Good place to sit and have food

Not the best McDonald's, car park isn't designed very well and service seems to be considerably slower than others I have visited. Food okay.

Great service, a well run drive thru experience, a very busy store with staff who are well trained and polite, I see the same faces in the same jobs every week, Mc Donald's in their location benefit from a shocking service at KFC drive thru on salhouse road.

Considering it's a newer mcds, it's terrible, maybe because it's not very well known, but food cold, poor service even thou no customers! Didn't get order right, the grimace shake looked like they forgot to add flavor, color, cold latte def not 'hot' like the warning on cup, honestly worst mcds ever and I've been to some bad ones! Avoid if you are craving mcds as this won't fill the need!!!

He was on time, but my food was cold and he was missing my hot chocolate. My chips are cold. My big testy doesn’t taste great no cheese at all and I’m not very oppressed.

everything was OK, on the cold side but everything ordered was there and the coke tasted funny, chemical.

Spotlessly clean, including the toilets. Very quick service, and my food was piping hot. A kids' external playhouse is situated in the outdoor seating area.

Food was warm and tasty just had to wait 15 minutes.. As seemed to bust with deliveroo and just eat food first.

technically it was on time but only because the restaurant kept moving the time on, took over 90 mins for fast food!

food arrived 2.5 hours after ordering but had a prep time of 30 mins after ordering so stone cold, mcflurry and milkshake completely melted, straight in the bin. really difficult to complain. abysmal service from McDonalds and Just Eat

I dunno if the drive thought he was Colin McRae or something but all my drinks were destroyed when he arrived, not to mention the hot chocolate went all over my front mat and he didn’t seem too bothered to help clear it up. Not happy.

Had to ring the restaurant to try and get an update after 45 mins. Very rude chap on he phone Told there were no drivers so not McDonald’s problem as they were just the middle man, I replied apparently the driver is at the restaurant was then asked what my order number was. After being told was then told oh yea it’s in the way. Over an hour later it arrived cold and unpleasant threw it in the bin!

The worst McDs I’ve ever experienced- rude staff, slow food!, order errors, half filled chips - so not worth it… drive to Brundall.

This is the better Maccles to go to. Other ones seem to always have problems with food, but here never a problem yet.. tables all have sockets and charging point USB or wireless charging,

The majority of orders have been wrong. I have received refunds as the ice cream machine was broken—ironically. Also, the food has been dry and cold, whether delivered or from the drive-through. McDonald's used to feel very warm and friendly inside, but the architecture of this location feels like a hospital. I feel McDonald's quality has decreased over the years, unfortunately. Maybe the illusion I had as a child was blurring my opinion. Apart from that, I have had great meals from McDonald's, but this particular branch isn't the greatest.

Nice to have everything I ordered actually delivered unlike the McDonald's at Norwich Airport. Will be using Broadland Gate from now on

Wrong drink order and no dips delivered yet again!!

The expected delivery time was delayed 10 minutes then another 10 minutes just for it to arrive with my drink seaping through the bag leaving me with just my chips, £12 well spent

Chips half empty and cold, no straw for drink, no sauce with nuggets. Drink fell over in transit and a lot of it leaked into bag which was a shame. Driver was quick and really friendly so can’t complain there.

Food arrived before expected which is great - but the cheese bites & fries were stone cold - mayo chicken luke warm & the burger & selects were just about warm. Also didn’t put in the sweet chilli dip (which I paid for) as well as other sauces & straws. Not impressed as this McDonald’s is great in store & in the drive through. Very disappointed.

Chips were cold but rest was good

The hot chocolate had split in the bag and when the food bags were picked up from the bag the food fell on the floor. Driver had to reorder our order for us!

I asked for no onions in my burger and i got onions, also chips cold and stale.

Atrocious, put order in and rather then being told the place was closed they proceeded with the order and try do deliver over 12hours later, no good, will chase getting my money back

I ordered a plain burger and by the fourth burger they eventually got it right, terrible customer service in this restaurant, I was made to feel to blame for their mistake?

Half term treat for the grandchildren. Usual choice and value for a McDonald's. Large seating area both inside and outside. Staff were talking together rather than serving customers waiting at the till area. Apart from that pleasant visit

Ordered through mcdelivery app, missing an item, got the wrong item and it was stone cold. Not the first time we’ve had issues with this McDonald’s. Our receipt was also taken off of the bag by delivery driver so we couldn’t complain directly to McDonald’s. Just awful.

New,still bright and shiny. Service can be a bit slow when busy possiblygettingslower. Parking slightly awkward.

Staff don’t know how to take instructions and orders, beware if you order through the till. Always an issue with this branch

The Manager at winterton way mcdonald's is absolutely amazing! I had a problem with my order that wasn't the restaurants fault and she personally sorted it with no questions ask, extremely friendly and professional. I really am taken aback by the level of service. Thank you so much

The delivery driver was polite and on time but when I opened the McDonald's the 2 dips I ordered were missing , also no napkins and straw for the milkshake the food was only luc warm .

the order took just over 2 hours to deliver. when we got the order they missed an M&M Mcflury which was supposed to come. the food was cold

Ordered cheeseburger no mustard, got burger no cheese. No stickers for the peel and win on 2 meals. Just a bit average. They shut the play area while our kids were looking at it. But unkind.

Delivery on time but refused to leave food without code ( which was not provided through app or via email - checked with chap on phone ) so he took it away saying could not leave it, then came back 10 -15mins later with it, by which time it had gone really cold and coffee had been spilt in the bag. This was meant to be an exam result treat while waiting for gcse results and instead was a stressful hassle.

Standard fast food experience, lovely people that work here. Can be very busy and once the drive thru is full you have no chance. It is my regular and go to as its on the ndr so easy to get to and next to lidl. Decent.

Order a delivery 1-2 times a month. 2 out of 3 times something is missing! How hard can it be to read a list and put the items in a bag? Quite hard apparently!

Dirty. Overflowing bins inside amd out. Tables piled with old food and packaging. Toilets not kept clean. Floor filthy. Worst macdonalds for cleanliness outside Leicester square!

no straw with a milkshake, no dips, not even the standard one that comes with dippers, but additional ones weren't included despite paying extra

We have order from here before and food has been good and delivery time has been okay sometimes 5-10 minutes late but this time it was over an hour after the later of the delivery time slot. I called the restaurant who did not apologise and just said it’ll be 1-2 minutes. I complained via the just eat app and it was also cold to receive a message from just eat who said mega munch apologised and gave us something for free. This was not true! Won’t be ordering again.

Went to drive through tonight. Bought 3 meals for us with hot drinks. My coffee was a half full cup of stone cold coffee coffee. How long had that been sitting there??

Given food poisoning by a burger. Burger was cold, cheese hadn’t melted, had obviously been lying around for a while. Was incredibly ill and I am 100% that this burger caused it. I think palming off the dodgy burgers to people who take them away is a policy at this McDonald’s, how likely are you to drive back if you’re working and you grabbed a burger to be quick. This burger would have been taken back straight away by any one dining in. Awful. Have reported to Broadland council the food poisoning

Didn’t even get all my items missed a medium fries a straw for the drink and no sauce

took an hour for my order to travel a distance less than 1.5 miles, food was cold and had the incorrect drink. not the first time this has happened
