I found a hair in the burger. Unfortunately I was upset about it (and discussed) and I put it in the bag, then the train cleaner took it and I didn't take a picture of the burger with the hair nor the receipt. So I can't claim a refund. My order was 921 veggie burger only. I've ordered today Monday 7th April at 14.05 (ISH). I was waiting for my train to London Euston at 14.15.... the hair was bling, short and curly... So sad for the venue not to follow hygiene procedures.... If there is way you can refund my £8.18.. but no, I don't have pictures unfortunately.

i ordered this order at 14:55 and it arrived at 16:32. When i checked what was happening, the delivery time would change and when the food got here it was cold. waiting 1 hour and 37 minutes for this order was unacceptable and i would like a refund.

Ive been couple of times on break from uni and the super friendly girl on the till Emily always provides me with top notch service and a beautiful smile she needs a raise as she is amazing at customer service

I took the kids to this establishment and the foreign security guard wouldn't let my 8year old use the toilet. He sead it wasn't cleaned 🤷‍♂️ so I sead what about the disabled toilet he sead that was dirty also absolute joke. By law you have to have a public clean toilet

Amazing manager. My food was incorrect from Doncaster and they asked me to swap it once if was off the train. This place was not part of the franchise but changed it for me anyway and got it perfect and delicious on the first time. The woman was super friendly and will definitely be ordering from her next time I’m In the station

Wow! Yesterday night was my 6th time visiting this branch of Burger King at the train station. Staff engagement with customers, excellent. When I asked if I can order and get my food within10mins the staff on the till smiled and said it will be ready within 3 mins or less and to my surprise my food was ready in less than 2mins wow 😳👏🏻👏🏻this shows that all the staff despite your position are attentive and proactive to make sure customers are happy and satisfied with the service rendered. Keep the good work to all Burger King staff present and absent yesterday.

Incorrect burger given out couldn’t eat it due to allergen.

Food was terrible, burger was rubbery and poorly cooked. Coke was watery and diluted...awrful and I paid £10. Chips were okay but barley seasoned....awrful...thats it for me and burger king, pooor pricing and poor quality food.

I travel from the North west to down south all the time and everytime I’ve got to change in Manchester Piccadilly for the next train and I make it a priority I get a Burger King from the station. The food is always amazing and lovely customer service.. only thing I think would make this better is adding ketchup! 😂 highly recommend this place for fast service and top food quality 😊

As always, Burger King lives up to its name. While the quality of the food is great, it does come at a cost which is felt especially now. Service was amazing, i got my food in under 5 minutes and was able to get the earlier train because of the fast service. I didnt get a straw which was sad but if im honest its not important.

Disgusting cold meal no care taking at all just looked a mess and tasted even worse.

Whatever were inside my takeaway paper bag were shocking. Why Burger King has dropped his quality at such low levels. We ordered whopper and king junior cheese burger but we struggled to find a difference between them. This whopper which use to come full of salad and flavours were now coming with one thin tomato slice and some strands of lettuce . The burger has reduced in weight and volume . Don't mention those chips was very little. Deceiving photos literally.

Ordered a smokey bacon double burger that came with crispy onions but no bacon. After returning the burger I then received it with bacon and no crispy onions. I visited the Burger King Piccadilly station tonight, and I have to say, I was impressed! The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was taken and prepared quickly. The food was absolutely delicious—my burger was hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. just the way I like it. Even a bit late already almost closing time they manage to serve all the people in the queue I was also happy with the service i get from each and every staff. What I appreciated most was how the team handled the rush. Even though it was busy, the atmosphere remained calm, and the wait time was minimal. They clearly know how to keep things running smoothly. All in all, my experience at Burger King Piccadilly station was fantastic. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Though it was closing time and it was busy too, service was so good and fast.

Got to restaurant at 10.40pm and they were turning customers away, meant to close at 11pm, rubbish!

They say they close at 11 but stop serving food at quarter to? Surely this means they close at 10.45? Incredibly rude staff. Need to rethink their opening times.

Had a wonderful meal from here. Waiting time was minimal, handy store for those people who are in rush. Overall just the service and a bite.

Used the self serve kiosk to order just a burger only. Got error message saying cancelled/could not authorise. I didn't have time to try a second time so went for my train only to discover a few days later that I had been charged. I went back the following week and explained only to be told by Alex (the so called manager) that without receipt I wasn't getting a refund or the food that I'd paid for (basically called me a liar) I had to get my bank involved to get the money back. I will NEVER use this branch again

The lad on front counter was so friendly and helpful I couldn’t work the machines so he came and helped me out so I could get my order
