Love it...wouldn't order from anyone else ❤️ 💕

tonight I have had the worst lamb madras, every single chunk of lamb was gristle and fat absolutely awful, the sauce was not great either and I couldn't eat it. I had exactly the same order last week on cheeky Tuesday and the lamb madras was perfect although the poppadoms were very soft so not sure if there is a different chef cooking on a Tuesday and a Thursday? I have been using shaan for a very long time but am thinking it may be time to try somewhere else.

Food was with us within 20 minutes of ordering! The food was fresh and tasted unbelievable, highly recommend

whilst I absolutely love the food from shaan the last 2 weeks the poppadoms have been soft and the delivery late. but I hope this improves as their food curries etc are the best.

Not great. Chicken was awful quality and the saag paneer was absolutely foul (cheddar sprinkled on top of a spinach and cheese sauce!)

A free mint sauce would have been nice

Biriyani had no taste. No indian spices that I could taste at all. And wasn't very warm. Prawn tandoori starter was nasty...need to improve

Food was lovely and was delivered on time as promised. They also provided little extras free of charge!

Curries were lovely but chapatis that were ordered were straight out of Pataks packs which which I rang them and they apologised and that's where it ended

My only complaint was delivery driver rang door bell and left my meal on the door step should have been handed to me and not on a cold door step

ordered from here twice in the past year and it’s absolutely awful!! ordered chicken Tikka and Bombay potatoes. The chicken tikka was rubbery and had a very suspicious texture I don’t even trust that it was Chicken?? And the Bombay potatoes were hard and no flavour so disappointing and confused as to why this place has any positive reviews it’s disgusting

Great portion sizes and most of sauces are tasty however, the curry sauce is really bland and flavourless so I wouldnt bother with it again.

AVOID!!! I have recently moved to the area and thought it would be nice to get a takeaway to celebrate. This place is not authentic at all! The saag paneer looked melted when we opened it and it turned out to be cheddar not paneer, it was also extremely watery. The tandoori dishes were bright red as if they had been marinated in food colouring there was no flavour to them either. The naan bread was very thick and almlst like an eating a whole loaf of bread. I will not be ordering from here again!

I regret my order. I should never have turned my back on Tulsi. I feel ashamed that I cheated on my favourite Indian restaurant. Naan bread was drier than a flip flop that's been washed up on shore and left in the sun picked up and rehydrated. I'm also sure the saag panir I had ordered was one of CoOps own brand cheap knock offs. Utter shame as it was also expensive. The whole time I was kicking myself. I will never endorse this restaurant again. If my local restaurant moves than so shall I. I hate leaving bad reviews but I spent a lot of time

Delivered meat samosas instead of veggie which I took a bite then realised it had meat in .. which as a veggie not acceptable . Such a shame because rest of the food was good and it's normally fine from here.

Horrible food. So dry,not enough sauce,no flavour,naan bread tasted like stale,overcooked bread. Just wasted £23...... never order again. Went in the bin after less than 10 mins

Fantastic, fresh tasting food as normal, have tried many Indian takeaway places over the years and thus is by far the best, also reasonably priced compared to some. Won't use anywhere else.

I thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt and try ordering the King prawn biriany again. Really disappointed. It was bland and there were only 4 small pieces of prawn in it. I left most of it

Awful. Burnt Naan, the saag ‘paneer’ was a layer of melted cheddar with no paneer in it at all, tikka masala was diluted and had water running down my plate, korai lamb was basically all onions. I’ve eaten a lot of Indian takeaways, this is hands down the worst I’ve EVER had

The delivery was early, 20% off reasonable prices and extra poppadums. The food was piping hot, very flavourful and tasty, not greasy at all. The first time ordering from here but will definately order from this place again

Great quality curries and proper authentic naan, none of this small, dodgy shaped, crispy/burnt naan, PROPER naan! Defo recommend this place over other curry houses.

Food on the whole was not bad all except the lamb passanda , the lamb was literally just fat not one piece was edible. Everything else was good though except the delivery driver very rude

We ordered two garlic naan and only received one. The order took way over an hour. Not the service we are used to. This place is usually really great. A bit disappointed.

The food was disappointing. The chicken tikka dansak didn’t taste like a dansak I’ve ever had before and was quite frankly lacking flavour. The chicken tikka masala was overly sweet. I was unable to eat the food.

This is the 1st time I have ordered from Shaan as they came to my attention as they were taking part in the 'cheeky Tuesday ' money off just eat promotion, they also have a 5 star food hygiene rating so I thought I would give them a try. The delivery was on time, the food was hot at delivery and the prawn madras and king prawn biryani was excellent, would definitely recommend them.

Good also cold… what a waste of £20
