Not easy to spot from the street. Ordered lamb doner wrap. Quick service. Wrap has barely any taste and size is average for 13£.

Brilliant, fresh, tasty food. They handled my fussy children's requests and ensured their food was made correctly. Highly recommend. Such good value for money too, so much food.

Second time we have had cold food delivered late, very poor. Portion size also smaller than usual. Shame as they were very good always.

Had the best chicken kebab from here tonight. Crisp salad, loads of meat and the perfect amount of sauce 😋

The service was good and fast however, the chicken! I now think that I have food poisoning and have had to take the day off of work for this. As I bit into a piece of chicken i looked and the other half was raw. This instantly put me and others off of their food!

We had food delivered today and it was a very good service the food was good and warm I would recommend this place to my family and friends

Ordered small chicken kebab and small donar kebab both with salad - one didn't have any salad with it and definitely not worth the price. Won't be returning.

Disgusted to get to the end of my pizza, to find mould on the base. Avoid at all costs will not return

Ordered off the app large kebab should have came with 3 sauces came with 2 small kebab came with 2 sauces mixed together all over the kebab called to complain got told that the order was correct had mixed quality of food over my time of using these will be going else where from now on

I had a large doner Kebab a few weeks ago and it really surprised me, It was absolutely gorgeous !! Beautifully seasoned and not all greasy like others. Their Shish kebabs are lovely, too.

Had a lovely Chicken Kebab with all the salads , garlic sauce and chips , my Son had Pizza and Chips . Everything was super fresh , hot and delicious. Arrived on time and not overpriced, well done Shaneys 😊

Took 1.5 hours to arrive. Pitta bread was soaking wet somehow. Chips dry and no flavour. Hardly any sweet chilli sauce was actually put on. Very disappointing and I will be getting a kebab from a different place from now on.

Always delicious, we usually go for the lamb chunks, cheesy chips and full salads. Both delivery and collection. Once they got the order wrong but this is a very rare occurence and just a miscommunication. Excellent customer service always smiling.

I dont often get kebabs as I don't trust them due to low hygiene scores. I trust this place, they have consistently scored 5 for a while now. It looks and feels clean, meat is clearly fresh! Many local takeaways could learn from this standard. Will order again.

Drove down last night to order at about quarter to 11, I had checked opening times which stated 11pm. Walked in to who I can only imagine was a delivery driver sprawled across the counter. When trying to order some kebabs I was told pizza only as they were closed. I explained I'd checked online and it says 11pm I wasn't allowed to finish rudely interrupted and rather aggressively told to get out before being ushered out by the guy who had been sprawled on the counter!

Always order from there and my partner gets burger meal and he gets burger sauce and cheese on his chips, he pays extra for that. I ordered a carrot cake with his normal order, they delivered me a bit of frozen carrot cake 😳 so obviously I couldn’t eat it or I’d break my teeth. We rang up and told them it was frozen and before we got another word out he rudely interrupted and said ‘don’t ever order from this kebab again, you always asking for sauce’ Because we don’t think we should be charged for sauce in the burger! So I guess I should have eaten the carrot cake in the morning after it was defrosted for breakfast?

Ordered and collected , wish I hadn't of bothered ... chicken wasn't fresh tasted awful , chips reheated over and over and staff so RUDE !!!! Didn't like my complaint and basically told me to like it or lump it ...

Placed an online order and asked for the chicken for the Kebab to be cooked from fresh as previously found the chicken rubbery. On arrival I was told by who I believe to be the assistant manager that in future my request for freshly cooked chicken won’t be met as the owner doesn’t like waste so they oven bake the chicken then keep the chicken in a food warmer until it’s needed, it’s then placed on the hot plate to heat up as requested. Which is why the chicken was rubbery on my previous visit. The guy was rude and I felt he resented me for requesting freshly cooked food which is crazy. He then went on an attack about my previous complaint a few years ago when they delivered me the wrong order. I merely asked for my order to be re delivered as the kebabs were lamb and not chicken. I didn’t make a fuss or write a bad review so I feel the rudeness of this guy was very unprofessional and unnecessary. The foods not great and I totally agree with other reviews about it being tasteless, in future I will not be returning to shaneys grill for our take out treat and will not be recommending them.

Would have given no stars but not able to on website. Arrived early but sauce on kebab congealed and flavour less. Meat the same. Chicken ok but sauce ordered and not supplied. Chips cold and not really edible. So disappointing. Have used shaneys for years .. what’s happened 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great food burger was cooked perfectly and the doner meat was moist and exactly how i like it cooked, the chips were brilliant. Will definitely be going there again

Bangin pizzas (my 15 year old nieces summary) arrived within 20 minures, hot and scrummy pizzas, very happy, will repeat. Ordered online easy and quick.

Slow delivery and chicken was very dry. Kofte good, chips terrible.

We ordered our food at 5.20pm got told it would be delivered in 30/45mins. Rang back after an hour of waiting and was told they were busy and it on its way. Waited a bit longer and rang back, and told them to cancel order we were then told driver on his way, any minute now. 2 1/2 hrs later food came which we refused, the person on the phone was going to take £2 off the bill. Yeah right. All so got told never to order from there again

We always used shaneys in the past but recently the service has got really poor delivery time a lot longer than told but on the last time we ordered and ever will now we waited nearly 4hrs for our delivery that we were told would be about 30/40 minutes. Even when we rang each time we were told about 10 to 15 minutes and it would be with us (utter lies) then when it did finally turn up most of it was stone cold and my daughters food was missing not amused after that wait and listening to the children complaining for several hours,luckily pot noodles are ready in a few minutes.

Absolutely terrible, cold Pizza, and uncooked base in the middle,90 mins to deliver... manager basically called me a liar that all Four Pizzas were cold. Last time I went I waited for my Kebab and had to pull them up for serving my Kebab with tongs the "Chef" had just turned over raw meat with. Never again. AVOID

GONE DOWNHILL BADLY! Been using for a long time just lately it has gone down hill badly the last 3 times we ordered its been over an hour later than they have said and half of it has been cold on my most recent order gradually getting worse, we ordered at approx 6.30 being told about an hour delivery which i expect on a Friday but after a few phone calls and a few lies telling us it would be about 10 minutes at about 9.15 it arrived half hot and half stone cold and extra on the order what we didn't order which when we added up we had been charged for. If this Place can't deliver approximately in the time frame given they should tell you not have you wait 2 and a half time longer than expected. I would understand if they said they were extremely busy and it would be quite a wait so I could make my own mind up and maybe I would have ordered from somewhere else but I would have tried them next time but now I won't and am looking for someone reliable and honest.

This is by far the best pizza we've ever had. The dough just melted in your mouth.. it was fully loaded with meat and proper mozzarella. To be honest im not a massive fan of pizza's but ever since we had one from here its all ive thought about having. I would probably get one every night if i lived closer.. only come across shaney's as we go fishing at the Bridge inn and had it delivered.. Shaney's gets 5☆ from us. Well done

Brilliant. Food was well presented, ready on time as stated in online booking. Everything was there, easy to park in Shell garage. Tasted wonderful and a decent price point.

Smallest kebab I have ever had and the meat tasted a bit funny. They need to take lessons from a place called TopTaste in Hendon, Sunderland. You get masses of meat and salad plus two large pittas for £5:50. Think all the kebabs I've ever had in Norfolk are crap compared to the ones from TopTaste.

Ordered a pizza and got the completely wrong thing delivered, call them up and they had the audacity to call me a liar and refused any sort of refund / new pizza. 3 weeks later I thought I’d give them a second chance; the same happened with a kebab. Also took 80 minutes to be delivered. Don’t waste your money.

Always use to get great food but now it's going down hill, ordered food for delivery today, had to wait an hour for delivery then was missing something from order and the pizza what you order with any 4 topping was missing some of the toppings we had asked for, might soon start ordering elsewhere

Good pizza but only if you go there neverrrrrrrrrrrr get delivery unless you want your pizza to look upside down with the cheese and topping all over the place and my chips were dry and cold too.stoll not a bad place to eat but I personally will be going to shaneys to get food.Just had to throw two pizzas and box of chips in the bin.I rang up and the manager was offering to deliver two pizzas and two chips for free which was kind of him but by then we had orders elsewhere.Still a good place to eat.

Shaneys Grill Taverham ABSOLUTE JOKE should be called Shady’s Grill who cooks chicken then puts it in tin pot and reheats it on the grill and serves it up as a chicken kebab!!!! Never have I ever been into a kebab shop and the chicken hasn’t been cooked fresh as you order!!! got home chicken cold and dry AF. Phoned to complain and they offered to bring me another kebab and guess what it was exactly the same. NEVER AGAIN #shaneysgrill #cookyourchickenfresh #worsechickenkebabever

Good value, a bit light on the chicken in the mixed kebab and could do with more garlic mayo and pitta but I will defo use again!

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery tonight - told would be 30-35 mins - ...called up once been 40 mins and they said waiting for a driver to appear so I said I would collect - I arrive to be told they made the wrong pizza so then they had to re make...end up getting pizzas over an hour after I had ordered. ..was offered a bottle of drink for free and declined as don’t drink fizzy drinks ...no money knocked off order . Shame as would use several times a year - not impressed and don’t plan to return any time soon and pizzas were quite soggy

Order confirmed at 9pm. 2 hours later, I assume we arent going to get it. Tried calling and now closed. If it was too busy why didnt they just reject the order instead of taking my money!!!!

Ordered kebabs for delivery and told it would be with us in 45 minutes. Eventually arrived after an hour and a half. Food nothing special.

Place cant get any worse. I've used these for 3 years now and it's just going down hill. Told 30 min and took 1 hour 20 warm pizza that was dropped by driver and a warm can of coke. That's my service done there now

Had a superb special chicken kebab. Quite simply, the best takeaway kebab i've ever had. Also, the fries were to die for. Ordered via their website and got a 10% discount so very reasonably priced as well. Very highly recommended.

Really great local pizza at a great price, delivery or collect. Helpful friendly staff and can order burgers or kebabs as well. We're always full after we've eaten from here and would recommend if you want a great pizza or kebab from a local business.

Dropped by for a treat on way home. Polite and relatively quick service. Special meat pizza went down very well. If you like a lot of cheese on your pizza then this is a good place to come. Mixed kebab had lots of meat so even though it might seem a bit expensive it isn't considering the portion - I like large portions and I would say there was enough for two. Large salad to go with it too. Cheesy chips certainly didn't skimp on the cheese either and the chips were well cooked.Only thing to watch out for is that the sauce was advertised as being served in separate pots. I ordered garlic sauce and quite a lot of it was poured onto the kebab which I then tried to remove some of it at home as it was pretty strong! If you live nearby then if you order online shopping you get 15% discount and also there is the option of free delivery. Good takeaway (not a restaurant).

Pizza soggy on bottom, chips are shrivelled and awfull.Kebab soggy and chicken not cooked! Will not be returning!
