Always love this place. Great food. Always good for a cheeky takeaway night.

Really nice staff, food comes quick and hot with MASSIVE portions!! I couldn’t even come close to finishing my wrap, even after a bad hangover. The milkshakes were perfect, we both had Oreo and it slapped. The wrap was great, not many places nearby offer falafel as an option, so it was nice to be able to have a wrap I really love. Reasonably priced for the size too!

Had take out burgers and shakes, they were super tasty and the portion was very filling !! Can’t wait to go back

So I got cheesy chips and a burger but the burger and chips tasted like cardboard and the cheese wasn't even melted.

for the price I paid for the steak I was disappointed, I ordered it rare and it wasn't. the mushroom and pepper sauce was very watery and tasted of nothing,it did contain mushrooms but no noticeable pepper. the salad that came with it was basic. otherwise the chip portion was good.

Everything was awesome the chicken was beautifully cooked and the bbq sauce on it was so nice and not overpowered at all and they forgot our coleslaw but when I called they were quick to help us so I'd definitely recommend it

Everything ok apart from the onion rings which I couldn’t eat as they were too over cooked

My third visit and just had to leave a review. Each of the 3 visits have satisfied my burger cravings. Food still hot when I arrived home after a 15 minute drive. Delicious food and generous portions, served by friendly and welcoming staff. There are burger takeaways closer to me, but the Shake and Grill experience makes the drive to this wonderful restaurant well worth it.

We had a delivery from them last night my husband had sirloin steak medium rare, I had the Mexican burger with extra jalapeños, well the food was plentiful, very tasty, hot, I could not completely demolish the burger but I had a really good attempt,

Ordered food via Uber Eats. Food good. However, delivery driver called and asked if I could go outside for him, as we are in a black of flats, agreed to do this. Got dressed and went outside the building (7 months pregnant) and whilst I waited, he had gone up to the flat and dropped the food off at our flat... Why did he ask me to go down, if he was going to go up. Very frustrated as waited outside and partner had to come down and tell me food had arrived 🙄 very dissatisfied with service received!!

Ordered 2 hours ago cannot get through to the company to even get an update on food. Got my food 2 hours late cold and the cheese on my chips wasn't even slightly melted so that's how it left the shop. Would not order again

Best burgers I have ate in years. May cost more then a macdonalds but that's as it is far better with the quality. Rolls are amazing not like big lumps of dough like so many. Will defently use again and tell all my friends and family to use

Long delays for food, initially quoted 40 minutes delivery time, eventually turned up after 55 minutes. Food was warm, burger tasted ok, warm/cold chips were abysmal.

I ordered a large Oreo shake and got a regular, and a large strawberry cheesecake which had chocolate in it? Also the fries had no seasoning on it and I payed extra so not impressed.

The chips arrived cold and the delivery took longer than estimated. Food was OK, but not great. I’ve had better from here!

Unfortunately our food arrived late which resulted in it all being cold. The beef in the wrap was so chewy and dry so I couldn't eat it. No one enjoyed their food, was really dissapointing.

I had the beanburger meal. And I must say it was yummy. The best I have had in a long time. As was the milkshake.

We ordered for the first time a few weeks ago. We were blown away by their burgers. They don't Hold back on the fillings ! Very generous. The milkshakes are amazing too. I highly recommend.

Steak was absolutely horrid, was so tough I could not even chew it, cheese bites missing

Despite giving clear instructions regarding delivery they were not followed. Meal turned up cold and incomplete and when I contacted them was told the missing item would be sent in 10-15 mins. When I said the burger was cold I was told to stuck it the microwave. Not exactly fous safe when there is salad and mayo in the burger. Ad vised this was the 2nd time the order had turned up cold due to their drivers going to the wrong address and I wanted a refund was told I couldn't have one and they would bring me another meal in 40 mins. Really disappointed as I have ordered from them frequently but in the last few months there was been a decline in service. I requested a full refund and it was declined as I had the partial order and I was being unreasonable in not being prepared to wait for a further 40 minutes for the correct order to arrive.

If I’m honest they’re just you’re average over priced hit and miss burger joint The shakes are just flavoured milk with cream (pretty budget considering SHAKE IS THE FIRST WORD OF YOUR NAME) If they want to argue it starts off as a thick shake then I’d like to argue why I get it the same consistency as semi skimmed milk at my door The burgers are very average The chicken is hit and miss between good and average The hash browns are usually soggy GO TO MENJARS THEY HAVE THE BEST BURGER AND HASH BROWNS WITH THE THICKEST MCFLURRY STULR SHAKE IVE EVER HAD MENJARS HAS TGE BEST BURGER IN TOWN Also the man at the front and in the phones and on delivery’s is very very very very rude and I hate him and he should honestly just leave I might actually shop more

Fantastic food, great service, prepared quickly with a smile

One of the worst fries I've ever had. Unfortunately the quality of the food here dropped massively, it used to be one of my favourite places in Gosport because of super tasty fries covered nicely in peri peri spice. Prices skyrocketed in the last year or so and the quality is just below acceptable - pretty small pieces of chicken breast fillets combines with soggy fries with hardly any peri peri spice on - nope. That's not what it used to be and not what I expect from this place. Gave it already a couple of chances since the prices went massively up but every time the quality was below what we remember from 2 years ago. I won't use this place again.

I recently ordered from Shake and Grill, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally quick service. From the moment I placed my order to the time the food arrived, the speed of service was truly impressive. The staff seemed to have a well-organized system in place, ensuring that orders were taken promptly and efficiently. Even during a busy evening, I didn’t have to wait long for my meal to arrive. They were attentive and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed!

1st time customers after wanting to try for so long and lots of good recommendations...did not disappoint at all beautiful quality gourmet burgers, fries and shakes. Puts large chains to shame. Massive portions of fries, would share fries next time and free chicken wings. Would be ideal if they did a burger and shake deal with no side??.... We will return!! 😃

Sad to say our meal was awful. The burger buns were really soggy, and the cheesy chips were really anemic and cold. Had no taste and overall very disappointing

Delivery driver arrived only a few minutes after the earliest predicted time and was very nice, and the food was perfectly up to standard, always enjoy both the burgers and shakes every time I order and never have any issues with delivery or food.

Ordered 2 x Mediterranean large salads, one with extra chicken, one without. Came in 4 x smaller tubs and all had chicken in, luckily wasn't been served to a vegetarian. Each salad was different - one has loads of chicken, one had barely any but loads of salad. One salad had no oil and others did. No salad dressing as far as I could tell. Was still tasty but a shame - I bought this exact salad a week ago and it was very very nice. Definitely a different chef this time.

Love the Ferrero shake and the jalapeño cheese bites are the best ever.
