Best Fish & Chips in the area. Great selection of pies as well as being reasonobly priced. The staff are always friendly and there is also a great window display of the history or achievements of the area.

Called in for a chippy tea as I really fancied a nice bit of cod. Glad we did - wow what lovely cod and fresh. The chips were proper home made and the mushy peas were absolutely piping hot. 100%. The portions were amazing, I couldnt even finish it. Will definitely be returning and the staff were so friendly and chatty and you could have a joke with them. I like that! Highly recommended. FfostrasolQuite simply the worst food in living memory. Paid £28 pound for a mixed grill and they forgot the steak and the egg, also no steak knife. Had to eat it as I hadn’t eaten all day.

GwbertWent there for Sunday carvery, what a great spread. There is all the variety would expect and all were cooked to an excellent standard. It is possible to go back for seconds should you wish. Great value as well for 2 or 3 courses (3 would be too much for most) On top of this the view is spectacular and the service is professional. Will be returning.
