Absolutely fantastic pub with hearty food, lovely service and a pleasant atmosphere. Generous portion sizes (I couldn’t finish my food) and the barman offered to pack it up for me to take home. Will definitely be back !

Fantastic place to stay overnight for campervans/motorhomes all for a pack of toilet rolls.. The landlord is very friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Some EHU is available but will need at least 20m cable with a 13amp plug. Pub is very friendly and warm. Exceptionally dog friendly to the point there weren't any meat scraps available for them to give our St Bernard, so Landlord cut off pieces from a full joint of beef and literally filled a dish. Highly recommend for overnight. Food is outstanding

Alan and his team are very friendly and helpful. They were happy to share local knowledge of places to visit. The food was excellent and they have gluten free options available too. The lounge bar was busy with a great atmosphere (1/3/25). We stayed in our motorhome in the carpark which they are happy to accommodate if they have space. Would definitely use the Beaufort Arms again for a stop over and dinner

Such a fab pub...the Landlord is a great Guy..Welcoming everyone and the car park had plenty of motorhomes...electric charging points/ swapping a parking space, for a meal..how fantastic. Come to Gower and get a proper Welcome there. We need more experienced like this. The food was great and big selections of drinks.

Great pub with fab food! John and Alan were really kind, friendly accommodating during the filming for our short film in the pub! We stayed for lunch afterwards and it was fantastic, the sunday roast is 10/10! Highly recommend!

I wish there were more pubs like this on gower. A great venue where you can park ip your motorhome for free (toilet toll currency) and get a superb welcome. We live on gower and just fancied a night out so where a little different where we didn't have to spend a fortune on taxi home. We were welcomed along with our dog - Frank for the price of a toilet roll. The ethos is give loo roll rather than take loo role 🤣. We have great food a lovely few beerd/wines and Frank was treated like royalty. He was even given a marrow bone from the kitchen which will take him days to devour. We will definitely be back with our campervan friends just for a change and the lovely welcome. Thank you.

Brilliant pub, Josh and Lewis are fantastic as are the brilliant management, absolutely brilliant pub. Decent pricing on the Guinness and the spirits. The staff truely make you feel welcome, the food is absolutely fantastic and I personally recommend the steak pie. Honestly the best pub you can find down the gower for locals and visitors alike 😎😎

We went for Sunday Roast here today and had the very best welcome and a fabulous meal.Dogs are not merely tolerated but totally spoilt, in the kindest possible way. The owners and their team are so friendly and totally get what top class customer service is all about. This place will now feature regularly on our social agenda and I can highly recommend to everyone.

where do i start…. i was taken on a journey to pallet town every flavour danced upon my tounge the chicken wings melted in my mouth the ribs fell off the bone! i was left in the most exquisite food coma where i hope to remain for years to come thanks beaufort arms kittle

I’ve had plenty of Sunday lunches in my time, but none get even close to the sublime experience at The Beaufort in Kittle. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a perfect blend of traditional pub charm and modern comfort. Alan, John and the rest of the team are friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about delivering top-notch service. The food, though, is the true star. The locally sourced Sunday roast is an absolute masterpiece - beef, lamb and turkey with all the trimmings. The Yorkshire pud is a work of art, golden and crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy inside. The roast potatoes are perfectly crispy, and the seasonal veg are always fresh, vibrant, and cooked just right. The gravy is something to write home about - rich, flavourful, and the perfect accompaniment to the entire meal. The portion sizes are beyond generous, leaving no room for desert 🤣 The Beaufort’s relaxed yet lively atmosphere, combined with its stunning food, makes it an unbeatable choice for a Sunday lunch. Popped in with the family on the spur of the moment for a roast . . .and a Guinness starter. Food was really nice - a proper roast with as much horseradish as you want. Friendly service as always

Like a lot of people, we've driven past the Beaufort Arms, making a mental note to "try it out some day soon". Well, that day arrived and this lovely pub exceeded our expectations. Warmly welcomed the minute we arrived, our dog given a bowl of meat scraps which he wolfed down! A nice selection of beer, lager and cider plus wines and soft drinks. I opted for a pint of Neck Oil (Beavertown) which is not easy to "keep" but which was served perfectly. As it was a Sunday, the roasts were on offer - the medium one had a choice of 2 meats from beef, turkey and lamb. We also tried the gammon, egg and chips as well. All the food arrived hot, very generous portions and homemade. Meat is sourced locally. Homemade gravy as well and polite, friendly service to go with it. Tremendous value for money and certainly not the last time we will visit. Highly recommended - do not be swayed by other "reviews" with less than 5 contributions!

Friendly pub but food very disappointing. The lasagne was inedible and not like any lasagne we’d experienced before. Gammon ok. We weren’t offered an alternative and no refund as bizarrely we had to pay up front. We won’t be returning

Food was served piping hot which is what I like, we had starters and a main meal all of which was lovely and the portions were good sized, and most importantly tasty. Bar area was spotless, staff very pleasant. I rang ahead to ask if we could stay in our MH the car park is large so this was not a problem. I would recommend this pub.

Welcomed by the owner and his son on arrival accredited us last minute to stay in the car park in our tentbox even had eletric hookup. We had a meal each and few drinks food was beautiful and the wine and cider. Was able to use the toilets when needed. Had a lovely coffee before we left the next morning. Already planning to return for Easter.

Came across this beautiful little pub whilst visiting the gower in our tentbox. The owner accommodated us with being able to stay in car park over night and the food was brilliant and home cooked. Owner was lovely. Will definitely be back. Thanks for having us.

I feel very lucky to have The Beaufort Arms as our local pub . There is a great balance ranging from a good size car park , very welcoming and friendly staff , great menu with very generously proportioned meals using locally sourced fresh produce and a friendly atmosphere. The very well maintained pool table is very popular and a nice addition to the pub.

Very good Sunday lunch with tasty, tender, locally sourced meat (vegetarian option available), a good selection of vegetables and nice hot gravy. All staff were welcoming and helpful. We’ll be visiting again.

I had heard a lot about the Beaufort but we had never tried it. I wish we had visited earlier. We had a truly fabulous Sunday roast - I never normally eat many of the vegetables but all was so nice I cleaned my plate! Our 10 year old was so enjoying the gravy that he drank all from each jug (we had one each)! Our dog was very welcome and enjoyed a free bowl of scraps. Staff were lovely. Service was great. Played pool too. We will be back.

From first arriving into the pub, we felt very welcome. The service and food were amazing. We ordered the beef short rib and sirloin steak. Both were cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend l.

Wonderful experiecne! Visited during two day power cut after Storm Darragh. Warm welcome from staff, ensuring we had the table we liked best. Friendly, helpful and professional waiter. Service was faultless. The food was also delicious, plenty of it. I had the fish and chips, my daughter and partner had the mediterranean Tart (vegan) and vegetarian lasagne. large portions and tasted perfect. Came quite quickly. Would definitely recommend this place and will be returning. (We won't wait for another power cut) Cara

Visited today for a Sunday roast. Had two 'small' roasts, one lamb and one turkey. Both were delicious and cooked to perfection! Portions were very generous too. Very good value for money. One of the best Sunday roasts we have ever had! Very friendly staff. Cosy atmosphere. We will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!

Went for food with my girlfriend and mother, 2 steak and ale pies and 3 drinks came to £55, no veg in there literally minced beef and nothing else, honestly you deserve better !

Thoroughly recommend The Beaufort pub. We had Sunday lunch today. It was absolutely delicious. Tasted as if homemade. 6 of us enjoyed a large dinner with 3 meats, roast potato, swede, carrots, peas, mashed potato, perfect cabbage, Yorkshire pud, stuffing, lots of gravy. Side order of gorgeous cheesy cauliflower cheese. Plenty of food. Plates cleared! We will be back. We were there late afternoon. Thank you so much. See you again ☀️

Loved it!!! First of all Alan and Elena are the friendliest and kindest persons ever we got super welcome by them. The service is excellent. Then the food, so yummy. We had the Hunter chicken very generous portions and cooked perfectly the chicken was tender and juicy. Finally the drinks!! Tons of options and good prices. Thank you very much guys😍🤩🥰

We drive past this pub a lot on the way to the beach and one day fancied a roast, but not the cooking and cleaning. We were discussing how nice it would be to have a local for a roast, but as of yet, haven't found one we like. Usually, we're disappointed with roast dinners, but this was really good . The portions were great and you can pick sizes. The beef was tasty, not chewy and without excess fat or gristle. You can tell it is homemade and that is what we want. I hate frozen, chain food. Quality is what matters and now we know we can come back. You get extra gravy pots without asking and scraps for your dog (I'm not sure if this was just at the end of the day or all the time). Sticky toffee pudding was delicious, perfectly balanced. Staff were friendly. Dogs are allowed. We will definitely be popping in after a winter dog walk again.

Llamamos para tomar una copa un domingo a la hora del almuerzo. Este es ahora el lugar favorito de mi perro boxeador después de inhalar el tazón de carne asada presentado por el propietario. Parece popular para el almuerzo del domingo que tiene algunas opciones de precio. Preferiríamos alguna otra verdura que no sean guisantes y zanahorias y por un costo adicional el queso coliflor. Definitivamente volvería por comida si se ofreciera algo más tentador en el frente vegetal. Sin embargo, un pub amable donde el nuevo propietario está tratando de mejorar el lugar. Fabulous food, great service, super friendly hosts, motorhomes welcomed (with purchase of food and drink which is absolutely fine). Our dog Lwsi was also welcomed to which we appreciated.

Had a great night at the Beaufort. Staff and landlord were very friendly and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere, our two little K.C.cav’s were very welcome to join us for food (which was lovely). Out-door area had a covered section with patio heater’s. Stayed in our MoHo in their large flat carpark and in exchange for some toilet rolls you have free hookup for the night! You will need a three pin adapter and a long cable. Very quiet throughout the night. Definitely worth a visit 👍🍺.

Brilliant pub and staff - we used the car park to park our motorhome for 2 nights having spotted the site on the Britstops app for motorhome users - the owners couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly to chat to, and the pub had a great atmosphere, with a Hallowen party in full swing when we arrived. We ate in the pub for 2 nights running and the food was really nice, especially the Sunday roast (which was tasty and huge!) A great location to see the Gower and we would definitely look to return at some point - our thanks to all for being so welcoming

Fabulosa comida con la más cálida de las bienvenidas aquí en el Beaufort Arms. Parada de autocaravana por una noche, pero bien vale la pena por la calidad de la comida. El servicio fue excelente yo tenía las chuletas de la lámpara y mi marido tenía el salmón abrasado. Nuestro perro Lwsi fue hecho sentir bienvenido, que realmente apreciamos. ¡Dale una oportunidad, no te decepcionará!

Amazing cosy local in the beautiful gower, the perfect place to re fuel and relax after exploring, even better they are dog friendly so perfect after a walk! Staff are great and friendly and the Sunday dinner hits the spot! Would definitely recommend showing the football on the weekends tho!

A lovely Sunday roast after a lovely blustery walk with our three whippets. All were made to feel very welcome by staff and fellow customers. Food was just just what we needed too.

We had a lovely, well cooked lunch. My husband has special dietary requirements and they were happy to make something for him that wasn't on the menu. Very friendly and accommodating. And a bonus of plenty ev chargers in the free carpark

We had a great first visit and will definitely be back! A tasty meal freshly cooked and all served by fun and friendly staff. Loved it!

This is a lovely pub. We often visit South Wales and this is always a place we love stopping at in our motorhome. We of course always have a meal and a few drinks. The staff are super friendly and the food is always amazing. This time we arrange to meet a few family member from the local area and took a large table for 12 which again went very well in terms of speed of service and hot food. We shall be back again soon!

We ate here this evening and we were not disappointed. The food was incredible, huge portions and very tasty. We had the steak and ale pie and the special of goat curry. Service was fast and friendly. We will gladly visit again on our next trip to the Gower.

Absolutele 100% top food 😋 Me and my wife had the beufort Burger 🍔 and both were outstandingly good , chips were top notch and when pepsi max from a pump is also chilled and getting the balance of bubbles and taste spot on makes such a change to what is served else where . Will definitely go back for 2nds and will be trying their desserts next time. Interior and exterior issues I know it's not long been taken over and they are doing a brilliant job but the interior and exterior definitely needs some TLC ... also the entrance is looking untidy and this food deserves a grand entrance 👏 Hope my review was OK 👍

Nice pub, very friendly landlord, great food. Large carpark, which we stayed over the night in campervan. Was even offered mains hook up. Was free, but had to pay by giving landlord 1 toilet roll. I kid you not, that's his price. Good to visit mumble, Swansea, Gower etc.

We enjoyed a roast dinner today. It was enormous!! We had the medium size 2 meat dinner. Neither of us could get anywhere near finishing it. It tasted lovely. Sadly no room for pudding. Service was friendly but I suspect the waitress still learning the trade but didn’t detract from the meal. The pub itself needs a little revamp. Great value for money. Give it a go.

Great food and service, they managed to fit us in late notice on a Sunday night as we only got into Swansea in the evening when almost everywhere else was closed! The man who served us didn't have enough seabass for 6 portions so he split each fillet in half and bulked it out with lots of yummy sea food as an extra and gave us a discount. Fyi there is a Visitors price for tourists as there is with most places I've been in Wales. Free parking is a bonus👍🏼

Good food, lovely people, superb service

Absolutely wonderful fantastic spare ribs! We received such a warm welcome that it was a joy. For a roll of toilet paper (no joke, wonderful British humor!) we were able to park our motorhome in the parking lot overnight. The world needs more of places like this!
