Booked for breakfast on fathers day with family whilst visiting Liverpool. I heard a member of staff telling someone looking at the menu board "we serve the best breakfast in Liverpool" well I think he was being modest.. This is maybe the best breakfast in England.Very good value and loads of food. Quality and service top class and the Sausages were realy good. Wished we lived closer so we could visit more often.Will return to try an evening meal... And maybe another breakfast.Thank you for the experience

Absolutely brilliant food and service. Food was tasty and full of flavour. Cocktails 2-4-1 with no half measures given.

Had a lovely meal here and it was so nice we went back the following night. Nicely presented, you can see your meal being cooked, it tastes great, the staff are excellent. The house wine is £11 a bottle (cheaper than Wetherspoons !) Nice atmosphere. One little gripe, if the evening is cool the entrance door was always wide open. We asked to be moved further inside and it was no problem. All in all a great hotel and will definitely be back later in the year.

I came here with a couple of my cousins on our visit to liverpool, everything was absolutely beautiful! Especially the lamb chops Drinks and food arrived really quickly and was demolished by us quickly toothe overall atmosphere and vibe of the place is very cosy. The young lady named helya was a delight to have around, very funny girl too!Over all experience was 10/10 and I will definitely be back soon.

Fantastic restaurant and I was impressed straight away. Friendly staff, quick service, really tasty food, nice selection of drinks and a good, lively atmosphere. Went back the following night.

We saw this place when staying at the Adelphi and it was recommended to us by reception. We sat down but were a bit close to the front door so asked to be moved, which was no trouble. We had the hellim ( basically halloumi) and sucuk for starters. Both were delicious. We then had the mixed kebab and the iskender for mains. Iskender came with a delicious sauce and pitta bread and both dishes came with chips and rice, and portions were quite large. It was a delicious meal, and the service was fantastic and atmosphere great. We will definitely be back!!

Call in once or twice month missed tye place under lockdown...never had a bad meal great staff also!

I have used the North John St branch of Shiraz many times over the years and found the breakfast superb and the staff nice. A notice at that branch said they no longer offer breakfast and instead directing me to their Renelagh St branch.This was nothing like my previous experience. The place was almost empty and felt soulless. The staff looked bored and didn't smile much.The breakfast tasted okay but was very messily presented - the eggs looked a little "exploded". Not tempted to return!

Atana was absolutely amazing! Such a beautiful bar staff!! Highly recommend her! And this place amazing she’s a fabulous bar staff 1000000% she’s fab and so is Kieran the bar lad defo recommended this place ❤️❤️❤️

What a lovely place, service was excellent and Saruin our waitress could not do enough for us. Great food as always and the cocktails were fantastic, evening spoilt by some ugly skank who couldn't keep her gob shut. Shouting and being abusive , should be in a zoo not a restaurant, but the staff dealt with her and looked after us well.

Reserved on the Shiraz Palace website Saturday afternoon for a table the same evening, confirmed quickly. On arrival staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, excellent service throughout even though they were running at capacity both inside and out. Food was very good, well flavoured and obviously cooked fresh to order, well presented and generous portions. Comfortable room with well considered decor, kept clean and tidy even though there was a regular throughput of diners. Very good value for money.

Serving the most amazing food. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Nothings too much trouble for them. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent value for such high quality food and drink. Anyone who is visiting Liverpool needs to visit Shiraz

Visited with my husband, found a table outside , ordered our food & drinks .Before our starters arrived it started to rain , the waiter quickly found us a table inside .Our food arrived quickly and looked amazing , portions sizes are generous and prices are very reasonable Would definitely return

Went for my friends 18th with a group of us and had a fab time. Couldn’t say enough about how amazing our waitress Atana was, she made some great cocktail recommendations and was so lovely throughout the whole evening. Also very reasonable prices both on food and cocktails. Thanks for the lovely night!

So to begin me and my friend asked if it would be OK to sit ourselves down outside and got told yes, to then be asked to move to another table! The table we moved to was on a slope and I didn't feel comfortable so the manager came out and "allowed " us to move acting like a favour to us. There were 4 servers that touched our table and they didn't know what was what we had ordered drinks with 1 then another came and didn't realise we had ordered drinks. We ordered our food and were brought the wrong order. Also were made to pay for our food before we had received it! Poor poor service!

After not seeing family for over 12 months it was brilliant to be able to get together and enjoy such a beautiful meal & drinks! There was a few tables of us to ensure social distancing was adhered to yet even with us being split across 4 tables the staff managed to get all the food & drinks out at the same time. The food was beautifully cooked all the ingredients where fresh and so tasty! The drinks flowed and the staff particularly Taylor who served us all evening was absolutely brilliant, there was never a moment where a glass was empty without her checking if we needed anything more and she was so brilliantly accommodating throughout the evening!I was able to order Gluten Free which was accommodated without any fuss or hassle & when one of the meals came slightly different than what ordered they corrected it immediately with zero hassle! One of the best meals I've had in ages & fantastic value for money!!Thanks to all the staff in particular Taylor who made our reunion so special & perfect!!

First family night out in over 12 months. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, the food was so tasty and the staff, especially Taylor ,were really helpful. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be returning.

My husband, myself and our Granddaughter ate here on Monday Evening. It was our 2nd visit at this restaurant because we thoroughly enjoyed it the 1st time which was before COVID The food is absolutely gorgeous, the staff are very pleasant and the place very clean with the beautiful tree and fairy lights on the ceiling. Our granddaughter was especially impressed by a large colourful picture of a Mosque. and the waiter came over and explained where it was. We will definitely be returning again x

Found the recommendations via trio advisor so had high hopes. Staff are incredible, a credit to the restaurant, just wish we had taken the name of the young girl who was about to celebrate her birthday as she was so nice. All three Kebabs were tasty, generous portions and served with a smile. Bottle of wine , Inexpensive was good accompaniment. It was fully booked yet the customers were all well looked after with no excessive wait times. Well done

Ended up at the Shiraz Palace tonight after walking out of a well rated steak house as the food and service we received were appalling. Luckily for us Shiraz salvaged what could have been an absolutely terrible night. From the moment we walked in staff were attentive, we were served quickly and the food was extremely well cooked and presented. We will definitely return!

Been here several times, never been let down. Food is excellent and friendly attentive staff. Good atmosphere, call first to reserve as its often very busy.

Went to the Shiraz last night for a meal after Christmas shopping with my husband Excellent service from the start , quickly seated and drinks in hand !Ordered a starter , which was a mistake! , as when our mains came they were huge , delicious but we couldn’t finish them !Would definitely go back with my family Fabulous restaurant x

Such a lovely, cosy place. We loved the atmosphere, the staff is really friendly and look after you very well and the food was amazing, all so fresh, flavoursome and delicate well presented sooo enjoyed it. There is good choice and caters for all needs and tastes and is reasonably priced. You can see the kitchen and chefs cooking and I have to say the cleaning was rigorous both in the kitchen and restaurant. If you go to Liverpool, don't miss out go to the Shiraz Palace... We certainly will go again.

Our kids enjoyed the atmosphere & the surroundings was lovely. Staff were super efficient & polite. We would have been pleased if the food we ordered was the same as described on the menu. We would return, but only because our kids enjoyed it.

Asistimos al Palacio de Shiraz el domingo 27 de septiembre por la mañana.Nuestro servidor Josh fue muy amable y atento y nos hizo sentir que nada era un problema para él. Pedimos los pequeños desayunos que era más que suficiente e incluso nos prepararon una bebida turca de Irán que pedimos.Una experiencia tan hermosa en estos tiempos extraños. Sin duda vale la pena visitarlo si está en Liverpool, ya sea para el desayuno, el almuerzo o la cena. ?

Food excellent as usual, eaten here many times for breakfast and evening meal, quality and service 1st class, everyone so pleasant nothing too much trouble. Top marks to Josh, very pleasant young man. The choice of food is amazing, all fresh. good value coctails x

Me and my friend visited today, we had a booking at 7 however the restaurant was very kind to sit us down nearly 30 minutes early. We ordered a Mai Tai and a Pina Colada cocktails, however I didn't receive a Pina Colada, it was something else, but I wasn't bothered because whatever drink I received was 10 times better so thank you for that quite positive mistake. We ordered Calamari, Halloumi and Cheesy Garlic bread to start, followed by two Chicken Kebabs... none of which disappointed. The food here is gorgeous and the portions were ridiculously generous for the price which was brilliant. All of the above plus a coke and a lemonade cost us around £55. You can also have whatever you don't eat boxed up if you fancy it too when you're done. This is definitely a must try restaurant. The staff were very friendly too, the young girl who served us was hospitable and kind. We will definitely be back, thank you!

We’ve just returned from a long weekend in Liverpool and on 2 days we visited Shiraz Palace for a late breakfast. Not only were we impressed by the fact that the breakfast menu is served until 3pm (we’re not early risers for brekkie), the quality of the food was excellent and the prices are so reasonable. The staff are really friendly too. We can’t wait to visit again soon, thanks Shiraz

Visited on Saturday 5th September 2020, lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. We had a shared maze to start which was lovely served with warm bread. Then sea bass and Kebab for mains which were both delicious and very large portions. All accompanied by couple of cocktails. Will definitely be visiting again. A special mention to our waiter Josh who was extremely attentive and very welcoming, top class service.

I visited on a busy Saturday night. I had the mixed grill kebab which was absolutely incredible. I’m a huge fan of Turkish food and this was definitely the best Turkish meal I’ve ever had. There was a good choice on the menu, the portions were big and it was great value. Will definitely visit next time we are in Liverpool!

Stopped here for somthing to eat on the first night ,we had a table outside and the meal was so good also the service .It was so good we booked to eat there the second night ,nothing was too much trouble to our lovely waitress Taylor who served us on both nights ,would highly recommend and will definate go there again.

As soon as I arrived with my family, we were sat down and the table was already made for us as it should for reservation. The waitress was smiley and helpful, giving advises about food and drinks, which turned out to be amazing! The food came hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. We were served very quick, even when the restaurant was full. At the end of our celebration the manager came to us to make sure everything was as it should be. Everyone left with smiley faces and great mood. 100% we will become regular customers. Thanks Mo!

The meal was delicious. The meat so tender. Everything was perfect. Josh our waiter was lovely and really attentive and friendly. We shall be going again and will recomend to others

Booked for a family meal as a catch up after lockdown. Booked on the Thursday but there was plenty of space. Shown upstairs- plenty of room and really clean. Two waitresses were very attentive and took our orders within minutes of arriving. Problem with one of the drinks but dealt with quickly. Food was amazing - really large portions and well cooked. I had breakfast but tried a little of the calzoni which was incredible. The price was incredible for the food we received . We left a tip and the waitress came over to thank us and had a little chat . Great service, great food at fantastic prices. Ticked all the boxes and would definitely be calling again.

Found this place on open table online. Booked online , no problem at all . Very welcoming and staff were very friendly and attentive . The food was soooo good. Piping hot , the kitchen is all open from the restaurant so you can see all the food being cooked . We were surprised at how cheap it was for such a good meal. Would def recommend and will def go back there next time we are in Liverpool.

We visited recently for dinner. Very good food and service. Not as spaced out as other places I've ate recently but nevertheless we enjoyed the overall dining experience, who wouldn't with two cocktails for £10. Food was 5* will be making a return visit in the near future.

We visited the restaurant Saturday afternoon..the service was really bad they fetched my grandmas food out with ours and then come back and took it off her saying it was not hers then she had to wait another 20 minutes for them to fetch her another one by then we had all finished they was really nasty and the manger her got aggressive when we spoke to him I don’t recommend this restaurant and I will not be visting again with my grandma she felt upset that she had to rush her food as she felt like we was all waiting as we was with my anytime uncle and cousin the manager had a really aggressive and it’s not what you expect when going out for lunch..

Absolutely love it here. Been over 20 times and the food is always perfect. Big portions and so tasty for cheap! The cocktails are amazing and so much choice.. we had Kirsten serving us and she couldn’t have been more lovely or attentive! Always there when we needed her and came for a little gab with us which was lovely! Couldn’t recommend the place more :-)

The food was great, the service was even better. Kirsten was so friendly and sorted out everything we asked for! also plenty of hand sanitiser and space, which is reassuring in the current climate!

It was ok the meat was tasty. But we are used to different things. When we asked for certain things the response was no we used to do it. Shame service very friendly

After visiting Shiraz BBQ and enjoying it I thought I would give Shiraz Palace a try for breakfast. I had a full cooked breakfast which was a big portion, tasty, with a hot coffee. Speedy service with a smile. I wouldn't rate it as highly as others but it was still a good breakfast.

Had a lovely meal here tonight with my lover. We halved the mix grill and iskender with helloumi. Asif the food wasn’t enough the service was excellent, Adam, Taylor and Arshia were all so kind and caring and couldn’t do enough for us. Can’t wait for the next date night, I’m feeling overly tipsy off one too many cocktails

A great find on a Sunday evening, lovely traditional Turkish kebabs and sea bass were out of this world!!! My only slight snag we felt a little rushed to finish our drinks at 22.30 but understand staff must of had a long day, will definatley return on visiting Liverpool!!!

My first visit to shiraz and it did not disappoint after hearing great things from friends. Food was lovely, didn’t wait long and was hot. Staff were very friendly and polite, especially Negin and Tayler who served us. Thank you!

We go to this restaurant regularly, and are never disappointed. The food is spectacular, all freshly cooked. Pizzas are to die for as is the chicken kebab which is served with chips, rice and salad. The garlic bread with cheese is also a hit. Happy hour never ends, 2 cocktails for £10, which are boozy and taste great, the Pina Colada is a little bit of heaven. I would recommend the Shiraz Palace to anyone especially those who have never been before who may be wary of trying somewhere new.
