SFC Express in South Tyneside

I ordered chicken and a pizza, it was barely cooked. I do believe it’s the worst place in southshields

The service here is horrible, workers here are extremely rude and unpolite. They tried to punch me because I asked how long the food is going take. Also the food is terrible and disgusting, it doesn't taste like its wven cooked probably and it caused me ti get salmonella. I would advise you not to go here.

Disgusting food 🤢🤮 Also the treatment they give their customers is unacceptable and disgusting. Please never go there for you own good, idk how they’re still in business after their animal like manners.

Worst place in the whole Uk to order your food

After 50 min of waiting finally got my fried food barely cooked !

Worst experience ever. Owner behaves very bad with customer and treats like slaves his own employees and of course gave clear signs of racism. The quality of the food is also pretty mediocre. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone…

A pig works there. know no manners and should close down. Started yelling at us as we asked how much longer it was gonna take as they said it was going to take 12 minutes they took more than 20 minutes. He then THREW the pizza. They then started yelling and swearing, even threatened with a punch in my uncle’s face. No excuse for such behaviour when working in customer service. Should be working under the ground if you can’t handle people, better as we don’t have to be blinded by that bald head. Quality is bad too. Worst place I’ve ever been to.

The food is really good but everything is too expensive, one chicken burger costs 6.50 and then the milkshakes are small but they cost 6 pounds, it doesn't even taste that good. Waiting times was normal, 15-20 minutes because we ordered a lot. Food excellent but overpriced.

Worst place to eat in South Shields.

On 19.05 we ordered takeaway, wings and nuggets. In the breading of the wings we found a piece of wire from a metal sponge. Almost ate it. When I ordered. There was a room full of kids. You are feeding children. Cleanliness in the kitchen is a must. It was a horrible experience. I didn't even want to eat.

Lovely cashier foods amazing and really good over all

First time ordering from sfc arrived in about 45 minutes which is what I expected unfortunately not very warm chicken was dry with a sweaty coating fries were cold .

I visited my friends over Christmas, I've never tasted the best chicken chips and garlic in the full country nd iv visited lots of places I lived in Liverpool and Manchester from the North East and this shops is the best and so delicious a 1000 stars from me.

Just bought a 10 inch pizza hot n spicy asked for no herbs and no jalapeños. Just wanted the chopped chilli. I gets back pizza is barely cooked and no chilli on it!! Sort it out ate a few pieces and binned it! Cheese was like chewing on melted rubber very very poor!

Foods cooked fresh while you wait so is nice and fresh,unlike most that have it already cooked.

Always great food i love the cheese burgers there always made top quality highly reccomend and if you can take spice go for the the artisan pizza

Had food here tonight food was lovely but the staff were even nicer the person who served us couldn't do anymore for us he was polite lovely and friendly will definitely be back

What a shame after a lovely day at the beach The shop was empty and I asked for 3 pieces of chicken. All the pieces were dry and there was no attempt to give me something fresh. I asked for a leg and thigh and it was a competition between dry and drier. How is that possible?!? No wonder he gave me an additional piece. In all honesty was it worth it, NO. That's how people end up at KFC because the consistency is better. In every service you should give the customer quality so that they come back. Take heed and bear that in mind for the next customer because I surely will not be going back. All the best

Amazing food, came piping hot and earlier than delivery scheduled time. Diner kebab is one of the best I’ve ever had and the dips to go alongside were amazing. The salad was nice as fresh, too.

We wanted fried chicken and KFC on Chicester Road is closed forever. So we needed to find a new source. Dad had a nice chat with the delivery chap. We had a 10 piece bucket with 4 fries, a tub of beans, garlic dip.and sweet chilli dip. The chicken was excellent. Fell of the bone. Even my mum thought it was great abd she prefers bonesless. We will be back.
