Lovely friendly staff, food is always fresh and hot we eat in here regularly. Cannot fault anything prices are very good. Don't knock the restaurant because delivery company's take ages

Food is sub-par, and I order a peking duck with pancakes as part of a take away and they forgot the pancakes!

Ordered a takeaway.. prawn crackers were stale, soft and old, sweet and sour had a strong pepper taste.. didn’t appear to be anywhere near freshly made. won’t be ordering from here again.

Basic but good food very fairly priced

A very nice convenient restaurant with authentic Chinese decor, serving good food and drinks at a affordable price. Very pleasant staff, over all a good experience and I would definitely return. Just some Chinese music would have added to the atmosphere.

The food was very bad and we couldn't eat.

Can't rate the food as never got that far. Ordered 3 basic items that would take my usual Chinese in Plumstead (Noodle Bar) 15 mins maximum to serve up. Was told 15 mins wait, ended up waiting 40 minutes being told another 5 minutes every time I asked what was happening. Too busy doing deliveroo orders to serve their customers in the actual building. Asked for refund as wait time was unacceptable. If you value your time don't order from here. If they don't have the competence to tell the time properly I probably dodged a bullet with the food.

Vermicelli was bland; had to season it myself when it came! Noodles had an unpleasant taste

Use to order food from here, then I moved to north London, came back to visit family and ordered food, they must of changed the chef, special fried rice was not nice, rice tasted soggy n tasteless

Cafe style but warm and bright environment. Good prices, extensive menu, friendly service. I tried the Thai curry with king prawns and prawn balls with S&S sauce. Proper big prawns in both. The Thai curry a tad salty for me, but would probably suit most tastes. I just didn't add any more and it was nice. Would definitely return.

Nothing negative to say. The restaurant is nice, clean and very busy. Prices are decent and product variation is very good. The staff is nice and professional, and the food is excellent for both dine-in or home delivery. Just perfect.

That old lady serving food is really really rude..i wont come again till that old lady is there

Portion sizes are horrible - paid £8 for a crispy chilli beef and received a tiny square foil dish of it. The egg fried rice lacked flavour and the spring rolls were soggy. Only ordered from here as my usual Chinese was closed.

Lovely little noodle bar that I'd not noticed before, food was really good with the dumplings and Pork and Duck in black bean sauce being personal highlights. Don't think we left a thing and their current offer of 10% off the food bill makes their already pretty good prices a bit better. The staff were lovely and will visit again very soon

i ordered prawn fried rice and she charged me £ 8 for just 6 small pics prawn with rice. I not buy again

Very basic noodle bar..not any atmosphere really but its quiet and quick and the food is lovely and the service was quick. The lady was lovely. We had 3 meals and 3 drinks and it was about £27 so not too bad.

Went to xing's where we were provided with an awfull service and high prices, so we decided to leave and find an alternative choice which made us end up in noodles city.. There was 5 of us, food is absolutely amazing, the ribs are something to die for and the rice , its sticky rice people! Its amazing. The prices are even better according to the size of the portion. We came home with loads of boxes ,thats how generous the portions are. And payed under 85£ for all of us ->>>> we are talking about 6 diferent plates, 6 starters and 7 drinks. Definitly will come back!

Good economic tasty standard southern Chinese dish

I've literally been coming here since I was in school (at least 17 years!) and it's just as great now as it was back then. The food is always great and very quick, reasonably priced and the staff are lovely. The only downside is they no longer do fresh fruit juices, which is a shame as they were great!

Haven't used this Noodle Bar for a couple of years so thought I'd try again tonight. Walked in to order a takeaway and only a couple of tables of customers so thought it would be quick. After being short changed by £10, the food was ready 20 minutes later. Quality of the food has really gone down in this place, such a shame as it used to be fantastic with a good atmosphere and 5 star quality food. Our chicken fried rice was like porridge, really lumpy and stuck together and it looked a grey colour?

Our go-to even though we moved miles away, still travel when we fancy it. Great selection of typical favourites, never had anything we didn't like. Do a nice Chinese Tea to finish with.

Cheap and cheerful and the staff are fruendly. We always enjoy eating here.

Nice food relaxing place and efficient and friendly staff

All i can say is absolutely yummy, we had the butterfly King prawns, salt and pepper spare ribs, seafood vermicelli and King prawn noodles, and it was all delicious

Went ages ago and wasn't that impressed, but the last 3 times the food here has been absolutely delicious....probably the best Chinese food I've ever had! BRILLIANT!!!

Small portions and unimpressive staff. They seem to want to focus more on takeaway orders and ignore the restaurant. Wouldn’t come back.

First order was "damaged in transit", second attempt looked like this. Crispy chilli beef was soggy chilli beef. Waste of 35 quid.

Food is sooo good every time! Ordered mixed vegetable noodles and black bean beef via Deliveroo - food was fresh, well-packed, perfect temprature, perfect salt, perfect noodles! Keep it up guys!

We have been visiting here fir a number of years and the food has been going down in quality each year. Unfortunately the food on our visit last night was absolutely disgusting-and flavourless the starters were overcooked and dropping in oil. My sons noodle dish was inedible. Attitude of staff was pretty poor to. We used to visit because it was cheap and cheerful but it is neither of these now. In addition to this the toilets were filthy.

Really god food, quick service at reasonable prices. They dont take card payment but there are 2 cash machines very close. Have eaten here loads of times and would really recommend it.

If you like your noodlss cheap this is the place for you. Not guaranteeing your food will be nice.Certainly not cheap and cheerful.

We have been going to this place since 2011 when under the previous management and we find the new management even more appealing. Good food good price and service never disappointed! I am from Hong Kong and a lot of dishes remind me of my hometown, very authentic Chinese food. Most recommended are Satay seafood, Fried beef flat rice noodle and sweet sour pork!

I have been using this restaurant for years we normally go about once a month on a Saturday evening to eat in and have always had a very enjoyable meal, friendly staff but a couple of months ago we went on a Friday evening, when our meal arrived mine was cold in the middle, I complained to one of the staff (who I didnt recognise) and she told me "The bottom of the plate is hot" not what I wanted to hear, she didnt apologise or offer my another dish just shrugged her shoulders, when it came to paying the bill she said she wont charge for the meal I hadn't eaten, wasnt going to pay for it anyway. I was so disappointed, left it for a few months and we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again but on our normal Saturday evening. The meal arrived, again not very hot, miserable staff, and not very busy. Visited the Ladies and found the bin overflowing and sink dirty, no hand wash and no towels to dry hands on, on previous occasions the ladies always clean. We didnt eat very much of our meal and when the waitress came to remove our plates she didnt ask why we hadnt eaten much just put the bill on the table and walked away, I did recognise one of the staff and asked if they were under new management and she whispered "yes". We will not be returning to this restaurant

Our group of 12 had dinner here after a long day of touring in London. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly. The food was adequate. It didn't knock my lights out, but I didn't go away hungry either. I probably would return if I were in Welling again (which is unlikely).

I visited noodle city just under a week ago now and I'm still suffering the consequences! When we first walked in we were surprised by how busy it was, and thought it could only be good! The staff were nice enough. Our food was given to us 5 minutes apart (there were 3 of us) and it was OK, however clearly microwaved as parts were cold and other parts scorching hot, so much so that I bit in to a piece of chicken which blistered my mouth in several places instantly leaving skin hanging down and in agony, and 5 days on and I still can't eat properly because of the pain and blisters still in my mouth! It's a real shame and I hate writing negative reviews but restaurants need to be made aware of dangerous things! Will never ever be returning.

We have been using this place for years and always enjoyed it, however since new management have taken over it has gone down hill! such a shame but after our recent take away we won't be eating from here again. Food was not the best smaller portions and cold. This has been like this the last several times we have had food from here.

This used to be a reliable place to get very reasonable takeaway or eat in food. After a few bad experiences with sine if the meals when we got them home we have reluctantly stopped using the place which is a pity. In general the quality of Chinese takeaways in the Welling area has declined in recent years. Food that was once a real delight has changed beyond recognition in some cases.

We are regular visitors to noodle city. Food is excellent and plentiful. They have recently put prices up by approximately 10% per dish, but still good value. Noodle City is now closed on Mondays.

Good food served hot n fresh and won't break the bank. Friendly staff always got a smile on their faces.

Solía vivir en Welling y recuerda cuando este lugar era un restaurante chino "azul cielo" y que a menudo solía frecuentar. Cuando cambió a un bar de fideos tenía dudas de las consecuencias. Estoy encantado de decir que ha sobrevivido con éxito durante muchos años. Es básico en la decoración y no ofrece grandes lujos, pero la comida es sabrosa, abundante y siempre caliente. Ofrecen un menú variado y hará otras opciones si lo pides. El personal es amable y muy rápido.

Although busy and no reservation made staff were happy to accommodate me.service was very good and the food enjoyable it's a clean well run establishment.

Noodle city never lets us down.Duck was deliciously nice a soft with crunchy skin.Pancakes really hot with lovely fresh veg.Duck in black bean was in a nice rich sauce with a bit of spice.Rice was piled high with a very generous serving.Partner had curry which he enjoyed immensely as his fussy.Well done Noodle city keep up the good work.

Can't fault the food here, it was very good and the service was good as well. as was the bill. Good value all around. The interior looks a little tired though, more an upmarket cafe than a Chinese restaurant and I'd score it more if Trip Advisor allowed half marks as three is too little and four would be too much. Good food though!

I love this place the staff are very friendly the food is amazing it taste and smells so good. Portion size are very good and it's a reasonable price for all there meals

we went there to celebrate fathers day we all ordered curry 2 with rice and 2 with noodles the curry was nice but the noodles were mostly hard we both could not eat the noodles as they were horrible almost like they were left overs from the night before ,we told a member of staff and she went and told the cook but that was it no sorry or would refunded some of the bill .i will not be wasting my money there again

It was an interesting meal, as soon as i walked in i didn't feel welcomed. The place was cold, and the were drafts coming from left,right, behind me and above me. Although, the food was phenomenal, and it totally made up for my first look at this restaurant.

Nice Chinese. Food came out really quickly and tasted great. Staff were very attentive. Prices are average although the starters are nearly as much as the mains.

We love going to Noodle City. Staff are very friendly and polite. Food is lovely. We go here at least once a week. Would recommend this establishment to anyone.

Been going to this noodle bar for ages and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Orders are taken quickly, which is great, and the food comes out soon after, always piping hot and delicious. If you want good food fast then this is the place for you. Will be going again soon.

the food here is great and comes out very fast,the staff are nice the only drawback this restaurant has is the bill comes in Chinese writing so you do not know what your paying for

The staff are ok not overly friendly but not rude.I love their chicken with chilli and garlic. And their squid, ribs and prawns in chilli salt and pepper ..oh and their dumplings. I just love the huge portions and the cheap prices! Highly recommend and i am a regular customer

We have been going to this local noodle bar for years and absolutely love it. The food is cheap and delicious. Always people in there of an evening which creates a good atmosphere. Food is served super quick though so be prepared for that!

Perfect value for money place... Tasty, good n less oily food. Place might seem small but always seen it busy. Thankfully they r not in hurry for order unlike other Chinese n noodle based eateries.. Highly recommended.

跟朋友去的，几个人分别点了炒粉、牛肉海鲜盖饭、糖醋里脊盖饭等。炒粉味道还不错，其他很一般。他家饭菜的分量很大，价格比做炒菜米饭的中国餐馆便宜一点点。

excellent restaurant food cheap and nice big portions which is rare nowadays,watch you dont order too much as the meal sizes really are large even for a glutton like me
