Parked here to walk to Three Cliffs Bay (£4, pay in the shop) and had planned to drive elsewhere for lunch but got back later than expected and decided to eat in the cafe instead. We each had the soup special (spiced chickpea) which was delicious (came with some white baguette slices) and half a toasted sandwich each (they allowed us to combine two from the menu which was great) - took a while to come but was very good and came with some salad leaves/coleslaw and a few crisps. Finished off with a lovely chocolate cannoli.

I visited Shepherds of Gower when I was parking my car to walk to three cliffs bay. Dan who was working at the time in the shop was very accommodating by firstly making coffee when the machines were all off for our walk. Unfortunately on our walk my partner slipped and broke his ankle. I called the shop asking for help and Dan was extremely helpful and gave us some ice for the ankle and some Ibuprofen. Had we not had Dans help my partner would have been in a lot more pain. We are so grateful for all Dans help and when we do visit again we will be sure to call in to this quaint friendly cafe.

Lovely, friendly staff. Café really nice and has loads of vegan options. The shop is lovely and has vegan options in there too. They have toilets and reasonably priced parking for the beach. :)

Popped in after a circular walk to Pennard Castle. Food quickly and freshly prepared from a small but tasty menu. Had something for everyone in our group. Coffee and hot chocolate were both excellent. Cannot fault the place.

Cheese sandwich, consisted of grated cheese inside 2 slices of bread and butter. Not a crisp or salad leaf insight. Poor presentation!!. Added a cold drink and total was £6-90.!! Visitors will be very dissatisfied when other Gower shops offer really well presented sandwiches at less cost. A little bit more value to the customers orders please and better trained staff.

An acceptable and unremarkable cafe, nestled in a picturesque valley. It's a little on the expensive side, but also basically the only cafe in the area. Food was fine, the salad was an odd combination of coleslaw and fried noodles.

This cafe is small but pleasant and reasonably welcoming. The soup was lovely but our pastry rather dry. The adjacent shop offers a wide range of products including decent ice cream

Great coffee and food apart from the sausage roll as it had hardly any filling in it. Also tried the toasted tea cake which was lovely and a nice amount of butter too and not in square wrapper!!! It’s good they are dog friendly too .

Been visiting the Gower for years but Shepherds has distinctly upgraded it's coffee shop. Great service and the coffee and quality of it is top notch. Certainly the best in the Gower/ Swansea area. As noted they do allow dogs in but as people are out for walks they don't tend to hang around . Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely people, nice selection of goodies and nice things. Lady behind the counter in the food bit is lovely. Great coffee, perfect sandwiches etc. it is dog friendly and that partly my only gripe. Not everyone likes dogs and when there’s 3 in a small space and they all start lunging and barking we just left. Obviously some people love dogs, some don’t and I also get that it’s a great dog walker area.

Out for a short walk at nearby Parc le Breos and dropped into the Shepherds cafe for a coffee. Excellent coffee really well made and surprisingly low cost compared to the coffee shops in Swansea and nearby area. Have revisited and will continue to - try the pasties as well they are superb.

This is not only a very useful shop, but also an excellent cafe. We had lunch and an afternoon cake stop here, and thoroughly enjoyed both.

Shepherds is a beautiful cafe. Simple stylish interior, great coffee and pastries….the almond croissant is the best I’ve ever tasted! The staff are so friendly, tables inside and out. And it’s very dog friendly. You can stroll down from Three Cliffs Bay and the campsite. The shop had a really good selection, the bacon we bought was excellent quality.

Having grown up popping into Shepherds for an ice cream in the summer I wanted to take the chance to visit it again on my way to nearby Three Cliffs bay. The shop itself is clearly trying hard to appeal to the discerning, foodie customer. There are lots of artisan style products on offer, priced accordingly. But it’s at real odds with the outside of the shop which was unkempt and overgrown on the day I visited - it was scruffy and stood out in the nice surroundings of Parkmill. It’s a bit of a shame, it doesn’t seem to have aged as well as I’d hoped.

Ordered a meal at this kebab house at 8.13pm Called 1.5 hours later only to be fed lots of lies about delivery driver delivered food to the wrong house Eventually had food delivered more than 2 hours after order was placed They gave me a bottle of orange for my trouble Bit of a joke really if they think that would keep me happy Food looked like it had been thrown into the box in one big rush salad didn't seem very crunchy My only advise to anyone ordering from this place is READ THE BAD REVIEWS FIRST before you order to avoid the pending disappointment Even if the food tasted good which unfortunately it didn't It came way too late to enjoy it Shop owner didn't seem to care as he already had my money I WILL NOT dare order from this place again I may as well just throw my money at a big bag of sweets and waste my money in a delicious way

Had my 50th birthday party over the bank holiday weekend. Venue was great, service was excellent and food was fab with a mix of meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. Staff friendly and did everything to make the night a success, they even went out to buy more Kahula when they ran out! Great hosting by Josh, he made the night go swimmingly and was really friendly and organised, a great party. Thanks all 🥳

Fish was ok but no bigger than the other ones in the heater unit, soggy chips were ok. This is the most expensive fish/chips/curry sauce /battered sausage I’ve ever had. Friendly staff but £26.40 was not worth the cost.

We called in for a drink one afternoon. The place was almost empty, as indeed it seems to be the majority of the time. The place is well furnished and roomy but lacks atmosphere. Not for me.

Nice meals not much to choose from on menu tho chips in a small basket and not many … over priced garlic bread £4:20 and onion rings £3:95 on sides they need keep up the game as In massive competition with other pubs around the area …. The dinning looks more like a cafe needs more love ❤️ lovely staff I would return but some family members won’t needs bigger plates for the larger eaters….
