Full of kids who just prefer to stand around and chat about the evening they're gonna have after their shift while people are waiting for their food!

Very bad staff and kitchen is loud plus's ice-cream machine is apparently dirty or broken

Extremely rude staff Lady on headset obviously did not want to be here and it showed. The girly who delivered our 1 singular wrap after getting parked up was even ruder. Insane they act like this baring in mind it’s a customer service role. Our wrap was also awful! Unravelled and with little sauce and salad.

Was actually very quiet for a change as normally its very busy good was nice and hot

Far to slow to serve order. Should bring the old way back of having food ready in the heated bin.

Chips were cold. The spicy chicken? There was hardly any chicken....just a flat spicy crust. When I complained to the manager I was told that this is what they get from their MC supplier and cannot do anything about it not even apologise. True I was starving and had half of it before deciding to give it back. I had this before (not here) and there was chicken in it.....pictures attached. Overall -10 *

Forgot our dips until we asked and must have been running low on fries because these were how our larges were filled 😂 check your bags before you pull away from the drive thru.

Tendency to make drinks as soon as order placed so by time food is ready drinks are luke warm

Didnt have anything i ask for run out of philly steak milkshake machine was broke and to top when tbey brought the food out was told the chip fryer wasnt working and was offered a apple pie instead of chips terrible

We did the drive-through today as we normally do. My advice, make sure you ask for serviettes as they're a bit stingy in giving them out...and by that I mean we didn't get any! Otherwise all good. Friendly and smiley staff.

Horrendous,. Machines not working. Filthy toilets with blocked drains, very rude and untidy staff. Particularly the night staff. Would not order from here again.

My Coke was served without ice and it took some time to locate the ice by which time I had to eat my meal without a drink to stop it going cold.The fries were soggy not crisp as ususal the custom made 1/4 pounder missed out Mayo yet the restuarant was far from full must new staff on

I order online and all younger staff think funny to take the odd thing from people orders. And they share out at end of they shift ask me how i know i have mate that work at McDonald's on different campus but they are all the same laughing joking while working which i dont find right they need to be doing they jobs because its not a soical club they forgot some of my order so they can add to what they share at end of they shift and they can be quite rude not all of them but some but they good bad in all the world i hope can improve just pointing out where they going wrong improve this and it will be a 5 star from me

Shit stained toilet seat. Floor covered in piss and no hand soap in the dispensers.

Quite slow as I had pre ordered on the app but friendly & great hot food

They’re clearly trying to cover up slow service times in the drive thru so send you to park immediately. There are sensors. If they don’t have the staff numbers they need to get more staff, it’s dumb to pretend there isn’t a problem. McDonald’s really need a secret shopper here. Staff are incredibly rude. I was at the drive through and ordered a burger and fries (simple order) I was told to park up because my fries were taking too long, I said not to worry about them I would just take the burger, he went away then a manager came back and said the delay was the burger because “the meat takes 90 seconds” I said that’s fine I’ll wait, he said it’s going to take a long time and to park up, I said I am in a hurry so can I just get a refund. (There is only one car behind me) he takes my card and comes back 2 mins later saying he can’t do a refund and I’ll have to come in store if I want one. I said it’s been about 5 mins since I ordered my food must be ready, he said it’s not and he wants me out of the drive through because of the sensors monitoring car serving times. He eventually got a kid to bring my food without a word said. Very strange and rude operation where it seems like lying to the customer is common.

Whilst the food was ok, they say food ready to collect before they have even started preparing!!

Always know what you are getting

Came in for some breakfast whilst on the way to Great Yarmouth. We ordered on the app and everything came within 10 minutes. The food was very hot and fresh and tasted great. A perfect way to start the day!

Ordered on the screen (breakfast menu) in store and stood waiting for the order for a full 11 minutes before getting my food...several other people waiting behind me I counted 8 different staff prepping food, chatting, laughing, standing doing jack-all...frustrating af! Have also ordered for home delivery in the past and received cold food and missing items for the last 3 orders...don't waste your money here, please spend it in another McD's where you might get a better service

Last time more and more dirty, food quality go down, staff always not happy, looks like asking your why you coming here. 2024 was the best mcdonald's in the city, now just any dirty fast food place 👎👎👎

Burgers are usually just warm or cold. Same problem all over eversince they changed the "Food waiting, heated storage unit"?

Food is what you expect staff always seem more interested in chatting than doing there job massively slows the service down and leave food sat away from heat lamps while waiting for last items to complete the order not ideal

Drive through, 2 quarter pounder with cheese meals….quiet Sunday night….had to wait 10-15 mins in the car. Not good at all.

Most times if you request an item change for example no sauce. It will have it in. Don't worry about collecting points and using the pick up at your car as every time you request a spot and using points app says it's worked and 15 mins later says failed. Happened 3 times on two different phones and accounts

Fries wasn’t great. The night shift staff look like they’ve all been put on the naughty step or risen from the ground

Waiting over 30 mins for our food, drove home, and was missing my girls Happy meal. I'm not happy at all. I have a child in tears now thanks! To busy & under staffed. Too many deliver drivers in taking up all the room so actual customers can't collect their orders. Probably would have spotted it was wrong before leaving if there was room to breathe. Can't log in either, so I couldn't collect points or use offers.

It's alright. Food is what you'd expect from McDonalds. Service is slow at busy times but the staff are working to get the orders out. It might be worth giving it a miss if you're sensitive to repetitive noises though as all you'll hear is the fryer timer alarms constantly sounding, wherever you sit I'm the restaurant.

Best McDonalds in Ipswich. Way better than the new Copdock one. Easy parking.

This macdonalds will not give the app points, Amber the manger clearly did not see this as an issue, we bought loads of food for a party, and got no points.

Absolute crap along with all the stores in the local area the franchisees of this area should be ashamed always missing items off a order, no surprise they do so well when they dont supply food Appalling disappointing and out right shocking

This place is great if you go in! If you get delivery, at probably no fault of the restaurant be prepared for couriers to steal your orders or do multiple drops so the food is cold. But the restaurant itself is great. Fast service and mostly friendly staff!

Had a takeaway yesterday. Went to drive tru Chips were not hot and had no salt. No mayo on the burguer No napkins provided Coke was flat Absolutely disgraceful. Won't use this mcdonalds ever again

Avoid this one, especially the useless drive through. Never get orders correct, only serve 1 lane so you'll wait watching others go through, terrible staff and useless management. Honestly just go elsewhere for food, there's even other McDonald's nearby so go enjoy elsewhere.

Whoever was the manager on the evening of 29/11 is very rude and aggressive to woman. Also a hair was found in out “caramel” McFlurry which contained no caramel.

We are local to whitehouse. I can count on one hand how many times the food has been hot and complete, every-time we go there, they either forget something or it’s stone cold. The ones in Colchester were much better !!

At the Buy road retail park and next shop on list was Asda, so feeling hungry after all that retail therapy and walking around thought McDonald's will do well before tackleing Asda, ordered at the counter with Cash very helpful and polite staff member attended to our hunger needs, 5 minute wait and food was delivered to our table piping hot and delicious.

Waited for one hour and 40 minutes for food Two burger & chips and two milkshakes. when it did arrive it was stone cold. This is not the first time this has happened from this McDonald. But I can safely say this will be the last .

Absolutely appalling had to get another big mac because they didn't give us the mean,had to get chips because they forgot them they were cold as we got them didn't get caramel on my CARAMEL frappe will not eat here again disgraceful don't recommend this bad place also ordered hot chocolate waited in line for 14 minutes then got it took 5 minutes to make bad place and very dirty👎🏻

Always busy, regularly screws up my order and they've removed the Click and Pay service where they used to bring your order to your car. Overall? Meh.

Overcharged me then openly lied to me when I queried it then the manager had the audacity to tell me it's the way I ordered.

Great food as always, conveniently right next to Tesco's and close to home.

Went to the drive-thru the car in front. Couldn't make its wind up what he was having so away at about 15 minutes but after that ordered my food got to the window paid. Went to the other window. Got my food cheesy stack burger with onion was a bit of a letdown just didn't taste of nothing. Just cheese. That's a shame. Never mind 8 out of 10

Ordered a meal deal including coffee plus chicken nuggets and a coffee. Only received one coffee. When queried and showing receipt was made to pay for another coffee!

Very greasy food. Really slow. Fries where still white in colour and didn't even hold there shape as fries

I would give 0 as I have not had a single order correct and when they cancel an order you wait a month for a refund. If they get it wrong on a delivery you then have to either go get your replacement or put up with it. Funny you pay extra for the delivery surely that means you can’t get it otherwise you would go get it in the first place.

This McDonald's is shocking! happy meals served without the main just chips. Even missing a whole meal all together with adult meals. They can never give sauce even when you pay extra on the app. I find if your order is more than three meals they can't function properly and guarantee that you will get it all... This is the same whether I'm in store or using the app

Order food, and once again, it was wrong. Rarely do we have a McDonald's, but it seems that this one short supply what has been ordered and paid for. This time, 3 and double cheese burgers were ordered with no pickle, wrapped in the correct paper, but there was only a single burger in them and pickles.

It was terible they missed 4 cheeseburgers 4 chicken mayos and 9 chicken selects don't know who packed the bag must of been stevie wonder or have severe learning difficulties I don't know how you miss out 9 chicken selects without being dropped a couple times head first down the stairs what a pack of jagaloons

Dreadful service, refused to take my order so had to use the app, still waited about 20 minutes for it to be ready. Toilets were disgusting and filthy. Even worse than the other McDonald's I've been to in Suffolk, and that's saying something.

Decent McDonald's! Would be nice to see more plant based options or the option to have dairy free cheese on burgers!

Took someone through drive through they had already ordered breakfast on phone with hot chocolate, gave me the bag of food which gave friend, went to get hot chocolate to pass over, workers not put lid on properly as friend went to get drink drink went all over everywhere. burnt us both my hand and car got brunt.
