Chewy. Everything was just chewy. Could only eat half the steak burger - poor cuts of chewy meat full of gristle. Won’t be back.

Burgers were lovely as were the milkshakes. Fries were stone cold

I was disappointed with my strawberry shake as it had big bits of biscuit in it not very nice !

Food arrived cold, wedges and onion rings soggy and barely any peri peri salt on the peri fries, a shame as we usually enjoy food here

It has now been over an hour and counting and my order has not arrived. This is very ridiculous as it is happening to me for the second time in two days. I would like to cancel my order and receive a full refund as it seems like this meal won’t come.

Omg!!!!!! What awful service. My order was incorrect and inedible. When phoning to ask for a refund, they hung up on me. I phoned back using my husbands phone as they wouldn't answer mine. I was very polite !!!!! And asked for a refund and they said there is nothing they can do .... . Never going here EVER again !!!!! £7 FOR THIS..... They then knocked on my door the next day to ask me to take the review above down. Slightly threatening. I told them they are not to knock my door ever again!!!!

Cold and the chips were horrible

Really disappointed with my meal don’t expect to pay the prices for my chips to be freezing cold and end up going in the bin as it wasn’t enjoyable to eat.

First time and absolutely loved the piri piri Berger absolutely and fries and biscoffe shake.... definitely getting again and the guys serving are very helpful

Great hamburgers and my wife loves the sirloin steake with peppercorn sauce. Quick service with hot food.

Ordered online for delivery, waited 40 minutes for them to then Cancel my order. Wasted my time and my dinner after finishing a long 10 hour shift!!!! Edited to add photos after reply: you did cancel my order, so don’t lie. After accepting the order and saying it would be delivered by 21:50, you then cancelled it at 21:45.

Ordered two burger meals and some chicken wings this evening , safe to say it was a good choice! Best burgers we’ve had in a long time, lovely char grill marks on the buns (chefs kiss) And great value for money. Thanks we will be back!

Unfortunately my partner and I did not enjoy the food we ordered. The Nutella milkshakes we ordered tasted more like vanilla, the peri peri chips were plain and the burgers were just not nice.

The only thing wrong with my order was the steak burger meal, the steak was chewy and couldn’t eat it gave it to the dog.

hello everything lovely but iv not got the onion rings my husband ordered on our meal. everything blovekybas always though.

For 50 pounds the lettuce looked like it had been in the fridge for a week, the onions were soft so quessing they been in the fridge the same amount of time, the chips were okay but any sane person can cook chips, the hash browns were okay but really crumbly and worse than McDonald's, the hallumi, had to second guess if there was any in there, the salad tasted like it had been thrown in a bin and taken out again, apart from that the milkshakes were very good.

An attempt to do "proper" burgers on a budget fails miserably. The Texan burger featured a bland, chewy beefburger slathered in cheap condiment. Only half of the peri peri fries had seasoning. Expensive considering the quality. The staff were pretty surly, too.

One of my Gosport go-to's. I always order the Halloumi wrap with lemon and herb sauce and salad and it never lets me down (except the sauce does stain clothes lol). only gripe is its a bit pricey and defo only something i order every now and then as a treat.

Ordered the peri peri fries, with the bacon burger. Wow. It was delicious and was steaming hot. Although the prices are quite steep, it is worth it. The only thing I would suggest is that there isn’t so much sauce in the burger next time.

Really nice staff, food comes quick and hot with MASSIVE portions!! I couldn’t even come close to finishing my wrap, even after a bad hangover. The milkshakes were perfect, we both had Oreo and it slapped. The wrap was great, not many places nearby offer falafel as an option, so it was nice to be able to have a wrap I really love. Reasonably priced for the size too!

Had take out burgers and shakes, they were super tasty and the portion was very filling !! Can’t wait to go back

So I got cheesy chips and a burger but the burger and chips tasted like cardboard and the cheese wasn't even melted.

for the price I paid for the steak I was disappointed, I ordered it rare and it wasn't. the mushroom and pepper sauce was very watery and tasted of nothing,it did contain mushrooms but no noticeable pepper. the salad that came with it was basic. otherwise the chip portion was good.

Everything was awesome the chicken was beautifully cooked and the bbq sauce on it was so nice and not overpowered at all and they forgot our coleslaw but when I called they were quick to help us so I'd definitely recommend it

My third visit and just had to leave a review. Each of the 3 visits have satisfied my burger cravings. Food still hot when I arrived home after a 15 minute drive. Delicious food and generous portions, served by friendly and welcoming staff. There are burger takeaways closer to me, but the Shake and Grill experience makes the drive to this wonderful restaurant well worth it.

We had a delivery from them last night my husband had sirloin steak medium rare, I had the Mexican burger with extra jalapeños, well the food was plentiful, very tasty, hot, I could not completely demolish the burger but I had a really good attempt,

Ordered food via Uber Eats. Food good. However, delivery driver called and asked if I could go outside for him, as we are in a black of flats, agreed to do this. Got dressed and went outside the building (7 months pregnant) and whilst I waited, he had gone up to the flat and dropped the food off at our flat... Why did he ask me to go down, if he was going to go up. Very frustrated as waited outside and partner had to come down and tell me food had arrived 🙄 very dissatisfied with service received!!

Best burgers I have ate in years. May cost more then a macdonalds but that's as it is far better with the quality. Rolls are amazing not like big lumps of dough like so many. Will defently use again and tell all my friends and family to use

Long delays for food, initially quoted 40 minutes delivery time, eventually turned up after 55 minutes. Food was warm, burger tasted ok, warm/cold chips were abysmal.
