Delicious food, fabulous service. Will definitely visit again.

Lovely take away as part of the Sunday dinner, which represented great value for money. Staff were happy to accommodate requests for a more tailored dish and were friendly all around.

Really delicious food and excellent service. Both the curries had amazing flavour with generous portions of paneer. This was out second visit and I am sure we will visit again soon.

Took daughter in tonight as a treat (can't believe we havent taken her befire) she absolutely loved it as we do. Staff so lovely and attentive.Called in tonight as we forget Wednesday is Mr Sayed's day off and we miss his cheery smile and warm welcome.All staff give you that but he has the edge :-) Food is excellent ,it is always so hard to pick. First for us tonight was the Kulchi naan ( lovely crisp bottom and sublime ),it was delicious alongside our regular peshwari naan. Food is top notch and so much we always over do it but it is so nice and tasty.Bar has been set and we find when we go away it's really difficult to hit the standard.Its hard to recommend something as we have never been disappointed, flavours are just spot on and sauces yummy Thank you all.

Great restaurant serving excellent Bangladeshi and Indian cuisine at a very reasonable price. A great welcome from Foysol Syed (proprietor) and ably attended by Alom. About the only restaurant open in Bollington on Mondays so recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Always a pleasure to visit the Bayleaf for a tasty curry treat 😋 The owner and his staff go out of their way to welcome us every time, their service and manner is courteous, respectful, quick, and always, always pleasant. They went out of their way to assist my 92yr old Dad out of the restaurant and deliver him safely to the car which they insisted I bring right up to the door to pick him up. Both of us always feel looked after when we go there and the food is absolutely delicious.

Trying to find a good Indian restaurant we tried here. It started badly to begin with, the entrance was like an office block, and no atmosphere in the restaurant itself. FYI football tops, trainers etc seemed to be normal here. The menu wasn't anything special unless you liked extremely spicy things. The service was too over attentive, lots of staff talking in two's/stood round laughing or doing nothing. I have had lots of curries and this wasnt up there, not bad but nothing special. I noticed how many tables were empty for a Saturday night. I will definitely not be going back.

What an outstanding Indian restaurant this place ticks all the boxes and some more. Wonderful attentive staff excellent seating and layout and amazing food. Nothing to fault and everything to praise. The restaurant is located on the first floor and as well as the stairs there is a disability lift installed to provide easy access. Carparking is also provided at the rear. Recommended to all.

Very widerange in the menu, had dine for 2 package, great starters and butter chicken was fantastic. Staff were great, on hand to help and very friendly. Interior decor is very nice and creates a marvellous atmosphere.

This was our first time visiting the Bayleaf Lounge based on other TripAdvisor reviews and we were pleasantly surprised. Staff were very welcoming, polite and attentive, the atmosphere was lovely and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back.

Visited from Birmingham and cannot rate this place enough. Staff and manager were very attentive and ensured that we had great service. Very modern, warm decor. Food was delicious, especially the king prawn and spinach and starters. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We had a great evening, the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was excellent. The portions are generous and for us sharing a starter and then having a main each would have been a better option. Opting for poppadoms, starters and mains we both really enjoyed our meals, the chicken shashlick karahi was delicious.

We live locally so come quite often and its always great food & service. We over ordered so we have a wonderful take home for tomorrow's lunch.

Our second visit to this restaurant and it didn’t disappoint - the popadoms were fresh and the pickle tray very tasty - The fish pakoras and lamb chop starters were beautifully cooked and really flavoursome . The mains of Bhuna and Karahi were wonderful the breads were light and the rice exceptional. Service again was amazing unrushed and professional. Highly recommended

Me and my partner had our valentines meal here. The staff are very attentive. Really friendly and it’s such a nice experience all round. We made use of the offer they had on and we swapped the bottle of wine for a beer, a soft drink and a naan bread. Nothing is a problem, food comes out piping hot and is absolutely delicious. Will definitely return.

Went for a spa day in Macclesfield and fancied a curry after a day of relaxing, and bayleaf came up as the number 1 suggestion. After eating there it’s very apparent why. Staff are all class and it’s one of the best curries we’ve had. We’re from Leeds but we’ll definitely be back to see Faysol again.

At last we have an Asian restaunt that we can enjoy great food which is also very easonablely priced. Ste Staff were very friendly and proffessional, they engaged proffessionally yet were very sociable also if engaged. Great venue and will return.

Went to have a meal, ordered a beer and waited, and waited and waited for the owner to take my order. After finishing my pint and seeing a couple of guys giving their order who came in 10 minutes after me, I lost patience and left. The owner seemed surprised I was leaving, when I said I’d been waiting 20 mins he said he saw I was reading my book and assumed I wasn’t ready!!! With logic like that it’s a wonder anyone gets served. I went to another one and promptly got served. I won’t be returning. Warning, don’t look at your phone, read or have a conversation or you just won’t get served!

Lovely Indian food, a good choice of food and the nann was fresh and amazing!! The chicken tikka masala was so tender and sweet, the spicier dishes still have so much flavour and the biriani dish was prepared so nicely!

My wife and I were visiting our son and went out for a meal at Bayleaf. The vegetable and chicken biriyani were excellent. However, as other reviews have stated, the kind and friendly service that we received was a stand out feature of eating here.

3 of us visited on a Thursday evening. The restaurant was quiet but we received a very warm welcome from staff. It was warm, clean and well decorated. We ordered 4 x Cobra lager and 2 x Malabar Ale, Poppadoms, 2 x chicken chilli masalla, chicken tikka zalala, 2 pilau rice and 2 peshwari naan. All the food was really, really good and very tasty. No complaints at all. Plenty of parking at rear. Definitely recommend. We normally go to restaurant in Wilmslow but the Bayleaf was fantastic and will be back soon.
