The shakes are really good and the kids love getting to choose and watch it being made but it is very expensive for what is a chocolate bar in ice cream! We only go as a treat!

Despite the very friendly and helpful staff it is hard to muster too much enthusiasm for what is effectively a pure refined sugar (high) filling-station... The extensive "menu" is not so impressive when you take into account that ST is a franchise AND the rather narrowly-defined nature of their production !

Kenton LaneHad an absolutely fantastic time at The Duck and the Pond! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of cozy charm and lively buzz. The food was delicious — the Food was spot on, and the drinks selection was impressive. A special shout-out to Katie, the manager — she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor really made a difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about the place and the customers. Can’t wait to visit again soon!
