Food was absolutely amazing!! The burgers, loaded fries and toasties are top tier fast food. Food was delivered fresh and hot and the taste is unmatched. Deffo glad to have these guys in stoke

Little shop tucked away in normacot is a hidden gem. The burgers are some of the best i have had anywhere. They cater for gluten-free and have the gluten-free buns that dont fall apart like most do. The fries are cooked to perfection, and there is a ridiculous amount of choice of types of burgers and fries toppings. A great experience, and the staff were very friendly too.

Straight dead out food Burger covered in spicy sauce with no taste what so ever just straight spice lol one of my burgers didnt even have the bottom of the bun imagine that Chips were over fried all empty in the middle and dry just well over cooked If u want a nice burger / munch Do not come here

90 minutes for a burger and loaded fries. Loaded fries were a little soggy, and chicken bites oily.

The food was average and overpriced and the workers were rude and was giving me attitude and blocked my car and took ages to move it and did not apologise.

Absolutely love this place, it's our new favourite place to go, we've never had a bad meal from here, the chicken is always amazing juicy and crispy, I recommend the boneless bites they are to die for! and the portion sizes are great too, will be ordering from here again very soon!!

Undoubtedly the best burger I have ever had. Don't usually like chicken burgers but gotto admit even their chicken burger is another level. Will go back here again just to have their burger

Very cheap tasting food, burgers were squashed which was very off putting. Cheese looked and tasted like the cheapest stuff you can get wholesale. Mostly cold food. Not worth £30 for two burgers, do not recommend at all.

Very disappointed with my takeout meal. Smash Burger quality was pretty standard in comparison with what is available locally, chips were soggy and the naga and buffalo tenders tasted the same. Looked like the tenders from Farmfoods, tossed in some sauce and handed over to me in exchange for my wallet! Mine was the only order they were dealing woth and the staff didn't seem too interested tbh. Way too overpriced. Burger and chips meal with 3 tenders for 2 people cost £30.

This place serves up some of the best smashed burgers I've tasted. I had the "Son of a Bun" and "Pollos Hermanos," and both were amazing. The chips were a standout too, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and way better than the usual fare. The staff were super friendly, and ordering was straightforward. Reviewing cafés and coffee shops isn't typically what I go for, but the buzz about Café Clock serving smash burgers and other savoury options as a café piqued my interest. Intrigued, I decided to explore what makes Café Clock so special. (For a quick summary, please read the last paragraph of this review). Upon entering the quaint and cosy Café Clock, we were soaked from the rain, and the warm ambiance was a welcome relief. However, our initial experience was less than stellar. No one greeted us, leaving us to awkwardly find our own seats. We finally settled into the only available table and began looking at the menu laid out on the table. Our service experience was slightly improved after we were eventually acknowledged, and we had a chance to converse with the café staff. Strangely, the menu was quite unconventional for a café—no coffee or tea in sight. Instead, it featured burgers, fries, and hot dogs. This unexpected twist was confusing, and I felt compelled to rate the service a 3/5. (From this point on, I'll review them as a burger joint rather than a café). After some thought, my brother and I placed our orders. I picked the "Nashville Hot (2 fillets)," while my brother chose the "Clock Tower burger (2 patties)." To share, we ordered a "Philly Cheesesteak" and "Beef and Chicken Loaded Fries." As we waited, we had a chance to rate the décor. The décor was soothing and impeccably clean. The brick walls and beige tones created a pleasant atmosphere, and the assortment of clocks added a unique charm. However, the seating arrangements left much to be desired, with only two main seating areas and a stool section. The pictures of their signature burgers were well-displayed and enticing. Décor-wise, I’d rate it a solid 4/5. When our food arrived, the presentation was impressive, promising a delightful meal; I was judging a book by its cover. The Nashville Hot was an utter disappointment—dry to the point of being like sand, with barely any sauce. The unmelted cheese added a plastic-like taste, making it a disaster. 1/5. Similarly, the Clock Tower burger featured decent smash patties that were juicy and succulent. However, the chicken element was disastrously dry and felt as if it were battered like fish, creating a texture clash that ruined the experience. A regrettable 2/5. The loaded fries fared slightly better. They were flavourful and tasty, but the portion size was disappointingly scant, finishing too quickly. It did lift our spirits a bit. 3/5. Finally, the Philly Cheesesteak was mediocre at best; the bread was soft, but the beef was flavourless. The cheese sauce was pleasant, yet I doubt it would impress any American palate. 2/5. Overall, Café Clock left much to be desired. Despite its cosy ambiance and charming décor, the lacklustre service and disappointing food overshadowed the initial appeal. The inconsistent quality of the dishes, from dry burgers to meagre portions, made for a terrible dining experience. Ironically, Café Clock's time seemed off, with no café options available. I would rate Café Clock a 2/5 overall—it's definitely not worth your time.

the loaded fries were lovely and the burger was fantastic.

the spicy cheese sauce was OK and the ranch sauce was nice. the rosemary garlic fries had a nice flavour but weren't very crispy, the heisenberger was the highlight flavourful beef smash burgers and Algerian sauce. My only slight issue with the burger were the onion straws which were rather soggy instead of being crispy.

The food was delicious and arrived earlier than expected. However, the order was incomplete. The 2 kids meals we'd ordered had no fries which meant we then had to put some in the oven.

Really good food, the seasoning on the fries was so good, the texture on the tenders were great crispy but not dry, the burger was the best smashed beef patties I ever had super crisp on the edges! Will be back to try more soon, thankyou!

Had the You Want Beef meal.Did not seem to have mango chutney, onion bhajis, leaf lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, mint raita & tamarind sauce. Felt plain. The cool names are clever but need to reflect what food is delivered. Quality was great but content would put me off.

I've ordered food from here so many times but this is the first time dining in. I visited here this evening with my family for iftar, I booked a table over the phone at 5pm when they opened to make sure we had a seat, lucky we did as there's only place for 2 tables. The place is decorated really nicely regardless. All of the waiters and the owner were really helpful, polite and friendly. The menus are fantastic as they have both written and pictures to see what you're ordering because they aren't your standard burgers! The food is incomparable. All of the burgers were finished off, the chicken tenders are juicy and the chips were crispy. The flavours are so well thought out, they all just go together so well. I don't think I've ever had such a juicy burger that's simultaneously so flavourful that's not just 'meat' flavour. The cocktails were yummy too especially the strawberry one. We were so happy that the iftar munch meal was a thing too, it makes the whole thing that much more approachable for a fun midweek treat rather than a big event treat. I wish it could be a thing all year round not just Ramadan 😂 All in all, 5* obviously and we'll definitely come and dine in again rather than order, it's just so much better that way

Paid for coleslaw .. was contacted by restaurant to say limited availability .. therefore a £1.50 cash refund .. by delivery driver .. did not receive .. plus coleslaw delivered was just less than half and only red cabbage .. not happy !!!

Late, cold, and the wings were very disappointing.

We had the Korean BBQ burger, lemon pepper chicken bites and some salt chilli fries. Unfortunately I had ordered through JE and not direct. JE had an update and some glitch where my address wasn't sent or my contact no. After ringing the Cafe Clock to see where my food was, we realised what had happened, unfortunately the food was Luke warm by the time it got here but that's more of a JE issue than the Cafe Clock. Food was still packed with flavour, and I'm sure that if it wasn't for the mix up it would have been here quicker and still hot/fresh. I will be ordering again but direct this time or go to eat in for the full experience. Great menu, loads of variety and friendly guys.

Driver turned up with food the cost was £22.40p I gave him £25 and he walked off I called him back and asked for change he said he would look in car for Change after few minutes he came back and said,the shop sent him with no change I said not my issue so I want my change as for the food the chicken meal my wife had was half cold and was warmed up in the microwave the burger I had was hot as it was wrapped up in foil but chips were cold got to say it was the best burger I had from a takeaway but rest of the food was cold
