It's McDonald's, you know what you're getting. Though I swear they mess up the order in some way every single time.

Quick drive through service, as expected

I only had a coffee and a Mcflurry and they were good. 🤓

Enjoyed my snack at McDonald's but surprised the staff in the kitchen preparing the food weren't wearing disposable gloves.

Drive thru. It is what it is. I always check my food before I drive away and would advise anybody to do the same

12 min wait at drive thru after order. No apology and wasnt very busy

Drive through. Staff not as friendly at drive through windows as at Copdock branch.

Always check food when ordering from here, have had food missing just now and quite a few times before

So popped in today for breakfast needed the loo as I'm disabled went to use loo nearly threw up was disgusting went to mens loo just as bad and really smelt bad put me off ordering a breakfast drove home manager was on his phone doing nothing talking away not bothered.another customer told the lobby lady about the loos and her response was "oh really" from that alone I'm guessing she doesn't clean much.will be going to another mcdonald's in future

Just came to McDonald's after the gym at 12.42am and look at the state of this restaurant I guess there is no clearers and no one cares about the cleanliness of this place

Lovely girl at window where you collect your meal, food was lovely apart from cold chips, bit replaced with no quibble.

I've always had minor problems with this McDonald's but this is just not right. I ordered through my McDonald's app and I ordered a chocolate milkshake, it was sealed in the bag when it got delivered but it was half empty and practically like water. If it was made like that then why send it out!

1st time for a McDonald's for some time, shopping at Asda thought oh a Maccy D in the car park, getting near tea time we thought do well no cooking ect, not familiar with screen ordering (OAP's) spoke a member of staff he took our order at the counter, food arrived a few minutes later piping hot and delicious, couldn't fault our visit food was good service was very good, well done McDonald's (Asda carpark Ipswich).

...And Again come to the worst restaurant, placed my order, and checked my order and once more it was wrong and incomplete... complaining with a blonde skinny manager (Easy to identify due professional stupidity) her reply was if you're not happy don't Come back. This wasn't very professional from someone who's taking orders and managing a place with clients , from me it was the last time and also the unhygienic of the restaurant due to the rats that are outside in the drive thru. Not advised to ANYONE..... DONT PUT YOUR KIDS AT RISK !!! OFSTED HIGH ALERT SHOULD INVESTIGATE.

Rubbish service ordered on the McDonald’s app are order had no double quarter pounder no large fries no dip no straws for are drinks, I called to make a complaint no answer kept trying no answer this was Sunday I called a back on Tuesday and as it had been more than 48 hours they wouldn’t do a thing about its an ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! McDonald’s that we paid for food we didn’t even receive now we cannot have a money back!! where dose it say you have a time limit to complain???? Take my money don’t deliver my food witch was the worst thing then keep my money for food you never even delivered thanks McDonalds!!!!! Great service that!!!!

Most disappointed that none of our burgers have gherkins in. What is going on. No milkshakes one week no gherkins a couple of weeks later. It seems every time I go something is missing. Not good enough McDonald’s sort it out.

Absolutely shocking! Will never use again, waited 3/4 of an hour sitting in carpark for basic cheese burger and fries and a bacon chicken burger with fries customers after us were being served OK us in the carpark were just totally forgotten about! DISGUSTING 😡

OK - I'll admit I absolutely detest these fast food outlets whatever brand they are. Only put up with awful touch screens to order two McFlurries which in my opinion is the only good thing about McD apart from the coffee. Got our ice creams and sat peacefully in our van in the sun watching the never ending stream of cars queuing for double whatevers. I think the young people working there need a medal. Wouldn't touch the food - hate the automated screens which just adds another impersonal touch to the whole experience. You wait until they've got a lot of AI bots dishing out the food & all the workers are hidden from view....... Bah humbug etc...

Over the last year or two this place has gone from bad to worse. Not only did I have to drive twice through the drive through as items were forgotten at fault of the staff. Halloumi fries cold and gone hard clearly been sat there ages!! Chips cold and soggy. Quarterpounder with cheese, don't even get me started! And the drink I had yo come back round for as the fobbed me a medium even though I'd asked for a large, has had the winning sips taken off it already!! The staff looked miserable!! So what was supposed to be a little treat for the family has turned in to a massive waste of time. Personally will be avoiding this place now!

Went on way to and from holiday. Was empty on way there and service/staff were perfect. Way home was busy and seem to struggle with the amount of customers however balloon maker entertained the kids who enjoyed it.

Like most McDonald's now it is over priced, poor quality and served by poorly trained people. I used to work at McDonald's myself and standards have tumbled. I recently had a McMuffin served with paper from the bun toaster. Pancakes missing sausage and a toffee latte minus the toffee. No butter on the muffin so it was as dry as the Sahara. I've given up giving them second chances or walking back in to resolve issues. Now going to Tim Hortons for a much better experience.

Use this drive thru fairly regularly. If you use the left hand lane of an evening you'll be greeted with a flock of rats around the bin store while you are waiting to order. My little boy no longer calls it McDonald's, but now calls it "the rat place". Phoned them to discuss this situation and they said there are no rats, went back a few days later and they are still there. Also, problems when going for breakfast, I have an egg allergy, the last 3 times I've been, I've ordered with no egg, the sticker saying no egg is on the item, and there's an egg in the muffin. This used to be the best McDonald's in the area but it's standards seem to be falling sharply, and it's sad to see. Don't think I'll be visiting "the rat place" again for a while Update: phoned and spoke to someone at the store who said there were no rat problems and they had been dealt with. Yesterday went back through the drive thru and saw the rats are still there, so spoke to the staff at the window who said the problem has been dealt with. Would really like to speak to a manager about this issue?

Great if you want to spend your evening sat for 45 mins in the drive thru watching hundreds of rats running in and out of the bin store and around the place. Obviously their 1000 bait boxes aren't doing the trick?? Told them about it and apparently the problem is sorted! Maybe they have started employing them?

Absolutely awful paid for a large meal chips half full food freezing cold and inedible thrown away straight away. Coca cola witout ice last 6 weeks.

It's a McDonald's. I got a drive thru. It was fine!

Friday am at 9am. Walked in and ordered from the machine to beat drive through massive queue. Stood for over 10 minutes seeing just eat drivers taking all priority then when i got to my car there was no egg in my double sausage and egg mcmuffin and it was cold. Ate it due to hunger.. Have used this branch for many years but won't return 😔

Remade all order due to error they made - except the Big Tasty which they refused to remake as it would “take too long”! Everyone else got fresh hot food , the Big Tasty was stone cold and certainly not tasty. It ended up in the bin.

My wife and son seem to like it! 🤪

Sick of missing items and having to return, fed up with the long queues because the staff don't prioritise properly, just eat, uber and deliveroo have up to an hour to deliver food yet they have the rest of the customers waiting to serve the couriers.. its gone downhill in the last year, not to mention the major rat problem in the summer.. piles and piles of them.. ick.

Fairly empty. Not up to usual standard. chips undercooked and soggy and like warm as was the big Mac. Disappointing meal.

Cold food, service was very slow. From order being ready to collect it took 10mins for someone to actually pass it to me even though no one was waiting. I think they cheat the KPIs on how their FAST FOOD service this way. I did complain via the App and the agent was very helpful and resolved the issue however they need more accountability on site to put customer service and quality first!

Really delicious tasty McFlurrys’ I love the seasonal flavours which I wished they did all year round. Usually quite busy so you will have to queue to get a seat. Drive through usually busy as well up to a 5 minute wait. Friendly staff would recommend the season McFlurry flavours.

Can't fault the burger 😋 it was late, and they were open.

Awful experience, bought a galaxy hot chocolate and got back to the car and we had been given a coffee, couldn’t drink it! Very disappointed!

Always good diner to go to. Staff usually helpful & friendly. Just check your order as at times items have been missing

Lovely food as always. Chips were yum, burger was meaty and full of the finest cheese. Another win for McDonald's!

Milkshake was not stirred properly

Waited about 15 minutes for food. Display says please collect but no, it's not ready. Ordered eat in, but given takeaway. Large fries 1/3 empty (and not fallen in bag). Had to take them back for actual large fries. Sat down to eat and the cheeseburger was lukewarm.

WOW!!! This place is rare . . . Its the only one ive been in lately, that does not ignore the "in-house paying customer" over all of the "app delivery orders"!!

Never get the order correct, fries box has about 10 in, found a pice of plastic in my sons breakfast there once

Lots of staff lingering outside smoking, every table absolutely filthy! Very slow food service. No ice in coke & half empty!

We stopped here on the way back from Norfolk after a lovely week off at Great Yarmouth staying at the Seashore Haven. I had a double cheese burger and fries also a waffle latte. Very tasty. It's been a while since I have been to McDonald's and it's a dead improvement I can tell you guys........

Too many just eat delivery drivers blocking other customers access. Spoilt atmosphere. Also drinks not cold enough. Other than that staff were good, fast and hot food

I stopped for something to eat on the way home from a&e having missed dinner. It was 3am. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a latte. I got a burger crisp (it crunched when you bit into it), the fries were cold and tasted of old oil (almost made me vomit) and the latte smelt and tasted like an ash tray. I missed dinner due to a family emergency then was served the worst food I have had in over 20 yrs. I needed something to keep me awak for the hrs drive home and instead got something that was vomit inducing. Have a mind to call Environmental Health.

I was missing plain Cheesburger from my order. Next time I went in I was told to phone, when I phoned the assistant was rude and dismissive as if I was making it up. It was only £1.25 and not a big problem. At no time did I get an apology, get offered a replacement or a refund. I understand people do try it on, but this is no reason to automatically treat genuine customers as dishonest. You really should do better than this, next time I will have to hold up the queue while I check the order !

Nice fast ans accurate drive through service. I’m not really sure if my expectations were met because it’s McDonald’s, you always know what you’re getting and that’s sort of the point. All fine.

Not totally sure why, but better than most McDonald's at 0730-0800 midweek! Didnt get sent to a waiting bay for the simplest of order's, like seems the norm nowadays at the other local McD's

Took our little grandchildren here. They loved their happy meals. To be fair our Big Mac's were as good as ever too. Ideal place for families with little children. Also pleasantly surprised that we were served our food quite quickly this time. (Usually takes ages these days to get your food, because all the drivers come in waiting for deliveries and the customers in the restaurant come last priority!) This visit was a pleasant surprise 😁

If you want iced drinks or milkshake, don’t be surprised when they say ‘it’s not available’ or, ‘the machine isn’t working’. To anyone who's worked in mcds knows, this is because they haven’t cleaned the machines so these issues are due to poor management. I’ve had to come here once a fortnight for the past year to get my Mum’s mcdonalds and literally every time, the milkshakes or the frappe’s are ‘unavailable’. I go to another branch that’s further away now where I can get my entire order everytime.

If you like McDonald's you know what to expect, I find the quality of the food is excellent all ways if its not they will put it right straight away.

It is one of the best restaurants in the area. Parking is adequate and comfortable. The food is well prepared and most of the time the staff is smiling. Unfortunately, the delivery guys rude, which is one and only problem here.

Very friendly and helpful staff, one who always goes beyond normal. Good food... nothing wrong with it. It's world famous.
