Very busy Saturday Lunchtime however service was excellent also food very good as expected. DJ

Initial delivery time was given as 15-30 mins but actual delivery was 1.5-2 hours later.

well i ain’t got no food so they delivered to the wrong house

last couple times i’ve ordered from you items have been missing .

everything is stone cold i didnt get any of the sauces on my order and my coke tastes like it has oasis in it

Ordered cheeseburger no mustard, got burger no cheese. No stickers for the peel and win on 2 meals. Just a bit average. They shut the play area while our kids were looking at it. But unkind.

Delivery on time but refused to leave food without code ( which was not provided through app or via email - checked with chap on phone ) so he took it away saying could not leave it, then came back 10 -15mins later with it, by which time it had gone really cold and coffee had been spilt in the bag. This was meant to be an exam result treat while waiting for gcse results and instead was a stressful hassle.

Standard fast food experience, lovely people that work here. Can be very busy and once the drive thru is full you have no chance. It is my regular and go to as its on the ndr so easy to get to and next to lidl. Decent.

Order a delivery 1-2 times a month. 2 out of 3 times something is missing! How hard can it be to read a list and put the items in a bag? Quite hard apparently!

Dirty. Overflowing bins inside amd out. Tables piled with old food and packaging. Toilets not kept clean. Floor filthy. Worst macdonalds for cleanliness outside Leicester square!

Everything was ok, but we had ons item missing from the order

We have order from here before and food has been good and delivery time has been okay sometimes 5-10 minutes late but this time it was over an hour after the later of the delivery time slot. I called the restaurant who did not apologise and just said it’ll be 1-2 minutes. I complained via the just eat app and it was also cold to receive a message from just eat who said mega munch apologised and gave us something for free. This was not true! Won’t be ordering again.

no straw with a milkshake, no dips, not even the standard one that comes with dippers, but additional ones weren't included despite paying extra

Went to drive through tonight. Bought 3 meals for us with hot drinks. My coffee was a half full cup of stone cold coffee coffee. How long had that been sitting there??

Given food poisoning by a burger. Burger was cold, cheese hadn’t melted, had obviously been lying around for a while. Was incredibly ill and I am 100% that this burger caused it. I think palming off the dodgy burgers to people who take them away is a policy at this McDonald’s, how likely are you to drive back if you’re working and you grabbed a burger to be quick. This burger would have been taken back straight away by any one dining in. Awful. Have reported to Broadland council the food poisoning

took an hour for my order to travel a distance less than 1.5 miles, food was cold and had the incorrect drink. not the first time this has happened

Friday at 6pm was typically busy, got the last parking space but order came very quickly and staff were on top of keeping tables clean

how two major concerns like just eat and macdonalds can't manage to transport 3 bags 2 miles is beyond me ....and why ,WHY ,WHY can't the missing items be picked up and delivered, its all pass the buck !!!! ,tipped the rider as well , not gunna happen again ....literally spend 100s of £s with u lot but not any more . this seems to be a problem with yourselves and macdonalds , missing sauces ,sides etc whilst the customer gets shafted ,shameful !!!!

pre ordered for 5pm as that is when my husband get home from work arrived 20 min early if I wanted it that early I would of done it for asap phone usa not even an apology just excuses my husband will have to have a cold meal now

I put the order in at 13:35 for 14:05 and the time kept jumping later and later. This is frustrating for people.

Condiments i paid for and also straws were missing from my order. I had a very upset daughter who always enjoys having a mcdonalds sauce with her happv meal

Shocking. Cold food soggy chips and wrong drinks on top of that 1/4 of our drinks were spilt over the bag

There is an employer there. She sweeps around, clear away this and that. I watched her. She was so good at what she was being asked to do. It was her that made my visits(2) that made my experience here a 'delight.'. I do not know here name. She was blond, wore glasses. She represents the best of humanity.

I have not recieved a refund for a previous order and cannot get through to anybody.

By far the worst Mc Donald's that I've ever eaten, This Particular branch is shocking, Slow service and very cold food, Never have I had a good experience here. Avoid !

It got here they didn’t double lid the drink leaked all over my food and then when I pointed it out to the delivery driver he took it out of the bag and then threw it on my front porch

2 hours late, food came cold and honestly disappointing experience was unable to cancel the order the food was meant to arrive at 10:10pm arrived at 12AM that’s disgusting was waiting well over 2 hours. :(

I went though the drive though and ordered two meals only to find when I got it home which is not far away the chips where cold ! the double Big Mac with bacon was slung together and had to then be re made in order to eat ! I had to re cook my chips to get them hot enough to eat and then had to re do my wrap as there was no bacon in it like I ordered also the lettuce was wet and didn’t taste right and the wrap again was not put together properly so in the end I had this remade for me so I had something to eat ! I will not be using this mc Donald’s again anytime soon if at all !! The meal cost £21.55 I wouldn’t mind so much if i was able to eat it instead of putting half of it in the bin !!

Ordered indoors, service was very slow, got my order wrong, food was lukewarm, also had to wait to be served again to rectify my order, not good.

Got 15 nuggets and no sauces! This is a common theme with McDonalds which is why I ordered additional. Now have to eat 15 dry chicken nuggets 👍🏼

For a mcdonalds that does not appear to be very busy there is often quite a wait for orders placed in the restaurant.

This is our usual breakfast stop when traveling north to south with today being our 5th or 6th visit. Always very clean, chilled out and friendly. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Was left on my doorstep in the rain the foot got soacked

Tightly packed, still warm, arrived on time, tasty as always. Worth mentioning that I didnt get my free mozerlla sticks which I deliberatly spent extra for, buttt.. you know, my main food arrived!

Missing half the food refused to send rest out and told to ask for a full refund joke missing 3 drinks 2 burgers and they don’t care

Been after midnight a few times, sometimes it’s open sometimes it’s got cones up preventing you going in. Says 24/7 everywhere. Make you wait ages when they’re open, are they getting that lazy they’re just deciding when to open now?

Food could be slightly cheaper to help out during this cost of living crisis .

The food was cold I ordered a large chips and was barely half full.

Courier arrived 10.45am coffee spilt all over order said he would return with replacement of entire order I rang 11.30am courier had not gone back to restaurant NO FOOD DELIVERED..NEED ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES AND ORDER REFUNDED ASAP !!!

Good service and near the NDR, so good access. When it's busy then finding a space becomes quite difficult and if there's lots of children in the play area it can get pretty loud.

Awful experience, items of food were missing, presentation of food was outrageously bad and quite frankly the taste was woeful
