We would give this restaurant 10 out of 5 if we could. Never had Lithuanian food before & decided to book in for our pre Theatre meal. The young lady behind the bar was so friendly & helpful. The food was amazing. We had tempura onion & Calamari rings to start with 2 dips. Piping hot & beautiful. I had chicken breast with pesto for main, my partner had the Pork joint with baked cheese mashed potato, with shredded pickled sweet cabbage. Again all piping hot & delicious. Can't recommend this restaurant enough. Fabulous . Thank you all staff & the chef.

What a fabulous find this place was - we were looking for somewhere to eat before we went to the pantomime and came across this authentic Lithuanian restaurant We had not had this cuisine before but the young lady serving us guided us through the menu We shared a calamari/ onion starter with two tasty dips then I had the pork hock with all the trimmings and my girlfriend had the chicken schnitzel with pesto sauce and trimmings We then had coffee with liqueur- a baileys and a zagares Very reasonable and very well cooked food and well worth a visit

We were pleasantly impressed with the quality of the food; it was all hand made and their Pork Stew was truly authentic and as though homemade. I recommend visiting as the food and service is on point if your looking for a home style cooked meal.

we ordered fried black bread, which came soaked in oil, and on the bottom of the dish, had a layer of oil. when we asked for it to be replaced, the waiter looked grumpy and walked off with our dish and never returned. And the dish wasn't taken of our bill, nor received any discount. other than that, the food was lovely.

The food was really good and great if your on a budget. However staff was very rude. I asked for tap water and lemon. They charged us for a water bottle and lime... Even though I asked for lemon. Very unprofessional.

I needed lunch, all the takeaways were full, this one was next door, its good food, served quickly, very clean, a bit dark inside. The menu has pics so you can see what you want, i had the dough battered fish and onion rings, very nice, no dessert, coffee was better that Costa. a good find, i will go back, with a Lithuanian.

Restaurant is in a good, central location, easy to find. If you’re coming by car, you might struggle to find a parking spaces close to the restaurant, especially when parking between 8am and 6.30 pm (I think) is limited to 30min only. Place looks really authentic and clean, with seating places on the ground and first floors. This is the place if you want to try traditional Lithuanian cuisine. And you’ll find everything in one place - soups, main meals (cepelinai :) ) and local beer. So much to try and everything is so so good and most importantly at very reasonable price. However, some things to be aware of. First of all - customer service. Might not what you expect to find. We were a bigger group group of 4 people and all of us were a bit surprised about the personnel service manner. I want to believe it was one of case, but really not impressed. Secondly, check your receipt. Food prices on the menu might be a bit different to what you might find on the receipt. Maybe a technical glitch maybe wrong price on the menu? Nevertheless, problem should be resolved ASAP so that customers should not have deal with it. The only service I’m giving “Very good” rating is because of the customer service experience.

Fantastic food, really friendly. Very clean . Looks a little dark inside but that's part of the ambience . Was hoping to listen to old style Lithuanian music instead of the 80/90's classics. Would recommend .

Visited with my partner on a late Sunday afternoon. We had heard about the restaurant and wanted to give it a go. It is a new Lithuanian restaurant close to Peterborough city centre. The main market for this restaurant is obviously the local Lithuanian population but we are always keen to find new and different places and I think a number of tweaks would improve the experience - for example there were two doorman on the door who didn't even acknowledge us and a sign saying 'no drugs allowed' - both of which were a little off-putting. That aside once in the ambience is very nice and the interior decor is lovely. Our initial welcome was not warm from a man, however our waitress was very good and attentive throughout our meal. The waiting staff are dressed in typical Lithuanian dress and this is a nice touch. We order a platter of Lithuanian items to share - we were told this should serve 4 but we wanted to try lots of different things so had it anyway. It took some while to arrive but we didn't mind this as it was clearly cooked fresh and was of nice quality. We enjoyed some of the items but some were not to our English taste- that said it really was clear that the items were cooked well. We will definitely return and try other things on the menu We had a beer and a cider to start, a bottle of wine and a soft drink plus the platter and it came to £50 which we thought was value for money. Just 'soften' the entrance experience and I think you will appeal more

No matter how many times I order food there, something will always surprise me. The food is always delicious and fresh, and I saw it again today.

We and our friends have been looking forward to eating on a Saturday evening at this restaurant. We booked a table which was acknowledged, arrived at the restaurant 7.55pm and the scene was total chaos. There were people queued out the door, we made it inside, there was no host to greet or even explain what was going on. Got to 8.20 still nobody came and updated us on the situation. We left and found elsewhere to eat. Really disappointing, as I have lost all confidence of booking again

In the hole. It used to be good, but now it's terrible.
