Ordered a home delivery. When it arrived one item was missing. Contacted the take away who apologised and promised to send it out immediatley. Needless to say I am still waiting. Very disappointed.

Manager argumentative telling me I had ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza I didn’t I ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza. Was very rude and arguing with me telling me I 100% ordered pepperoni and pineapple. My sons allergic to pineapple so would certainly not order it on his pizza. Will not be ordering from here ever again!! Vile disgusting attitude from the supposedly manager.

Dos veces ordené por teléfono una comida para llevar aquí y cuando llegué a la hora me dijeron que estuviera listo, empezaron a preparar comida y alguien entró ordenado y se fue antes de que comenzara mi pedido telefónico. Demasiados payasos aquí. Esta última vez pedí pakora de pollo y estaba rosa en el medio y muy masticable. Nunca volveré a poner un pie aquí.

El personal me hizo sentir muy seguro y como en casa mientras esperaba mi pedido. Los precios también son muy razonables. Recomiendo mucho esta comida para llevar.

No es la primera vez que he intentado llamar por teléfono para llevar, esta noche tuve tres personas separadas que contestaron el teléfono después de que me colgaron dos veces, usted da su orden y no pueden entenderlo, hablo inglés, nacido y criado en Escocia, pero No puedo entenderle cuando da su pedido, y como no le entienden, cuelgan, deben pensar que estoy hablando un idioma extranjero, o tal vez el inglés es para ellos. Tuve que dar mi número de teléfono 5 veces y todavía no lo entendían. ¿Qué tan difícil es para ellos conseguir que alguien conteste el teléfono que entienda el idioma inglés? . . MUY POBRE .

Phoned for food, waited 2 hours for it phoned twice and been told it was 5 minutes away but the shop was actually closed 😂😂 won’t be back

Well went to this shop got a kebab paid 470 large one when I got the kebab home there was only the bread and very stingy kebab meat not worth 4.70 that’s for sure. There was no salad no sauce I was glad I asked for a separate sauce which they charged me 30p for I phoned the shop and they said I had to ask for sauce and salad. Well they are the only kebab shop I know that does this and to be honest the kebab was not that nice either so needless to say I won’t be back to this shop wonder if they charge you extra for the sauce and salad 🤔

I tried this for the first time when it first opened, and the September visit was my first time since then. I ordered the Chicken Korma and Rice and Chicken Pakora. Delicious and very filling.

Good takeaway with lovely food. Portion size is pretty good and staff are always very pleasant. Prices are reasonable.

Cold food went to wrong address staff were abrupt

Arrived about 10 minutes early, piping hot. One of the best tarka dhal's i have tasted. Donner meat was excellent as well. Absolutely delicious, definately ordering again.

I was given the wrong order. I ordered chicken tikka korma but received ordinary boiled chicken instead. I don’t like the chicken breast. Waste of money. Also, the batter on the fish pakora was soft and quite disgusting. I wouldn’t order again.

The food was outstanding! I was upset first as I received some chilli sauces to my kebab instead of garlic ones we ordered. However, after trying our food, absolutely forgot about the incorrect sauces. Meat was super soft and seasoned well. Why we haven’t tried this place previously? Feel as we wasted our time on other places. P.S. it might sounds silly, but I like only garlic sauce, and always buy an extra one. And I hate when some restaurants just replace my sauce with anything else without warning me or asking which would I prefer to replace it with.

Shergils is the best takeaway in the city , always great , never had a problem

Waiting nearly 3 hours for my delivery told 30 mins ago that was on way then 10 mins ago that was on way still n now still waiting for it joke not first either cancelled order now

Food was gorgeous as ever. Delivered very quick too, about 20mins after ordering!

I have to say that food is usually great & of good quality, but today it was poor. Chips were pale & just barely edible. Fritters were so greasy.. dripping. Pizza needed another 2 mins in oven. Like i said, food is usually great.. bit disappointed.

Delivery arrived before the time stated, as always! Shop staff are lovely. Food was great! Naan bread was lovely for a change, not over done, but not doughy! Chicken tikka chasni was lovely as ever.

That burger can only be described usin bad language, in a good way. Honestly troops pat yerself on the back. The chips aswell jesus joney the chefs in that kitchen must have absolute belters of wives if their hands can do that to a simple tottie, even the irn bru tasted better. Am single but consider yerselfs 100% booked for the buffet at ma wedding reception. Ps this review deserves a few free meals but if they're constantly that quality al still pay. Love you.

The only thing was a different sos, I've ordered a garlic but received 2 pink ones. Overall food was excellent and the mushroom pakora was outstanding.

I normally pick up myself, this is the first time I have ordered and food just as good as ever. Delivery was exceptional came well within the delivery timescale I was given. I will order on line again.

Delivered 21.15 and not 21.45. Good was great and piping hot. Left instructions with a small change to order. All correct and fab. Delivery driver very courteous too. 👍🏻

First time I've ordered from here and won't be ordering again. Ordered a bottle of Coke with my meal delivery drive said he forgot it then when I sat down to my meal realised they had not gave me a sauce with my pakora.

Waited a hour in a half then when it came , it was freezing in the chippy was all soggy was very dissapointed as it's normally really nice 😔

The food was fabulous, I loved my veggie boonah and the mushroom rice was excellent! The chicken vindaloo was hot and had allot of flavour, described as an out of body experience, the garlic naan was like eating a toasted cloud smothered in the garlic butter of the the gods.

First time trying this take away and it won't be the last, food was superb 👌

Asked for extra sauces for munchy box as requested them no sauces in the box. Foned shop to be told that he cant be bothered driving back out with them!

Food arrived on time however pizza was cold. Called the take away and the guy said it couldn't be cold as they use a pizza bag.. Well clearly not.. We assured him it was cold. Eventually he offered us 10% off next pizza (whoopie do) fair to say after trying the shish and donnor they may need to help pay for our kidney transplants as meat was unbelievably salty! I like salty food but this was inedible. Tried their cold pizza., the base was so thick and bready it was like trying to eat a loaf. Needless to say we will never be ordering from this place again.. Terrible food and appalling customer service!

The family feast combo is outstanding the quality and quantity of the food is top marks hence the rating. Delivery time was 20 minutes earlier than expected and the driver was pleasant.Food was still piping hot and delicious. I would recommend trying the South Indian garlic chilli chicken 👍🏻
