Burger King in Manchester

Chips was freezing and burger luc warm. Wasn’t the best sadly

My first time eating from BK, wasn’t sure what to get, but Gabriela helped to choose, and was really nice the option I got and you could see how fresh the food was. Gabriela was really kind, very good costumer service.

As always, Burger King lives up to its name. While the quality of the food is great, it does come at a cost which is felt especially now. Service was amazing, i got my food in under 5 minutes and was able to get the earlier train because of the fast service. I didnt get a straw which was sad but if im honest its not important.

Disgusting cold meal no care taking at all just looked a mess and tasted even worse.

Amazing food best burgers ever go there

Whatever were inside my takeaway paper bag were shocking. Why Burger King has dropped his quality at such low levels. We ordered whopper and king junior cheese burger but we struggled to find a difference between them. This whopper which use to come full of salad and flavours were now coming with one thin tomato slice and some strands of lettuce . The burger has reduced in weight and volume . Don't mention those chips was very little. Deceiving photos literally.

This is the most amazing Burger King ever definitely should go sometime it is kid friendly and workers and so nice and generous and are so helpful. The food is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is it so delicious if I could I would buy more Definitely going back soon 😋

I was served by Abraham who was polite and was wearing the required universal precautions for food handling. The establishment appeared to be clean and fit for purpose.

5 and half hours and i still didn’t received the order. Very disappointed.

Visited Burger Kind Piccadilly today, I was served by Dalton, forgive me if I got the name wrong. Was a very happy guy and put a smile on my face whilst I was served. Very quick and efficient, need more people like Dalton, great guy!

Starbucks manager Birmingham coach station. I had a meeting today . My SSP Discount app was not working. Gabriella lovly lady. She helped me with the discount. She saw opportunity to get reviews which was great to see how much she is engaged. Definitely she deserves Amazon voucher ☺️

Ordered a smokey bacon double burger that came with crispy onions but no bacon. After returning the burger I then received it with bacon and no crispy onions. After the third attempt which had had both the burger was then cold to which I realised there no point in trying again. Good work guys 👍 Order 1665

I visited the Burger King Piccadilly station tonight, and I have to say, I was impressed! The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was taken and prepared quickly. The food was absolutely delicious—my burger was hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. just the way I like it. Even a bit late already almost closing time they manage to serve all the people in the queue I was also happy with the service i get from each and every staff. What I appreciated most was how the team handled the rush. Even though it was busy, the atmosphere remained calm, and the wait time was minimal. They clearly know how to keep things running smoothly. All in all, my experience at Burger King Piccadilly station was fantastic. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Though it was closing time and it was busy too, service was so good and fast.

Got to restaurant at 10.40pm and they were turning customers away, meant to close at 11pm, rubbish!

They say they close at 11 but stop serving food at quarter to? Surely this means they close at 10.45? Incredibly rude staff. Need to rethink their opening times.

Used the self serve kiosk to order just a burger only. Got error message saying cancelled/could not authorise. I didn't have time to try a second time so went for my train only to discover a few days later that I had been charged. I went back the following week and explained only to be told by Alex (the so called manager) that without receipt I wasn't getting a refund or the food that I'd paid for (basically called me a liar) I had to get my bank involved to get the money back. I will NEVER use this branch again

The lad on front counter was so friendly and helpful I couldn’t work the machines so he came and helped me out so I could get my order

Freezing cold food , absolutely horrible 🤮burger buns are stale ! Onion ring are flat , chips are freezing like all the foods been there all day and just sent it us!

Staff is rude as hell! Are they aware they’re paid to do a job? Firstly, their fake app doesn’t work. When we tried to figure it out why, this rude guy shouted us they don’t accept any offer. Then, we asked for ketchup and mayo and we were told we can grab it ourselves, having to overstretch over the counter to get it (just ketchup available!!!). Finally, when staff realised one Coke was missing, they made it and threw it over my partner. Wow! People pay you to serve them. Whatever forced labour sentence you’re serving, please tell us who your probation officer is coz man, you’re miserably failing it 😱😱😱

I'm usually a fan of BK but this branch is really letting the brand down. Not helped by rude service, either. The Vegan Royale was cold and had zero mayonnaise on it. The onion rings, usually so reliable, were ice cold and completely rubbery with no flavour whatsoever. I'm glad I ordered the smallest portion. I usually prefer BK to McD's but in this case I'd strongly suggest going to McD's instead. It's just a short walk away.

Hassan and Biban were great! They made a veggie burger especially quick just for me!

Friday I visited Burger King and Hassan Raees give me superb service definitely gonna come back again
