Ordered online never came and I called several times never picked up look online it says it’s closed and that I’m not eligible for a refund

Ordered food on just eat and told my food would be here by 9pm, tool my £17.00 and no delivery. Can't call, apparently they are closed even though the site says they are open. Will update if and when I get refund

Order still hasn’t arrived - waited an hour and 30. No calls answered either

They absolutely messed up my order. I ordered large portions of cheesecake which normally is 3 pieces each. I got 1 piece in both of the boxes so can't be a mistake.

These are the best cakes I have ever had.

I ordered a jelly tots milkshake, the milkshake was nice but was ruined slightly by the chocolate sauce. Chocolate sauce does not belong in a jelly tots milkshake! I have ordered previously and it is usually fruity sauces like strawberry raspberry etc which is a lot nicer. Just a tip for future orders. Delivery was very quick.

Absolutely quality sour skittles shake

Would never order from here again awful! Cookie dough tiny portion and was sloppy, Cornflake tart good portion size but tasted stale, brownie looked as if it was a Aldi cake.

Horrific. Waited 47 mins past estimated delivery. No arrival and resteraunt won't answer. Also whilst waiting made the mistake of reading other reviews appears they frequently don't bother delivering.

Cake was really disappointing. It was dry and didnt taste fresh at all. Wont order again because £25 for 2 cakes and a sundae is alot of mobey when they dont taste good

I ordered cookie dough and it was just a hot mushy container of chocolate I expected it to be like a big got cookie like moonlight but it was poor quality never ordering from here again

The shake was fine, but the cake was just some bog standard supermarket one.

Delivery driver decided to argue with me in the street for 10 mins about a problem with their communication system.

Food came early, ordered brownie and apple pie, you get two slices with each portion which was a lovely surprise, food tasted amazing, arrived early, big portions, and even threw in a bag of rainbow drops, would 100% order again 10/10

Chocolate orange brownies aren’t actually brownies, more like a cookie dough cake. A shame because i liked their old recipe. We ordered 2 portions and weren’t even offered a partial refund or anything.

This was worth the wait! We had waffles, they were just divine...well presented and delicious!

I put the my work address in by accident which is less than 0.5 miles away from my house. The driver insisted I pay £3.00 to get it delivered or collect it from my work.

Ordered. Sticky toffee pudding. It says it’s for two but I had it all lol was very full after. Two lots of waffles, one with banana and strawberries with chocolate ice cream and one with bananas and milk chocolate buttons with vanilla ice cream (but banana ice cream was sent) Three cookies and a muffin. All the desserts were lovely. Nice size portions. Arrived on time. Ice cream was fairly melted but tasted great. Definitely order again when my sweet tooth flares up.

Our shakes arrived over 1.5 hrs after the ETA. I wouldn’t order again for that reason, we went to bed instead of continuing to wait.

Amazing banana waffle and gorgeous shakes. Definitely will be ordering again.

Good evening Yet again you guys amazing thanks for the cakes I love your place I could eat from you every night I have reviewed you being honest / I rated the service 1 star due to fact I always order large fudge cake and always get 3 slices and double cream So this order I orderd 2 large fudge cakes with 2 tubs of double cream I never got any cream at all & one of the boxes I got 2 slices where I normally get 3 slices I haven’t asked for refund / this way is better / next order can we agree that I can have 2 small desserts chosen by me and 2 tubs cream I will leave message to you remind you guys what I want and why I am asking thanks David williamson 2 Ludlow avenue Swinton

Absolutely delicious!! Came about 20 minutes early, really enjoyed the cheese cake and the portion size was huge.

We didn’t receive vanilla ice cream with cornflake cake

Milkshake was great, cornflake tart was horrible though cheap and nasty straight in the bin

The waffles were nice, slightly overpriced IMO but can’t fault the taste.

Food was absolutely lush, would definitely recommend a waffle or conflate tart. Service was good too. Delivery driver was very pleasant. Definitely order again. Thank you

Nearly two hours after ordering 2 milkshakes, our order still hasn’t arrived. We rang the restaurant who have said that they’re only just preparing them and it’ll be another half an hour...

The Oreo milkshake was spilt but it was really yummy. However the daim bar milkshake should be taken off the menu because it doesn’t taste of anything. It also took 1 hour and 30 minutes for it to come. Surely it doesn’t take that long to make some milkshakes? ?

my food never arrived. the driver claims to have delivered it. both men in the restaurant where rude and refused to believe that my food hadnt been delivered.

Ordered their waffles as usual as they are yummy! They always come freezing cold but I normally put them in the microwave at home and they are fine. Brought the Terrys chocolate orange milkshake for the first time (my first milkshake from here) and it was really horrible. It tastes like Terrys chocolate orange flavoured milk with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. It wasn’t thick in the slightest. Just tasted watery and milky. When I called they were a bit unhelpful at first bc they assumed I drank the milkshake. I told them we haven’t, we’ve left it after a few sips because of how disappointing it was and how watery and thin it was! Told them they can come and collect if they didn’t believe me! After a long conversation they finally agreed to give me £4.50 off the next order which was fab. The milkshake is like water I wouldn’t ever recommend buying that

I have ordered the cookie dough twice, and both times there has been hair in the food. First time I called to complained a member of staff told me to “f**k off”, which is a tad unprofessional to say to a paying customer and 15 year old girl. The second time the staff denied the possibility that a hair could get in the food and blamed it on the container, which is still their responsibility. The portions are awfully sized, the food is bland and it took nearly 2 hours to arrive to a destination less than 20 minutes away. Never order from here you will regret it.

Absolutely delicious, would definitely recommend. The dessert was really nice and so was the shakes. And on top of that it came really early. Fantastic really pleased.

Waffles were quite cold. One tub of ice cream missing. Quite anticlimactic for £14 worth of food.

Chocolate and Mint ice cream was not delivered, when called up and asked about it, said they were going to deliver it, and never did. Good quality food, poor customer service.

We got the ‘kinder bueno’ milkshake, yet it didn’t taste like kinder bueno at all :(( it tasted like sour milk. Really disappointing:((

This is my new desert place , made the decision after just 2 times ordering from them 💯 4 miles away and they deliver quicker than my local desert places 🤦🏽‍♂️ delivery guy was safe , deserts are fresh and portions are big , highly recommended

Prompt delivery and lovely food

I ordered a 1.5L bottle of coke but got a 1.25L bottle instead without any explanation. Everything else was good though, loved the shake and the waffles. Might be come a regular if you guys manage to get the drinks right.

Arrived late but good communication and food was excellent quality.

Dessert was excellent however wrong brownies were sent. Have ordered before and the same thing happened which is disappointing, however the food is very high quality would just be good if the correct order was sent!

Cookie dough was drenched in sauce, completely ruined the taste. Cake was poor. Waffle portion was tiny and ice creams were melted by the time the order arrived. Overpriced by a mile.

Delivery time was good and accurate to the estimation, chocolate cake shakes were good but ‘death by chocolate brownie’ was not as described. Also had one item missing so I contacted the restaurant who said they would refund the item but after a week of waiting the refund didn’t go back to my account. I contacted the restaurant who asked me to call back when the boss was available. When I spoke to the boss he was very rude and patronising, offering to refund me from his pocket, which he did not, when I said that would be acceptable. He said refunds are done through Just-Eat, though I thought the restaurant would deal with it as they offered the refund in the first place, and he put the phone down on me. I contacted Just-eat and they said the restaurant should have contacted them regarding the refund which obviously they had not. If I hadn’t chased it up the refund wouldn’t have been processed as the restaurant had no intention of contacting Just-Eat. I have ordered from here a few times and this is the only issue I’ve ever had with them, but after speaking to the rude boss man I think my money is better spent elsewhere.

Cake and custard was stone cold was ment to be hot . Everything is cheap ! Choclate cake is steam puddings u can get in Aldi . Cheap custard. And the cupcakes what a joke u get better quality from the pound bakery and they don't charge a fiver for them !! . 27 quid on rubbish and they never even brought my drink !

When we rang up enquiring about the late food, the people on the other end were rude and very blunt and the food we had ordered was late, when it had arrived the ice cream had melted.

I ordered a shake and large luxury icecream to be delivered. The shake was lovely, however the icecream was 2 very small tubs of plain vanilla icecream and nothing luxurious about it.

Mars large double milkshake is amazing! Highly recommend! Made up for it being delivered late.
