Not cheap but the food was totally worth it. I wanted a treat, and I got one. Thanks Shampan Welling.

came in a fancy little tote bag so that was nice. vindaloo was nicely spiced and the naan was fluffy and tasted great. I got the nutty one and it paired really well with the vindaloo. lamb was a little dry but well seasoned. pretty good overall. :)

Unfortunately the food was cold , but tasted fine.

We were a group of 4 adults. The service was good and all 4 enjoyed the food. It's my daughters favourite Indian restaurant in London. Shakil and the other waiters did a very good job.

Had a delicious meal, Shakil was great! Chicken tikka masala was very flavoursome but not too oily, my friends madras had a lovely kick

Popadoms not crisp. Could have done with more chicken in the korma and more salt. Chicken tasteless.

Ordered from here regularly over the years and the quality never disappoints. I requested naga pickle on the side recently and they graciously gave me a generous serving. Highly recommend their butter chicken!

For some unknown reason, they have an aftershave diffuser spewing out the same smell as a second hand car dealership. It's the same smell as you get from those places down the middle of shopping centres where they sell the really terrible fragrances and have the diffuser things blowing it out. When smell is an important part of tasting food, to have an unpleasant awful aroma everywhere ruins the enjoyment of the food. I genuinely don't know what they are thinking. Drinks were very well made, food was fresh, naan breads were the best I've had. But could not fully enjoy any of it. Won't be going back.

Really delicious food. And not at all stingy on quantity of meat! HUGE well done particularly for including big chunks of paneer in the Sag Paneer. So many restaurants barely give you any cheese!

Our favourite Indian restaurant. Service is always friendly and wanting to please. Food is great and we last visited for the Sunday buffet. I was apprehensive at not being able to order my usual choices but I didn't need to worry, the food selection was really good and I got to try several dishes I wouldn't have otherwise ordered. Can't wait to return.

Absolutely lovely, tried Shampan for the first time for date night after hearing rave reviews and it did not disappoint int he slightest. Went with the recommendation from the staff. It was a gamble as I would stick to what I know but had the Lamb Sali, flavours and spices were amazing, the staff especially Abdur were very accommodating and very welcoming. We have definitely found our new Indian Restaurant. Look forward to going back.

Came out here for the first time from recommendations from friends. It’s was my birthday and so they went to the trouble to put on some lovely music and sing to me. First time last night, seeked out Shampan because of a recommendation and it didn't disappoint. Best Indian we've had in a long time. Each dish had it's own flavours unlike some restaurants where all the dishes seem to have the same base sauce. Will definitely be returning. Recommend you book first as can get busy, prices were about the same as most Indian restaurants, service was excellent ( courteous but not intrusive) all in all a brilliant night.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is amazing and the staff is the best and very welcoming on arrival and this is myself and my partner favourite eat out place and Apu service was amazing. Highly recommend eating out here.

Fabulous restaurant, it’s a hidden gem, if this was in central London it would be a tourist destination. Rich food with amazing flavour, the chefs have won numerous curry awards.

First time visiting this restaurant. I had the creamy coconut Kerela style Tofu curry with coconut rice. Was really delicious. Large pieces of succulent Tofu in a delicious sauce. Coconut flavour wasn’t too sweet at all. 👍🏼 So many Asian and Indian restaurants serve dehydrated tofu which is really horrible and bears no resemblance to proper tofu, so well done to Shampan.

Gem of an Indian restaurant in Falconwood - probably the best in the area in my opinion. The food is authentic and full of flavour. The waiters are super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend visiting!

Just wow. We was recommended this place and I didn’t disappoint. From the staff to the food and cocktails everything was spot on. The cocktails were just stunning. It isn’t a surprise with the amount of awards they have on the wall in the restaurant because the food was exceptional along with the service and drinks. Massive thank you to everyone for last night we will be seeing yous again soon.

Such a fantastic restaurant. We visit here fairly regularly, usually for the Sunday buffet and we always have a brilliant time. The food is delicious and the staff are always friendly and helpful, especially Abdur, who even brought us over a complimentary drink after our meal.

Great food. Shame of it, the poppadoms tasted like after shave. Which was the only down side.

Almost everything was excellent. One small issue… the air conditioning seems to have a perfume emission which my wife and I found rather overpowering. The odour clung to my wife’s jacket and was still there the next day!

Apu was our waiter and what a lovely guy so polite and the food was out of this world 2nd time here and gets better each time

We came to Shampan for their Sunday Buffet Lunch. There was 15 of us. They were extremely accommodating for a large group, especially with lots of children. Great food and great service. They even brought out pudding and played happy birthday as we were celebrating a 50th. We were served by Abdur, he was just great. Would definitely recommend.

A really relaxed restaurant with attentive but non-intrusive polite staff. The food was a cut above similar restaurants I have used in the area and prices are good. Main downside is parking it is road only and not easy.

First time trying this restaurant. Food arrived on time and was piping hot, which makes a change for delivery. Food was fabulous. So full of flavour and a decent amount of chicken. Will be back.

I can highly recommend Shampan, Welling. It used to be our local curry house and then we moved 50 miles away. But, for special occasions, ie. My wife’s birthday; it’s worth the trip back. The food is top notch and Abour, Noyon and Nabil gave us both 5 star service throughout the meal. I can’t praise this establishment enough.

We visited for my boyfriend’s birthday, we were made to feel welcome, the food was great and the service was even better. Thanks so much Abdur!

Best Indian meal for a long time. First time visit but would definitely return. Great service and the smartest dressed waiters.

I have had the buffet on a Sunday a few times now and if I’m honest the selection of dishes wasn’t up to its usual standard. The food was nice and we all enjoyed it but I don’t think the selection was that good. The price was increased to £21.60 per head too and you didn’t even get a free popadom thrown in, you had to pay extra for those. It was extremely busy in there as well, which was a bit off putting when going to get your food. I will definitely go back again, because like I said, the food is normally outstanding and good value for money. I just won’t be rushing back on a Father’s Day/mother’s day.

Apu was a lovely server, we went as a birthday celebration. He was really helpful with checking with the chef for my dairy intolerance. Food was amazing!

The Shampan has it all. A great atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, but above all outstanding cuisine. We were greeted and served by Abdur and his colleagues, who were very welcoming and happy to chat with customers. The food was exceedingly good and arrived promptly. The menu was varied and many of the Chef specialties are very interesting. However, if you are looking for traditional dishes, they're well represented. Both my wife and I really enjoyed are meal and are already planning to come again soon with friends and family.

Horrible i ordered take away lamb bhuna and kheema naan the lamb was overcooked and only onion and colour with loads of sugar if restaurant should not namenon indian dishes which is an injustice to the dish must re name your dish as sweet lamb with onio and sweet kheema naan too. Wasted our time and hunger went in bin.
