Very good spicy treats any time of day. This Streetfood establishment is really really good with a great array of spicy treats. If you don’t like things spicy the this place isn’t really for you. The basic chicken curry, either on or off the bone are tremendous and the lamb dishes are so very tender as well as being spice perfection in a dish There are all sorts of things to pick from including Biriani on certain days but for me the BEST PAKORAS in the area are Shazia’s stand out taste. There really isn’t anything as good anywhere else including the ‘premium’ restaurants around This really is streetfood how I would imagine you’d get in the native homelands of this cuisine Go for it and love it like I have over tge last 5 or more years …… oh and the Egg Cutlas …..WOW!!!

Every single item of food we got today was outstanding. Fresh. So many layers of flavour. Fragrant. Beautiful. We are huge foodies and eat a lot of very good food and this is STILL the best food we have eaten in as long as we can remember. My partner said he didn't even know what to say to do the food justice. His initial reaction was 'disbelief' at how good the food is. I have lived in India and the food from Shazia's is as amazing as the best I have eaten in India/Pakistan. We will be back to try everything on the menu.

First time visit here. Made to feel very welcome and everything explained about the curries and how to order etc. We had 2 chapati wraps whilst we waited for the other food to be prepared for us to takeaway and they were gorgeous. Took away chicken curry, pakora curry, rice and 2 curried scotch eggs with dips provided also Had them later that evening and all superb and tasted amazing.thank you! Will definitely return next time we are in Bury

Found this restaurant on Google. Went here to kill time really. Staff were friendly when I arrived, the lady was happy to guide me through the menu as I didn't realise it was normal to get grilled chicken at 10am. Restaurant was clean. I found the food expensive for what I had. Was a very small portion but very nice! I would visit again.

Great cutlass, good paratha, ok omelette, below average chai, ordinary lassi and halwa puri, very good Nihari. Clean bathroom. Expensive overall with uneven quality in the food offering. Surprised to see a cover charge for a street food cafe of £2 on the bill of just under £50 for three.Seating is takeaway style, can be noisy with under supervised children.

Guys, this is an honest review based on my experience. I have not and will not take into consideration anyone else's review because i made the payment and no one else. We visited "Shazia streetfood" on the Friday just gone and below is a breakdown of my experience Customer service : Honestly, there wasn't any. Even though we were asked twice "is this your first time?" we would have expected the first impression to be at it's best. There was no conversation building apart from when we had to pay. When ordering the food, there was no help in relation to what comes with the curries if anything so we had to work this out ourselves by asking numerous questions such as: Do the curries come with naan or chapattis? Do you get salad with the curries? Do you get anything with the curries or do we just use a spoon to eat it? Go to a curry house and its served with rice or chapattis etc etc saying to read the menu is simply not good enough It was really bizarre. Even cracking a smile was proving difficult even though I tried to build some rapport. Everything is separately charged so be aware, it will cost you more than ordering from a curry house. Now to the "streetfood" It's not "streetfood" at all. Its actually home made food. If you want to see what streetfood is then I suggest you google "streetfood pk" This food does not come under the umbrella of "streetfood" Generally speaking, "streetfood is totally different to homemade cooking so Shazia has made a false statement We received a complimentary small tub of chutney which was charged at a later point!!! cheese was added for the chips but they don't do grated cheese so I asked Shazia to bring the slice that we paid for. She said " well...I didn't charge you for the chutney so we can call it level?" (because I asked for the cheese). She now wanted to charge me for the chutney. I just said leave the cheese as I felt that this was really petty and a show of how Shazia's character is coming across. Later is asked for the the food to be packed to take away as I don't believe that food should be binned. It's the less fortunate that you need to think about before you decide to bin it. To my surprised she then decided she wanted to charged me for the paper bag 10p and then the silver foil trays and the small plastic chutney pot!!!!! I can understand about cleaning up the ocean that has plastic everywhere so a charge for plastic bags is fair but a paper bag??????? Go to a restaurant or a curry house for a sit down meal or even a takeaway, if food needs to be taken away, they don't start scrimping on 10p. They look at the long game which is return custom. Anyway I paid it and got out of there as quick as I could Shazia's customer service skills were poor. Even after claiming tens of thousands of pounds through the grant scheme during covid, she wants to keep rinsing where she can. it's expensive compared to other shops The sitting area needs a refurb as the seating was worn out The floor tiling was dirty All in all a very poor experience and i wont be returning anytime soon paid around £35 for 2 curries, 2 chips, 4 cans. i would have expected great food at this price i will avoid this place like the plague but you make your own minds up.

Me and hubby travelled from Rochdale! The seek kebab portion are over priced and don't taste that good either. The curry and four chapatti and Pepsi can was over £18.00 and it didn't taste good either. We didn't get our drink can until we mentioned it and the staff told us we were suppose to collect from the fridge. How are we suppose to know? You need to interact with your customer #PoorCommunication The prayer room is in the corner without any privacy for sisters and music being played in background. How am I suppose to concentrate? The covid-19 rules still apply to this uneducated business, as staff were not wearing masks... I will be NOT going back, stay safe and find a better place elsewhere.

Shazia was recommended by a friend to cater for my wife's birthday. We popped in for a taster session and was blown away. The food was fresh and so tasty. There were over 50 guests and everyone wanted to know where we had got the foodl. There was a great selection available and all the dishes we chose we fantastic. The price was also really reasonable especially given the quality. To top it off was the service which was top drawer. I could not recommend Shazia's Street Food highly enough. We will definately use them again in the future and plan to swing by for lunch sometime soon.

We had lunch at SSF at the end of a long morning shopping in Bury. Being of Pakistani origin ourselves I would say that me and my partner were experts in Pakistani food. I can say honestly with hand on heart that this is exactly the type of food you would get in a lot of Asian homes…HOWEVER that could be considered either a good thing or a bad thing depending on your expectations. it is definitely not the type of food you would get in an indian restaurant or even a takeaway. In both of these the food is much richer and much spicier. Genuine homemade indian curries tend to be blander with less oil and less salt. )I’m sure it’s exactly the same in English cuisine – the food you get at Pizza Express or at The Ivy is going to be significantly different to what your wife or mum makes at home). The chicken was very well cooked but a bit bland for my palate, it could have done with more sauce/oil/tharka for dipping the parathas into (the parathas were perfect by the way, a good size, the perfect balance of soft and crisp, and not too oily) Price was a little bit on the high side but but probably reasonable for the type of food being offered. £2 for a large paratha was (I thought) perfectly reasonable. £7 for a large plate of chicken was also OK I suppose. Service was excellent and everything was nice and clean. Just to note – it’s a good 15 minutes walk from the Millgate and 10 minutes from the Rock which can feel like a tough ask especially if you’re loaded down with shopping bags….

We walked in to this little place and there was a member of staff sat drinking her cup of tea and eating her food. She didn't smile or greet us, no one else was to be seen. Bit of an awkward, non welcoming entrance. We ordered 2 mooli parathas and 1 aloo, aachar, desi chai and English tea. I had asked for some butter on top of my parathas, I was informed they didn't have any?! Bit hard to believe. Eventually, the women looked in the fridge and pulled some out. I also asked for plain yogurt, to which again, I received a negative reply, they didn't have any. I was informed the paratha comes with a yogurt sauce... surely the main ingredient in that would be yogurt no?! So then we asked for aachar and they charged 50p for like two pieces! Anyways, the mooli parathas tasted good, however the aloo paratha tasted like it contained a stale potato mixture, a mixture that is probably used in all sorts tikkis, samosas, etc. Not fresh. Then we ordered the teas, the desi tea tasted really good. However the English tea, bare in mind it cost £2.00 just as much as the desi tea was dire. I got half a cup as if they had ran out of water or something! This I thought was a rip off. To make things even more awkward, whilst we were eating, a women started cleaning the floor, seeing her squatting around cleaning around us was a bit off putting. I would go for the mooli parathas again but at £3.50 each, it's not a restaurant dining experience and they should consider reducing the prices to reflect that of a dhaba/cafe.

We went late in the day, hoping we’d find it open and even though they were cleaning up for the day they did a great job of accommodating us.The place was spotless, with a lovely friendly feel. Informal but pretty and well presented, so you felt you were somewhere much more special than your average burger bar or kebab shop. The food was delicious, some of the best Pakistani food that I’ve tasted. There was a feeling of home cooking about it, fresher and less oily than the food that you’d get at your local take away or restaurant. Delicious! Highly recommended for an informal, good value, authentic meal.

Also the chai was great when I ordered it the first time but when I ordered it twice since it was watery and had no chai masala. Need more consistency with the chai and remember to put the masalas in as this is the second time they have not been added unfortunately. It appears this is due to who is making it possibly as there are different staff working there.

Visited a few weeks ago and we are making plans to revisit. When first looking at the menu we did expect more but then she does fresh curries which vary every day so makes sense to keep it simple. We ordered a mixture of parateh, chaat , aloo tikki, kebabs, and mixed Mishkaki. Everything was full of flavor and the aloo paratha was thin which was very tasty. I visited this place while staying with family up north. The food we ordered was excellent - aloo parontha, karri and burgers. Although, I was a little disappointed to see that the kebabs on offer were frozen. To cut to the chase the food we had was excellent - paronthas were nice and thin, burgers really juicy and full of flavour. The only slight downfall is the service - I think this place is new and so they are not yet geared up to deal with an influx of customers at the same time. We were lucky that we were there just before the crowd arrived, but I could see a few people getting irritated by how long their food was taking.
