I had to try the viral Kunafa strawberries and ice cream. And I wish I hadn’t. The small amount of ice cream on top was the best bit. 80% of the cup was chocolate sauce kunafa and about 4 piece of strawberry. It was so sweet I started feeling sick very quick. Not for the faint hearted. My husbands milk cake was much nicer.

Driver went to wrong address, then when I told him the right address he didn’t turn up, was put through as delivered so was not able to track driver and we did not get the order. Spent £30 on this order and am not able to get a refund!!!

I ordered a concrete hedgehog combo with custard, I received just a concrete cake with custard no hedgehog & some waffle sticks when I didn’t order that, you know when your craving something & your expecting that thing but you don’t get it, very very disappointing

The best shakes around in town. I come here all the time with my family the brothers are very good the service is amazing never had a problem, would recommend to everyone family friendly environment.

After 2 hours of my delivery time being pushed back and the status remaining as “preparing order. Driver at location” I called the restaurant to be told that my order status had been changed to delivered by JE and there was nothing they could do. No one bothered to contact me looking at reviews for this place it seems to be a reoccurring theme that they either don’t deliver orders or are really slow at delivering them. Won’t be ordering from here again. Bad service from the place when called too

My ice cream was completely melted and my cookie dough didn’t taste good as it was cold.

My sons love Shakehouse as do i, legitimately the best milkshakes no where compares allways friendly service from the brothers on the till too.

I never received my order the shakehouse said just ask just eat the drivers are third party drivers

Really unhappy with how small these were, I usually pay £12 and get a much larger quantity. Quite embarrassing as it was for my guests.

Busy place, really good decor. Popped in for a milkshake which was decently made. Good amount of seating.

As I walked into this place for the first time I was greeted with smiling faces. One that stood out to me was a guy called Ibby, he greeted me with generosity and let me explore options on their menu. Another thing that impressed me was the cleanliness. In some places u find that the food is FANTASTIC but the customer service isn’t so good. But I found that in Shake house you had both in one luxurious package. Now I come to this place as a regular, enjoying all their is too offer.

my drink got warm because the concrete cake and custard was at the bottom of the bag. as well as this, my strawberries were mushy and not as hard as they should’ve been.

Not cooked properly. The cookie dough was soggy and gooey. Cold custard tin or packet nasty taste and cold apple crumble

Great place. Never dissappoints. Food is great. Drinks are great. Prices are reasonable.

Uber picked up my wrong order by mistake and these guys immediately came out and personally delivered the correct one in minutes. Top service to sort it out and food was great. Highly recommend

The delivery time started from 22:10pm and kept changing and went to 23:00 but arrived at 22:40 the milk cake is off. The milk was sour and you can smell it. The concrete cake was also very stale . Not happy at all and it wasn’t cheap either. Never ordering from shake house again. Terrible in delivery and food was awful

Quantity size was ridiculous for the price

Abysmal service over and hour and half late was stone cold and ice cream was liquid the driver then had the nerve to laugh when I asked if the boss was in to contact them about the poor service. He then told me it Ramadam deal with it! Disgusting all went in the bin as it wasn’t edable.

Lovely food & nicely cooked but really small portions for what is charged.

Food was late given I had that I ordered 3 things which took an hour and 13 minutes to arrive. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and they send just 6 plain strawberries and charged my £6 for them. couldn't phone through as they had straight to voice message on (tried multiple times) and Just eat support is a joke. last time I'm ordering from here

Everything was spot on. Great portion size of milk cake compared to other places.would definately recommend that and would order it again.

Quite disappointed with what we received. Ordered the Millon Dollar Waffle, which stated there would be nutella on it however they just put some cheap chocolate sauce. Also opted for the option of "adding a message". From my understanding that would be the writing in chocolate maybe, on the waffle. But we received just the text written on the waffle box. Extra 25p for that is just silly.

Compleatly wrong order being given someone elses order

I placed the order at 8.30pm and it got delivered to me at 9.15pm. The peanut butter stack was nice, but ice cream was melted and the milkshake was really watery!

The food was not fresh. Didn’t like the taste of the milkshake as it was not made right

Went in for a dessert after having a meal locally. Was served my chocolate fudge cake that was a a tiny measly slice and custard in Tupperware tubs which i thought was an absolute joke.

Always great, always perfect. Would love it if they explored or switched their ice cream supplier. Shakes and waffles always excellent. Just I would love to order ice cream scoops more as well and hope they look into a diff supplier. Everything else luxury tasting. Best price, quality and reliability of service.

Usually I always go to Stechford branch today i decided to try this branch out. Staff at counter miserable after I ordered my food I noticed a staff member using dust pan n brush cleaning up. When he was told off my order he decided to grab waffle dough mixture in jug n pour into waffle maker ! I said to him he needs to wash his hands before touching food ! The owner/manager asked him if he'd washed his hands after sweeping floor up he replied NO he was asked to wash his hand and started giving me dirty looks and just splashed some water onto his hands n wiped them. He continued to give me dirty looks which even my 10 year old daughter noticed this ! It looks like staff at this place are held at gun point to work . Staff need to be hygiene and food safety trained !!! Never coming back to this branch gona stick to my Stechord branch which will always be the best 👌

Delivery time was 40 mins past advertised which wasn’t the best. But the dessert was amazing! Ferero cheesecake. Wow, could have eaten another!

A little late ordered at 3.30pm and said my order will be confirmed at 4.00pm and came around 4.32pm so yeh otherwise it was worth the wait.

Absolutely terrible service. We go here regularly. Due to illness i used ubereats. Driver never showed up, claimed they had. These guys point blank refused to do anything about it even though UE refused to refund. Thats how you treat loyal customers. Lost a customer for good. I will NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. Utter disrespect.

Really bad customer service, you have to wait extremely long for the order, probably the owner need to spend sometime himself in the shop so he can keep an eye on the staff and train them better

The waffle arrived cold and one of the ice creams sent was wrong - they sent 2 vanilla ice creams instead of what I'd ordered. The milkshakes were also runny. Disappointing experience.

I am not happy to say the least my just eat driver turned up at the wrong address even tho I put the correct one in and to add to that my milk shake leaked all in my bag so I could not be able to drink it I am so angry and have not even got a refund I will take this further

Slow very slow service seems they rather do Uber eats and Deliveroo orders over waiting customers , probably best off ordering online. Not bad concrete cake and custard ain't tried anything else and was really disappointed in the rubbish lychee cooler I got , tasted nothing special like a can of Rubicon put in a cup with some ice and the smallest I mean like a corner of a corner of lime and lemon thrown in , well not sure why, for decoration and was really over priced, probably won't go again but good luck with the future

My boys like their milkshake. They were god sent in the heatwave we were going through. The place is clean and well maintained. The young man at the front makes you feel at ease whilst waiting for the drinks to be made.

The quantity of the one of the sundae was very little and not worth the money, very disappointed also the cheese cake slice was very small if there was a shortage of the particular ice cream we would have preferred a phone call and may have added a scoop of a different ice cream to as least get the moneys worth

I came in with my family, to find dirty tables with an unexistant hosting. I had to clean the tables myself. No one even talked to us whether it's a "hello" or "do you need any help? ". Such a cold atompsphere we went back. I really don't advise it.

Milk cake was mi missing, no straws for the shakes. Always going to voice mail when tried to call them. First and last time ordered. All the best 👎🏼

Ordered desserts for my family. Unfortunately part of the order was missing- The milk cake. When I tried to contact the store, it went straight to answer phone. Furthermore, I ordered 2 milkshakes and there were no straws. Really inconvenient and disappointing; my kids were looking forward to enjoying a treat.

I am most angry to say the least my meal came cold and with the strawberry ice cream leaker all over the bag I am not happy and I will be taking this further.

Workers are often swearing at rear sadly—quite off-putting for families or to bring kids. Music is blaring which is I suppose to be expected but doesn't particularly add to any sense of a welcoming environment. The owner is very kind which bumps this up from a 1.

Waffle sticks and cookie dough are our regulars. Doughnuts were beyond disappointing, 4 for £10.49 Dough was really thick and stodgy, like bread. Couldn’t eat more than 1, they were drowned in sauce so felt like eating wallpaper paste.
