for the duration of the meal. FIRST visit: I would love give more than 5 stars. WHAT A PLEASURE. Service, food and atmosphere OUTSTANDING. Left me wanting more. I will DEFINITELY be back and bring friends.

Turkish food was always one of the best food preparation and delicious cuisine The fantastically good customer service kind staff but no attention to details like No rice please, however a delicious dishes from grilled halloumi, crispy calamari to traditional chicken sish, nice place in area have a chance have a try.

The food might be good—if you’re lucky enough to get any. But when this place drops the ball, it doesn’t just stumble; it completely collapses. I walked out of this restaurant ten years ago. I was sat at a table with my family, waiting endlessly for our food. When I asked where it was, the waiter casually started reading out a massive takeaway order—as if that somehow justified ignoring the customers sitting right in front of him. I left, and swore I’d never go back. Fast forward ten years. Against my better judgment, I got dragged back. And what do you know? Same story. We sat there for over an hour while people who arrived long after us were served their starters, then mains, while we sat twiddling our thumbs. So if anyone ever suggests I give this place another chance, they can do one—and the restaurant can go with them.

Food is really good full of flavour delicious.Staff are friendly and helpful polite and professional if I owned a restaurant this is how I would want it to be. The prices are reasonable for the drinks and food is good portion. Enjoy going here with friends and family it's a real destination restaurant worth travelling to nice surroundings cant wait to return again soon

Very lovely venue. The Vigin Pinacoladas were very nice. The food was very nice. My only grumble was that there was not a lot for gluten-free , but I had extra salad. The staff were very friendly. Will go again.

The atmosphere and service was fantastic. The food was lovely. Added bonus of having a live singer was a brilliant touch to make the atmosphere buzzing, without overpowering loudness. Our server Shimul was brilliant. He was so polite and very attentive and efficient he did not make us feel rushed at all. We noticed how he buzzed about taking care of other things as well as looking after us. A great asset for your team. We would most definitely be returning ourselves and would recommend to others.

Way too loud music served by the DJ during the lunch time. Despite our requests it has been denied.
