Rarely gets the order correct first time, either dining in or drive through.

Good tonight unlike many other times 🤔🙄

I asked for classic Coke paid for classic Coke and got Diet Coke not happy got no sources and I ordered four sweet sweet curry sauce and food really cold

My food order arrived and the drinks had spilled all over the food on my pathway- I’ve attached photos to an email but please can you issue a refund and/or resend the good as soon as possible

Lovely and just warm enough not to have to heat it up, as it's cold tonight and we had it delivered.

I was told the order would be with me by ten to ten, it turned up at ten, the food was cold, a drink was spilt in the bag and half gone because of this, and we didn’t even get straws or serviettes or the tomato ketchup with the chicken nugget meal. Appalling and disappointing as I normally order from this McDonald’s and have no problems. Probably won’t order from here again.

Food was mostly warm and not very enjoyable. Ordered for 21:10 and received around 21:40. Driver was polite and very friendly . Late delivery not his fault but restaurants.

I consistently have a great experience at my local McDonald's, and much of that is thanks to manager Tom - who has been present on many of my visits. The service at this store is always fast, professional, and incredibly efficient. Every time I visit, I am impressed by how quickly the team handles orders, ensuring a minimal wait. The senior management lead by example, demonstrating a clear commitment to high standards of customer service. It's evident that they care about both there staff and the customers, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. What stands out is the consistency of the service. No matter when I visit, I can expect the same level of quality and speed. The team works seamlessly together, ensuring that my orders are accurate and prepared to perfection every time. came in at around 10pm last night (27/3/25) and i (which i realise is entirely my fault) accidentally put in my order slightly wrong. i originally wasn’t going to go back in as i knew it was my mistake but i decided to in case there was anything that could be done. the man that served me was so incredibly rude - i acknowledged that it was completely my fault and even apologised but asked if there was anything they could do. he stared at me for a few seconds, said “no” bluntly, then proceeded to walk round the back and loudly say to his co workers “she made her order wrong and EXPECTED us to do something about it”. after this, he called me stupid and continued to laugh about me until i decided to leave without re-placing my order. in future the staff should be more aware that the counter is not soundproof and that customers can hear what you say about them, even from the other side of the store.

Payed 31 pounds, waited over 2 hours and the order was messed up, no Big Mac, Nuggets, Fries, just a duplication of Oasis, Milk and Ice Cream. Very disappointed with the service.

Food cold, didn’t eat it. Won’t be using McDonalds again!

I would order again but my Diet Coke tasted weird because I think they needed to change the syip or the soda but otherwise good! 😊

The older gentleman Steven was working really hard making sure the restaurant was clean and tidy. Wanted to write a review to specifically shout him out and I hope he gets appreciated for his hard work.

Literally the worst branch out there. You can almost guarantee your order will be wrong, especially if ordering for takeaway. Annoyingly it's the only one that delivers to me and I would say about 50% of my orders have been incorrect

Everything is fine but whenever we order a drink or a like hot chocolate, we don't get the quantity we expect. It is never completely full. In comparison to other Mcd.

You forget 3 lots of fries and a triple cheeseburger and still waiting for a refund! Not amused at all as my kids were hungry so had to cook something else

McDonald’s need to sort it out. Stop employing kids . Have someone checking orders before they leave, I asked for bigmac and had to pay a rip off charge of 40p for extra cheese. Yet I didn’t get extra cheese! My child asked for a fruit shoot with his order, we got pure pressed apple juice which he hates and is now upset. How can you get these so wrong. Constantly ! Delivery too slow also.

we specifically requested this to be delivered at 4.30 for my 2 children and my partner to eat before they go out, as it arrived nearly half an hour late, they all had to go without eating and to top it off it basically was all cold so it all went to waste. its not good enough I'd like something done about this please

THIS DELIVERY DRIVER YET AGAIN HAS NOT DELIVERED MY FOOD… he has done this multiple times. I’ve told him where to go on the phone and he hangs up and says my food has been delivered which it hasn’t. This guy needs to loose his job !!!

Order was missing items AGAIN, not the best place to order from unless only getting some off the items you paid for is ok for you. I get they might be busy but it can’t be too hard to make sure everything is in the bag before you send it out, everyone makes mistakes but it happens way too often here.

absolutely shocking service, order was placed at 8.36am didn't arrive until 10.01am the food is all cold the drinks were all spilt and the grease coming through the bag because its been left sat somewhere! I called the restaurant for them to blame just eat not having enough drivers. when the driver arrived he blamed mcdonalds said they are short staffed and hold the drivers up for 30 mins at a time. something needs fixing this is appalling

The burger had to be reput together as half the contents were hanging out the bun and it was squashed. one tiny piece of dill. The salsa dip didnt get sent.

McDonald's was good. Your service was none existent. I had to go and collect the order personally after watching you change the delivery time thrice (at which point the order was an hour and a half late) and with no option to cancel!

Will not be using just eat anymore, 2nd order in a row where you’ve misled on delivery times offering 20-35 minutes delivery, and it was delivered 1hr and 20minutes after placing order. Don’t make promises you can’t keep!

When my food arrived it was completely cold which dried out when I microwaved it. My hot chocolate was cold and had to be thrown away. The fries were bland with no seasoning and looked like little shoelaces instead of crispy and golden like they were when I last had them. The delivery also seemed to take forever on the app I was tracking him and the car was in the same spot for about 20 minutes so either the app wasn’t working properly or he took a break with my food in the car

The order was completely wrong when delivered and the delivery driver just didn’t seem to care about being late and also has messed my entire evening up now I’ve got no food to eat due to incompetence should really consider who your delivery driver are sometimes this is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable

Considering it's a newer mcds, it's terrible, maybe because it's not very well known, but food cold, poor service even thou no customers! Didn't get order right, the grimace shake looked like they forgot to add flavor, color, cold latte def not 'hot' like the warning on cup, honestly worst mcds ever and I've been to some bad ones! Avoid if you are craving mcds as this won't fill the need!!!
