When I visit sandbach I found this place by chance and it always delivers super freindly staff and price is good chicken and rice in a box super tasty and just spicy enough for me.

Ordered food, provided late in a chaotic manner. Return home to find items missing, called to not be offered any solution. Won’t use again.

We have visited a few times and the food is always amazing! So fresh! I have a gluten allergy and the staff always go through everything with me on any order and double check everything. The selection of food is great and it’s always really fresh and tasty. It’s only open Friday-Sunday at present I think as they are so busy on those dates so don’t need to open on other days at present - we sometimes wish it was open other days 😜 as it’s the only Indian in Sandbach we like and visit ! Defintely give it a try if you haven’t been, it’s a gem 😊

Don’t usually do (positive) reviews as I like to be grumpy and complain. I’ve tried quite a few Indian takeaways around Sandbach, Middlewich and Holmes Chapel and they tend to weak and bland. Probably as quality ingredients cost money. I was blown away with the Jalfrezi and Madras this evening. Can’t remember the last time I had a curry this good. What I particularly liked is that Shaz Balti have a small selection of curries. Other takeaways blast you with 50+ variations of curries and chefs specials, all of which taste similarly bland. Full credit to the chefs and staff. 👍 Just hope they can keep making this food as I can’t go back to other substandard takeaways.

Just finished my first ever meal ordered from Shaz Balti. Absolutely beautiful! All of it was cooked to perfection, I was so full but did not want to stop eating. The young lad behind the counter is spot on he's so nice. I have most definitely found my new favourite takeaway and can't wait for my next already.

Food is awesome - it's all slow cooked and shows the meat just melts! I tend to go for the box with curry/rice/chips, whereas my o.h has a full meal both are equally as good!

Delicious. Not like 'drunk and craving curry' delicious - ACTUALLY delicious. Fresh and vibrant; better flavours than another much more expensive Sandbach South-Asian restaurant. Can't wait to return.

Best curry in the area, the lamb jalfrezi was really flavoursome with high quality pieces of meat that were soft and buttery. Highly recommend!

Visited for the first time after reading other rave reviews We regularly have a takeaway at the weekend and I can honestly say the Chicken Balti which we ordered was one of the best we've had. It certainly won't be our last visit. They currently don't deliver, but certainly worth a trip to collect.

Amazing food, great value for money! Honestly the best curry I’ve ever had. Travelled from Nantwich for this and it was worth every minute, the food was still piping when we got home and tasted perfect. The sharer box for two gives you massive portions and a great selection to pick from. The mint sauce is amazing! Staff lovely, thank you for a great curry. :)

I had my first takeaway today from Shaz Balti. WOW WOW and WOW. I must say the best I have ever tasted. I had the chicken tikka balti box. Absolutely delicious. Great portion. The samosa was to die for. So crisp and full with flavour. And the homemade mint sauce- Delicious. We'll done for creating such authentic tasty and we'll presented food. I cannot wait for my next visit.

It's taken along time to get THIS. no not waiting for the food...waiting for GREAT FOOD to be local and excellent price.wow only stumbled upon this a few weeks ago but it's been TEA every weekend since.the place is lovely the staff are so welcoming friendly and polite can't say enough good stuff about it JUST GO GET 1.........Keep up the good work Shaz and team all the best for the future and il be in tomorrow

Best Indian I’ve had in a long, long time. Easily the best in Sandbach. Food is fresh, plenty of taste and good portion sizes. The price is spot on too! Will definitely be my ‘go to’ Indian from now on.

Very tasty curry! We had chicken tikka balti and lamb massalla with dhal bites and samosa. Definitely be coming back. Was cash only at the time but they said soon they will have card.

Been using shaz balti for years when they were in Holmes chapel, great to see them back with a new twist. Smaller menu featuring meal boxes, I wish the bars and pubs were open as this would be cracking after a few drinks in town 👌🏻 Had the meal box with madras curry, pilau rice, fried lentil balls, meat samosa and salad with their mint sauce (epic sauce same recipe as the old place) Everything very nice and fresh loved it, if I was to offer some improvement it would be that there are green chillis in all the dishes even the salad, so it can be overpowering (and I like it hot) So maybe chill out on them Can’t wait to come back!

we've just had our first meal from Shaz's and it certainly wont be the last! The food is devine. The chicken tikka in masala sauce was so flavourful, the chicken its self had it's own beautiful distinct flavour and the sauce was rich and delicious. The pilau rice is second to none and was fragrant and really well seasoned. The samosas tasted of caraway and cumin and were fresh and crisp, as were the dhal bites! The mint sauce is amazing, other reviewrs aren't wrong! all in all I cannot reccomend Shaz's enough. superb! when we ordered, one if the things we wanted was sold out, we had a phone call seconds after the order was placed to offer an alternative. so the customer service is superb!

Amazing food, it was cooked fresh and the chicken was succulent. Shaz’s Mint Sauce is a winner. Excellent customer service & ready exactly on time when I collected it. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Had a takeaway from here last week with my partner. It was absolutely incredible and we both agreed my partners chicken tikka massala was the best we had ever tasted. From my experience the quality of the food was what I’d expect in an expensive Indian restaurant so to have this as a takeaway at a very reasonable price was really good. Would definitely recommend!

Decided to call here tonight after hearing great things about it.... well what can I say?..... only positive things !!!... food was piping hot the chips were freshly cooked and also piping hot we had onion Bhaji with lamb masala and chicken Bhuna I can say it’s the best I have ever eaten and huge portions .... the meat was so tender.... Give this little Gem a try you won’t be disappointed.

Curry had lovely large pieces of meat, sauce tasted fresh and the Onion Bhajis which, I was told are made on the premesis too, have a little bit of Chilli in for a bit of heat, not too much, but it complimented my Tikka Massala well. Had my first of many from here tonight! Very quick service, no waiting around whatsoever. Polite and friendly staff, the owner has clearly made the effort to design a nice interior too. The food was immense. The chicken was cooked perfectly, so tender. The mint sauce was to die for. Without doubt, the best Asian style cuisine I’ve had in my life. Really good portion sizes too and I’m no small eater. Quality place. Heard great things already and it proved itself tonight. Will be a regular from now on. Fantastic local business ran by people who care for their community!! Thanks Shaz!

Just Like the Old Days I remember back in time, when Shaz Balti used to be near the Station in Holmes Chapel, I used to go most weeks. So when I saw that they were reopening in Sandbach, I knew I had to try it, all I can say, its just like the old days, but with new authentic items from Bangladesh, I tried the Deshi Bites as a side, never had it before went well with my curry sauce. So I had my usual, Chicken Tikka Massala, Chips and Onion Bhajis, it was all amazing! Curry had lovely large pieces of meat, sauce tasted fresh and the Onion Bhajis which, I was told are made on the premesis too, have a little bit of Chilli in for a bit of heat, not too much, but it complimented my Tikka Massala well. I am sure they can keep this up and I am certain I will be back!
