This dining experience is special beyond measure, the atmosphere electric with great music and belly dancing on another level. The food was definitely high end in both presentation and taste. Definitely recommend. The establishment is almost a surprise when you enter as it is so classy inside.The staff so accomidating.

I went with my family today to Mangal Meze. We were welcomed very nicely. A staff member namely, Stephney provided an excellent customer service. Food was terrific. Music was good. Overall, the atmosphere was mind blowing. In terms of value for money my money has been paid of effectively. It was not just the food but the overall experience they provide is commendable.

Booked this place for my partners BD which happens to be valentines day. Booked it weeks prior the day, about 4 hours before our reservation I get a WhatsApp message from the place telling me it will be a set menu only at the price of £44.95 pP excl drinks. After asking if the normal a la carte menu was availiable to choose and pay whatever I was told yes but still had to be the minimum price per person regardless. I understand that restaurants do this but its super unprofessionell to give no notice about this requirement until shortly before on the same day! Also in these times not everyone can afford about £50 per person,regardless of the occasion! Cancelled the booking and luckily found something else which is hard on Vday!

I went on Sunday and I was so impressed with the staff, they are really professional. The place is very nice and cozy and the food is lovely. But none of it compares to how well we were received by manager who works there. He was always smiling, very enthusiastic and overall the service he provided was exquisite. We were all very much pleased with how he created a nice atmosphere for us especially during these in busy service. Big thank you for the lovely day we had. Best restaurant in Romford and best Turkish and Mediterranean restaurant in London.

Great atmosphere, waitresses are extremely nice, we ordered kunefe, it tasted authentic we enjoyed it a lot. Goes good with turkish tea

We went Mangal Meze last night for my daughter’s birthday! The food was exceptional as always! The team were attentive and delivered high quality service. The Manager was friendly, came over and spoke with us and other guests. The team came over to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter which made it a memorable evening! Will definitely come back soon.

This restaurant had been recommended to me by a local friend and that friend was so right. Lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and the food was perfection. Would definitely recommend this place. Our waiter Emrah was fab!

So this is a difficult review to write for a couple of reasons. Overall the food and service from the floor staff was amazing. The cocktails were equally fabulous. However the manager is what ruined our experience here and sadly we have decided to not return. We found the manager to be extremely rude, with no customer care skills. He talks down to his poor staff and was condescending to his customers. And then to too it off, we sat there watching him get drunk behind the bar. Absolutely shocking behaviour.

I had a good time here! The food was good but the best thing was the cocktails! They were but one get one free before 6pm and I had the pina colada and thought it was amazing! Potentially my favourite ever pina Colada!

Awesome and lovely place. We had our daughter birthday lunch over here and I must say, the food, service and ambience was just fantastic. The entire staff were lovely and our server Lavina was lovely too. They understood our requirements and organised a lovely party for our daughter and our guests enjoyed it too.👍👍👍👍👍

Absolutely superb. We have been here a couple of times before based purely on TA reviews and been really pleasantly surprised. Yes this restaurant is in Romford almost next to the station but once inside, you are in a Turkish haven. The food is great. I had chicken and lamb shish and octopus to start. All was yummy. Look at my photos. We went on a Friday night and they had entertainment. Highly enjoyable. And to top the great food, entertainment and whole experience, the staff were just top notch. Not just for us, but for all the restaurant customers. They have a really good vibe going amongst them. Enjoyable on the receiving end. Enjoyable to watch. We went for a family 60th.the newbie family goers, will defo be back.

I have been to this restaurant many times and the staff are always attentive and polite. Despite considering something different from the menu, I always select the Chicken Shish. Usually the small option is just right and very filling with four large pieces of chicken. and a full plate of salad and rice. Today was different! Four tiny pieces of chicken and a much reduced salad and rice portion. What a disappointment. For the price of £14 this was not value for money. Sorry guys I won't be returning and will take my custom elsewhere.

Where shall I start from? We came to this restaurant with friends and our kids after we finished a session in kids space, I wish If I read the reviews in here , very unprofessional from start to finish, the waitress with black hair and beard needs to be send to a customer service course, never felt welcomed, doesn’t listen to our concerns about the dishes, you talk to him and he ignores you!!!!! messed up our order and thankfully my friend spotted his mistake when we were about to pay for a thing we didn’t had , I have his photo I could easily shred here but he may change his behaviour after he read this reviews, all of waitresses seem to be in a race instead of making us feel relaxed and comfortable, only the ladies who served us the drinks were calm. Obviously never again from us 👎🏽, there are far better places that serves better food and friendly atmosphere, went to numerous places around the world worse experience ever , we would leave from the start but kids wanted to eat , wish if I spend my high earned money somewhere else.

Saturday 8pm they have a belly dancer, which was an interesting experience. Servers were lovely, particularly Emrah, I think his name was. He organised a lovely complimentary birthday announcement and dessert.

Booked a table In advance and waited 45-50min and still no table.!!! When they said the table would be ready within 10 mins-15 min. They said if you don’t mind waiting int he seated area. So we all waited 45-50 mins and still not table but they kept promising us. Soon the end just left the restaurant! This is very Unprofessional that they said we would get the table, even though they didn’t do much about it !!! And spoke to all staff and were saying the same thing. Very disappointing with this restaurant!

I have visited with family, blown away with the taste of Meze, I have tried their house special, keep thinking about the taste, it was very freshly cooked, enjoyed my meal very much so as my family.
