A Shafiques Dansak is normally a highlight- but this prawn dansak was neither hot or with the usual sweetness- rather bland, definitely something missing 😳

Fast delivery time @20:22 12 mins early than scheduled. Decent portion sizes, however curry was really oily though.

Curry was slightly more watery than usual

Will deliver to Acorns camp site up the road so we used two night running. Food delicious and good portions. Happy to adapt to make dishes vegan too. Definately recommend.

Food is always good. It es a busy night because of football - that’s great for the restaurant as means making lots of money, not good for customers to wait 1.5 hrs for food. I would have been slightly less annoyed if they had given a discount or a free dish or similar to customers in acknowledgement

Usually one of my favourite places to order from but today was a real disappointment . Chicken and lamb tikka in the mixed starter was so dry and tasteless. The onion bhaji’s were soggy because they were closed up in the same box as the meat in the mixed starter so they obviously lost their crunchy texture straight away. The curry was far too sweet and was really unpleasant to eat. Only positive was food was partially hot still and the peshwari naan was good as always. Not great for a £34 meal.

Had a Korma and a Dansak delivered and it was by far the best curries we've had in a long time!

Quick delivery and excellent standard of food including prawn puri, meat rogan, tandoori mixed grill, bindi Bhakti - everything was delicious. Shafique’s will now become our ‘go to’ take-out.

This is my go-to for amazing indian food. The staff are always friendly and the food is amazing. I highly recommend the food and service at Shafiques in Angmering.

They do the best chicken and vegetable dansak. Tried other places for Dansak, but they don't compare. Always tasty and friendly staff.

Chicken tikka was nice, although cold. The chicken korma was unfortunately very bland and tasteless. Wouldn't recommend.

Best curry I've had locally for some time. Very tasty and each dish seemed to have its own flavour to it which is sometimes not the case when ordering curry. Thank you for a lovely meal ☺

the food was dry and tastless, which is weird I order from here all the time and this was weird it was nothing like it normal. bland tasteless and lacking in flavour.

The order was late and I received a call from Shafiques saying I wasn’t in. Turns out their new delivery driver had lied to them - he just didn’t know how to work the intercom. I went outside and he aggressively argued it didn’t work, so I showed him that it indeed did. Consequently, the food was cold. I received no apology from the restaurant and as a loyal customer I expect better, frankly. I shan’t be ordering again unless I receive an apology!

Overall the curry was soo tasty, I have never tasted naan bread so fresh it really was delicious. By a mile best Indian in Littlehampton,

Firstly the vindaloo may as well have been a korma no spice whatsoever. I had to add my own to make it hot. Everyone else ordered other dishes they all came the same colour. All tasted the same all quite bland. It's a shame I've heard good things over the years so finally relented and tried.... And it was just meh. Better flavour curries and cheaper in the area. Sorry thumbs down from me.

My boys love an occasional takeaway and especially Shafiques chicken tikka, the garlic naan are nice.

I couldn’t order from my local Shaffiques in Goring and Angmering wouldn’t deliver to my address but Just Eat came to my rescue and the food was great.

Gorgeous food, really nicely cooked and clearly quality ingredients. The Tandoori Prawns were amazing and such a generous amount. All delivered by a lovely smiley man and bang on time. Very happy customers, thank you.

Absolutely delicious curry I have ever had !

We had a delayed flight and nothing to eat at home, so rang Shafiques at 9pm asking if it was possible to collect our order when we were home. The kind man waited for till we finally got back to collect the food- which was past their closing time. The food was kept warm and it was delicious. Many thanks to that staff member who stayed past closing just so we could have our food! :)

The food is 15 minutes late and no answer from restraunt... i ordered at 9 30 , its 11:10 ..and most restraunts are shut...I guess the foods not coming and I don't get to eat today

Nice food. But it was not exceptional like I was expecting from reading the reviews. If you have a curry with the first word describing it as 'chilli', maybe there should be more than 5 small green chilli's in it, and have a chilli flavour. I would recommend it, but it's not really anything different from anywhere else, sadly.

Lamb Ceylon was lovely with lots of lamb. Chicken Dhansak was full of chicken too. Plain naan and popadoms weren’t as good as normal but still very nice 👌 Prompt delivery and good value

Having tried many a curry nationwide, I can honestly say that this little gem of a place tucked away in Angmering village serves up the tastiest freshest and reasonably priced curry I've ever had !.. Fresh, hot and quality ingredients and sevice with a smile, what more could you ask for. I personally recommend the chicken Shaslik, juicy flavoursome chicken cooked In the tandoor with succulent tomatoes and onion. I will be back.

Having moved to Littlehampton I decided to try the Angmering shafiques as had always eaten at the Goring branch.Have to say the food is the same excellent quality I was used to.Shame no restaurant to sit down in but still quality food if I fancy a curry at home

Ordering curry's from you guys already for many years, last our order was a completely disaster, not spicy at all plus feel like tomatoes and eggs Fries rice was plain. Please improve 🙏
