Great little place there is a parking for hgv round the back which is helpful prices are what you expect from a motorway service station staff we're friendly and plenty of choice in the shop area aswell as toilets which is a bonus also there is a little hot food van in the hgv park which serves hot food tea coffee etc

Free parking. There is a toilet inside. We sleep with one eye wide open. There are places, the parking is decent in size.

Paid for £20 of diesel and there's a problem with the pump gave me around 10 miles worth of fuel and nobody answers the phone to complain. Pump 5 has no pressure at all you cant feel it going in at all... I did what they asked in the reply to this and they did nothing.

Good services, though quite small

Normally stop here as its the hall way point of our journey. Usually have Costa coffee and use the restroom which is often wet although with the amount of people using it I suppose its to be expected!

Relatively cheap fuel. Always a clean well maintained if small station with efficient staff.

Sells fuel, not the cheapest around and the slip road exits is a little short, but it does what it needs to do which is sell fuel and snacks. Can't complain.

24hours opening it says. A very rude male member of staff, told me to get out as they don't open until 4am. I did ask where it says so and that I'm already in. Scruffy bearded fellow. A report to Shell will be made.

Was ok, no social distancing going on or marked out, about 8 wheelie bins near air and the entrance wafting in a bin juice aroma about, not very nice, if it wasn't for those 2 things I'd have given it 5 stars

All good, except slow diesel pumps for HGV’s

How can they warrant charging at least 10p per litre more than fuel stations in Ipswich? I’ve got to be almost out of fuel before I use this place

Avoid if you can,a female working here finds it very funny when elderly people fall and hurt themselves.The lowest of the low.

Clean but it have just one mixed toilet.

Don't use shell. I used to buy fuel for 3 years just there and engine get wrong and all injectors die . I stoped use for 1 year and it's good now . They mix fuel with woter about 10 % . No more Shell .

Friendly staff, not clear where to park just for the shop. The slip road to leave was a bit short for someone with a low acceleration car!

Main supplier of my fags and coffee sweets. Joan, Claire & izzy are great girl's although Claire gets my fags without me asking.... think I go there too much

Stopped off briefly to get supplies for my to hypoglycaemic diabetic daughters whilst stuck in rush hour stand still traffic attendant was polite and chatty

Good to park if tired especially for lorry drivers overnight. Behind it is a nice woodland walk accessible from the petrol station. Great if you have a dog that needs to use the loo!

Useful location but fuel always more expensive than the Shell garages in Ipswich
