Great tasting curries, good sides and breads. Only slight downside was the lemon rice, a little greasy. Otherwise everything was great tasting and good value

Very late. Cold. Greasy. Chicken pakoras are now like bad doughy chicken dippers from a pizza takeaway. They’ve obviously changed ownership in the last couple of years since we last ordered from here. I’ll be sticking with Sheesh Mahal.

I ordered rice with mushrooms, got with fried onions and mushrooms. Bad idea. Meat good but too sliced pieces tiny as in stew. Service very nice. Just that onion in the rice, I hate it.

The worst Indian food I have ever eaten. Tasteless. Cold. No flavour. Samosas tasted like they were 1 year old. Waited over 2 hours for delivery. So disappointed as I was so looking forward to some nice comfort food. Will never order from here again.

When my order did not turn up by the latest due time, I called restaurant and was told they were busy and it would take extra 15 mins. It was much later than that, my food arrived 2 hrs after I placed the order

The chicken tikka roll was average and I believe this was due to the yogurt. Maybe allow us to choose what sauce goes inside going forward. The lamb Jal mal was so spicy but incredibly tasty. Highly recommended

My food was about 50 minutes late. I called them 5 times but they never picked up the phone. I did not know if my order was coming or not and i was super hungry so ordered from another place as well. Needless to say when the driver arrived, i told him that my good is super late but he was not apologetic. When i told him that no one picked up my phone and i had called 5 times to ask about the delay, he just said the kitchen was busy. Wow! Never again.

The food was very delicious I would be re-ordering again soon. I read all the reviews before I ordered from this restaurant the reviews were fantastic and they did not prove me wrong with the food aspect. I am very fussy eater comes to Indian food because I like to have it from a perfect restaurant and I looks like I have found a nice restaurant where will I be ordering my food again.

Absolutely perfect Food was fresh and despite the distance was hot on delivery Good portion size The only thing was the Tandoori wings were a bit overdone and really quite dry but that is my only complaint as everything else was delicious A big thank you to the delivery driver too as he was without doubt the most friendly and polite delivery driver I have ever had Will definitely be ordering again

Horrible customer service. We ordered from the website and it said to call if you didn't get the confirmation email in 10 minutes. I did so and the guy told me that there's no problem and my food is being ordered. I called back an hour later as my food still wasn't delivered and he told me that its on its way. The food never came so I called back an hour later again to find out what is going on. They clearly did not check the reference number I provided and just straight up lied about my food being on its way. The guy said he can deliver the food tomorrow!!! Hahaha what a joke. He also started randomly talking to another person whilst on the call with me and gave no apologies just blaming it on a 'faulty system '. The faulty system are the people working there. I'm glad I selected the pay by cash option so I didn't have to go through more hassle with refunds. Disappointing waste of time.

Food was good, understandable that Saturday is busy but when given a delivery estimate of 40 minutes we phone after an hour to be told 2-3 minutes, yet have to chase 20 minutes later to get the delivery after 1 hour 40. Honesty goes a long way.

Awful delivery. Took over an hour to arrive and while I appreciate it might be busy, to then be told the food would be here in 10 minutes and then after 40 minutes nothing. Then being told 5 minutes and another 5 minutes.. and another 5 minutes.. awful terrible customer service.

Terrible food, first time ordering through Uber eats. Lamb biryani, lamb chewy. Vegetable curry, vegetables mushy, and tasted like they had been sitting in a pot for days. Butter chicken, chicken dry and too sweet. Yellow dip that came with the order. I wonder what was in the ingredients, as it took bleach and nail varnish remover to eventually remove from our table! Will definitely not be ordering from here again, although the manager wanted us to give him another chance. Hope I feel well tomorrow

Order a large order for a party 2 days ago. Quick service, delicious, awesome hot food and with large quantity. It is the best Indian takeaway in Twickenham. I can recommend this to all in this area.

Happy staff amazing food! Our normal takeaway shut down at the start of the covid lockdown, so I have been trying different ones and this is by far the best one, my new regular!

So my other half and I had the set menu for 2 Balti option. This is the best curry I have tried in my life. Absolutely outstanding and at £26 for a huge amount of food, great value for money, this would definitely be enough for 3 adults. Thank you so much and will definitely be ordering again or even better a visit there.

Shanawaz is by far the best indian restaurant in the Twickenham area. Food is very tasty and fresh.

The food was awful. Over cooked and tough meat. It was inedible. The owner didn't care as we'd ordered through deliveroo. Apparently it's not his problem if you don't order directly. So rude. Food as bad as his attitude.
