Average donar kebab. Had a delivery. Fries were soggy. Donar meat was good. Salad amount was pathetic and an insult to the cost.

Discusting we order a lot but not any more kebab has at the most 4 tiny bits of doner meat total rip off this place has gone down hill badly recently

arrived 20 minutes after ordering, I live 10 minutes away, you could tell the order was rushed to get it out the door, but left me with uncooked dough and an inedible pizza. 21 pound for chips

Nice food as usual, garlic sauce was forgotten on one of the meals however but first time we’ve had any issues so I’ll let it go and not be too annoyed

Had the chicken and chips and the chips was just soggy n then the chicken was the worst fried chicken i have ever eaten! Bit into a part and it was black on the inside N was the most expensive chicken i have ever ordered from a kebab shop highly disappointed

The food was cold and soggy upon arrival. The food was generally not well prepared. I have contacted JustEat regarding the issue and nothing has been done. I will not be using JustEat again.

quick delivery. i ordered a chicken burger no salad , mayo and add cheese n received a plain chicken burger was hot a fresh but paid for cheese which i didn’t get

Extremely polite driver. Couldn’t have been more friendly. Very pleased with the quality of food. I don’t live in the area so took a chance with this shop and was not disappointed at all! Would definitely recommend.

Food wasn’t good for the price

Shish kabab. Unfortunately the meat was full of gristle. It was like chewing on a piece of rubber. I had to throw most of it in the bin. I’m Not sure if this is the norm here as it was the first time I have ordered from them, maybe I was just unlucky.

Really good. Pizza apparently is banging, lol, burgers lovely, chips lovely. Always is.

Wedges and chicken were good burger meat was tough, donner meat was dry and had little flavour.

ordered bursa kebab after trying a bit round theirs. nothing like what he had! only 2 1/2 slices of meat, loads of green pepper, onion and tomatoes on top of pitta bread. no special sauce so will not be ordering again. as for the salad! loads of shredded lettuce, onions and red cabbage, one 1/4 of a tomatoe and one slice of cucumber very poor!! Best bit was the pizza garlic bread, but can't really go wrong with that can you.

I always ask for no onions in my salad. But tonight there were onions , not the usual amount of salad either , so took the edge off it.

ordered my food at 6:53pm and it arrived at 9:40pm barely warm. delivery driver didn't apologise.

I ordered at 6:30pm and didn’t arrive until 8:20pm so was quite a wait. The pizzas weren’t hot and the chips mushy.

I paid for a bottle of drink at £3.40 but wasn’t delivered. Delivery person gave me £2.50 back. Delivery was late.

Our pizza quality to taste was delicious. The pizza just looked like it had been kicked about in the box beforehand. The driver needs to be more careful carrying the pizza. But absolutely delicious non the less.

Great service, prompt delivery and great food.

After 3 phone calls, and well over an hour since delivery should have arrived, our order was cooked from fresh (again) and delivered by another driver. I requested a phone call when the food was going out for delivery which they did. From this point it took 10 minutes to get our food. Food ordered at 6:30pm. Food finally delivered just after 9pm! I was told I could request a refund through the app but cannot see that option. The food from Horsford Kebab is always excellent; such a pity about this delivery mess-up with just a free garlic bread as compensation.

Delivery time would have been ok if the food hadn’t arrived freezing cold. Salad soggy, clearly the lettuce had been sitting in a fridge in water. Rubbish. Won’t use again.

Food was ordered and turned up 2 hour hasnt turned up! £53 spent for no food! Never normally a problem with this company not impressed I have 4 kids hungry waiting for the their food that never turned up.

Chicken extremely dry, and only.just warm when received the food, salad well what salad and so covered with lemon and I think olive oil? that's really all you could taste, never used horsford before and certainly won't b using them again!
