Had a lovely takeaway last night, really tasty vermicelli dish and a shrimp curry 😋

Flavourless and watery food, won't be ordering from here again.

Says open but noone answering the phone.

Ordered food on the telephone for a family gathering on a Saturday evening, arrived to collect at the time I was given, but still had to wait one hour before it was ready. This is not the first time this has happened, but it is the longest.

Really nice tasty food well cooked and excellent value

Although the food was quick after ordering the food was awful no taste. One dish put in a chip tray and wrapped in paper. Chow mein was bland the sweet and sour sauce was like water. Won't be going there again.

Took a punt as everywhere else was closed on a Monday. Honestly the worst Chinese I’ve had. Soggy and tasteless. Crispy beef wasn’t crispy and just so little flavour.

Takeaway for 4 adults. Food nice and hot and we ate it all but we weren't hugely impressed. My vegetable satay had no taste of satay at all, just spice so I was disappointed.

The best Chinese meal we have had in Oakham. 4 people, all different meals, all fresh and delicious

Really delicious meal - crispy beef, chow mein and mixed starters all excellent. I’m always a bit disappointed when I try other takeaway’s, especially given the prices. I’ve always found Shanghai reliable and very tasty. Keep it up.
