Very good shakes I would recommend to anyone! Staff is very good and friendly. Best shakes in Braintree!

First visit very nice clean and very polite staff a great menu on offer and they also tell you what there best seller is to see if you like it I tried the mint areo milkshake it was bloody marvelous very happy and will go here again

The milkshakes are amazng and hundreds of flavours to chose from! Really makes my day everytime I have one! Staff are friendly. However the prices are quite expensive and could attract more customers if the prices were dropped more.

Saved the day after a bad experience at Kaspas, always will be the best for shakes in town! Couldmt have asked for more!

I visit Shake Express, once, sometimes twice a week and I honestly cannot recommend it any higher. Spoilt for choice, you can treat yourself to first class shakes and hot drinks, full of flavour, all for fantastic value. I’m am always greeted warmly by Marion and her daughter Becky. Both showing a clear passion for what they do, their service is outstanding and refreshingly personable and natural. Shake Express is a wonderfully run family business and is a shining light in the town of braintree, if you haven’t been, you are missing out!

I absolutely love these milkshakes and so do all of my family. So much choice from chocolate bars, biscuits, sweets to fruit! All of which are amazing. Make sure you check the opening times as I have been caught on a couple of times as they don’t open till 10:30. I bought a shake elsewhere but was disappointed as shake express always get the quantities right. They have soya option too which is very helpful. Always happy to accommodate a request, very friendly staff.

Been to many milkshake shops over my years, but nothing could ever compare to Shake Express! I don’t know what it is but it’s just so much nicer when it comes from there. Keep doing what you’re doing guys I’ll be back!

Lovely milkshakes. Staff very friendly. They do a reward card you get stamped so you get a free shake after a certain amount of visits. Loads of flavour choices and reasonable prices.

Really nice, comforting atmosphere. Very pragmatic place. If you are ini town, you should be willing to splooge some money.

It's hard to choose, with such an extensive menu! We got a Cadbury Caramel shake, and it was delicious!!! A lovely little place.

This place is easily missed, tucked onto the corner of St Michael's Lane running off the High Street. But if you like milkshakes, you will certainly not want to miss out on this one. They offer an amazing amount of choice of things to throw in a blender with milk, including fruit, chocolate bars, biscuits, cake... And best of all, they can serve any of their shakes hot! I had a ginger nut shake served hot, and it was delicious. Just beware that, because they warm it by steaming it, it won't be piping hot, just pleasantly drinkably warm. The service was excellent. I was the worst type of customer: coming in fifteen minutes before they shut and then being terribly indecisive. But the two ladies in there (the owners?) were patient and friendly, and offered tips about good things to try. A wonderful little treasure.

Tuve que ir por demasiado tiempo para llegar a la tienda, me comenzó a preocuparse si no tiene suficiente resistencia, pero desgraciadamente, YO LO HICE. Una vez allí tuve que esperar para todos los demás, que tardaban demasiado en terminar. Una vez mi turno llegó el asistente fue muy servicial, recogiendo exactamente lo que sabía que necesitaba en mi boca y luego finalmente mi vibración acabado, pero tiene que sentirse un poco más tardaron lo que me esperaba. Para ser sincero, soy un rápido de tipo de chico y no apreciar todo el palpitante alrededor del arbusto. Sin embargo, una vez que salí de la tienda no puedo decir que he tenido tal satisfacción crema antes.
