Had one of the sharing boxes, and the food was amazing! So much flavour and everything was cooked perfect.

Got the 8 piece chicken tender value box and was thoroughly impressed! I asked for extra salad instead of chips as I’m avoiding carbs like the plague.. they were happy to accommodate my request! The donor meat was cooked properly, which honestly is so so rare to find nowadays!! The tenders are quite spicy, which is perfect for my tastes but some may struggle with that. Honestly was definitely a value box for me and I’ll be coming back for that again, for sure!! Just hope the next one is just as good 😌.

I really enjoyed my chicken burger and fries. The homemade coleslaw was lovely, only change I would make is it was a little too runny so it was hard to eat without the sauce dripping everywhere.

Ordered 1hour and 30 mins ago through Uber eats says my order has been delayed after calling 20 mins ago and being told it will be 10 minutes requested an update on a new arrival time which has already been changed once disgusted by such behaviour will never return to this place again

fantastic tasting food, however disappointed that no chips came will the burgers 1st time we ordered, everything came with fries, however bit this time xx

Had 2 value boxes on Thursday night and it was really nice, was really quick for delivery. Food seemed fresh.

Lovely fresh food delivered quickly. The burgers are very juicy and tasty the fries aren’t the best just standard kebab house ones but that’s the only quibble we had. The chicken tenders are amazing but they have quite a kick to em which I actually really liked. Will defo order again! Also all the packaging was recyclable which is a big plus for us! Additional we called in on way home to order in person and even tho they had menus advertising prices of things they said everything was more expensive and they’ve took things like saver deal or even the fries from the tender meal away and wouldn’t sell them to us at the advertised price .. shame as it was lovely last time but kfc across the road is now better value unfortunately

Always order from here. It’s my safe option for takeout as it always hits the right spot every time. I’ve ordered a different item every time Ive been and happy to say they’ve all tasted great.

Ordered a few weeks back order was completey wrong. Called to let them know & they apologised. They said unfortunately they were really busy & couldn't rectify. They did say next time we order give them a call & they would give us a discount. Just called to place an order & it was hard work getting a discount & they didnt seem happy to give a discount. I told Phillys to leave it & won't be ordering again . Its a shame because we did really enjoy the food that we received & we gave them the benefit of the doubt on our first order & to place a 2nd order. We never asked for refund but looking back we should of done. Will never order again due to bad customer service.

Food was really nice however service was awful. Half our order was missing. Rang them and they just said they would give us discount next time but no replacement or refund. Called up a few weeks later to order again and use the discount. The man’s attitude was terrible and he kept questioning us. We left it in the end and didn’t place a second order and went else where.

I don't normally post reviews, but the food was a mess and it was so late that I'd already ordered from another place by the time it got here (over an hour and a half after ordering). I called uber eats support, the restaurant number and the number of the driver that I was given and had no response after multiple tried at each one.

Mango & lime chicken tenders are superb. Delivery was fast, friendly and the best wrapped, piping hit takeaway have had in a long time. Try this place, you will be re-ordering shortly thereafter.

Order was wrong when we got home. Asked for plain chickens burgers They put pickle. Lettuce and loads of Mayo on Won't use these again

The Cheese Man burger was amazing! 😍 Everything you would expect a burger to be; soft, succulent, juicy. Literally melted in your mouth. Loaded fries are never a disappointment from this place. Food was prepared quickly and to a high standard. Can’t wait to order again!

Foods is just a bit above average icl. I was hearing they pride themselves on quality thinking it’s gonna be the best thing I’ve ever had but unfortunately I was disappointed. Paying double the price of a normal takeaway for food that’s only a little better. Smash burger is juicy and that but not enough flavours, loaded fried ain’t all that either, chicken strips have got 0 flavours. Wings are nice tho. Edit: They have decreased their prices a bit now.

Got to be the best burgers in stoke

Had the cheese man burger a few times now with fries and a twist and dunk milkshake. They really are nice and one of the best burgers I have had in Stoke. They are my go to place for burgers and the milkshakes are amazing. The delivery drivers are also really friendly and polite. Give them a go.

Great tasting food. The beef burgers are amazing, very big and full of flavour with a Five Guys vibe going on. The milkshakes are to die for and they have great customer service. The chips are even good cold the next day. Highly recommended. I loved the signature sauce of the burgers, just the right amount of spice. The only negative aspect is the high prices, but once you take a bite of that burger and a nice gulp of milkshake you'll see why. I haven't tried the chicken yet despite it being a chicken place, but I will when I return. Well worth the price.

Very basic burgers. In no way is just the burger in the photo worth £10 😳 chicken wasn't trimmed and had tendon still on. cold 'cheese wizz' fries. (chips with cinema nacho cheese on basically) not sure how they're cold when they're only up the road 🤷 Not hugely impressed. *edited due to the company reply. Yes the food was delivered on time. But that doesn't mean the chips weren't cooked prior to the chicken, so the chips went cold first, or you put cold cheese sauce on hot chips 🤷 Yes I looked at the food description. In no way did it say it was a £4 greasy spoon burger disguised as a £10 gourmet burger. And calling your customer a serial complainer just means I write my reviews with honesty, did you see me put a refund ticket into uber eats? No you didn't. I'm not here to lie to get a refund. You saying 'our food isn't fit for every budget' and telling me to look elsewhere next time just screams 'we tried to be high end but failed' I'm more than willing to pay £100+ for a takeaway as long as I enjoy it. I've personally not heard anybody ever recommend your shop. Maybe it's because of your poor food quality. Fake 5 star reviews and your online professionalism 🤷

First time ordering, wasn't disappointed, the chicken george burger was tasty, as was cheeze-man patty burger burger. seasoned fries were lovely, just too many in the box. Nicely packaged.

Taste was great but two hot dog buns with little steak shocking I was going to order Chinese but ordered from here instead and wow was I wrong proper rip off for price I’m sat here hungry after eating my two hotdog buns with sauce 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ shocking

Food is just standard food , a brioche bun and boxed up different than your standard tray and paper. Strips of chicken still have the ligament in not been trimmed off so you spit out the tendon. Friend had onion rings extra on burger they put 2 on for £1.50 can get a bag at that price from local shop or wholesale and they were soggy at that. Trust me , you'd be happier going KFC just down the road.

Had a box for two tonight and oh my god the food was amazing! Best burger joint in stoke deffo a little gem fresh and full of flavour had to even order a milkshake after because they looked boss!

I'm in cheese heaven ! Absolutely delicious food. Been looking for food like this for a while! I ordered the Philly's combo box duo. Food came hot and fast considering it was about a 4 mile trip. Delivery driver was very polite. My new place to eat !

Pitiful food expensive for what it was soggy bun on a 7quid burger that consisted of 2 strings of lettuce 2 tendons handful of look warm fries 3quid I don't mind the price if it wasn't less than mediocre

Yes the prices are higher than your normal takeaway but it's definitely worth it, the burger was so good and juicy, the chips were amazing the gravy was v tasty I could taste the star anise in it. The wings were 10/10 so crispy and hot. I would definitely order from here again

The quality of the food in unreal. I would say this is one of the best takeaways in Stoke. So friendly and accommodating of any allergies or intolerances - I have coeliac so they talked me through what I could have, they even gave me the option of bringing my own gluten free buns so I can enjoy the Cheeze-Man burger which was sooo good! Will definitely come again!
