Nasty food dry chicken, sheek kb microwaved all in all absolutely rubbish!!!

Most disgusting food I’ve ever ordered! Grilled chicken very dry! Shish kebab very dry! Fried chicken very dry! Only decent thing was chips and Pepsi drink! Very disappointed never again 👎🏼 Waste of money!

Great customer service by the team especially the guy today who served us. A lot of food for such cheap prize. The guy was very polite even when we became inpatient as we did order a large amount of food.

Told 20 minute wait, ended up being 50. We were literally the only customers in store. Had it to take away, should have opened the bag before leaving because no cutlery or napkins. The food tasted alright, would have been decent for the price if not for the 40 minute wait. Next day my BF got food poisoning from the fried chicken. He's been sick for over 3 days now. This place needs to up their hygiene and training of staff.

Absolute waste of time takes forever to get the food and taste "alright" nothing special just meh don't no why it takes so long cus it's not even that fresh so yes do not come here. Do not recommend at all 👎 but it is halal

The shop was quiet and we ordered our food. We sat down at a table which was dirty and nobody offered to clean it while we were there. 4 separate customers came in over the space of 25 minutes after we’d ordered and all left with their food before the guy behind the till apologised and said it would be another 5 minutes. I waited the 5 minutes and still no food. I asked him why we were having to wait for our food for 30 minutes when other people were in and out within minutes. He didn’t have a response but just another apology and said that I said it was ok to wait the 5 minutes. Food was nice at best but service was terrible

honestly this place is never a miss for me, its affordable, good quality and tastes great. the delivery is fast and they always get to me in time and most of the time the food is early! i 100% reccomend this place.

Called for my dinner today wanted kabab meat none ready dint tell me that till they had took pay for it so settled for chicken got back to work 7.50 quid lighter chicken was cold and fatty obviously yesterday totally disgusting wants closing down

My food was supposed to arrive today between 1:00 and 1:20, it never arrived despite repeated requests as to where it was. Finally cancelled the order at 3:20 pm and was told the driver couldn't find the address (it's off Ocean Road!) Never tried at this place before, it'll be my last time as well. Pathetic service and excuses.

The place is just a massacre bro I went there and waited for like 10 minutes like a statue just to not inhale as much air from that store as possible cuz the amount of stickiness in that store is insane the food was fast but guess what , the food was cold chicken was so soggy I had to throw it out of my body and I’m not even joking the bread was so oily I thought they fried the bread as-well and the chicken was so mild and tasteless even my 11 year old brother can do better than them like fr why are you even paying rent to serve some tasteless, seasonless, greasy food with bad costumer service , if I was the manager I’d rather shut down my store but ain’t me who’s paying the rent so y’all do your thing 🤷‍♂️

Ordered food for 9.25pm. Got it home the food was pink. Phoned got a new burger the guy thought there was a problem with machine. That was like 10.20pm a new one come. Then another hour wait for another burger at 11.40 - the chips was cold but the burger was warm. Didn’t eat it as I didn’t trust them after the 2nd too tbh. First time and last time :/

I'm absolutely disgusted with the manner off this place on telephone . I phoned and not best English. Was prepared to collect my food but hung up on me twice .... then refused to answer . I must say the food is average at best wen you can get a order due to language barrier open till 11.30 pm .... refusing to answer the phone .... gets you a review like this....... and highly offended being hung up on .

One of the best restaurant in whole south shield, I have ordered donner kebab with chips , garlic , chilli sauce . The donner kebab was hot and juicy🤤 . Chips with garlic and chilli sauce was like ….. oooohhhh🤤🤤Delivery within the estimated time,Will try to order again may be today itself😋

Got a meal from here and I get to the bottom of the box and there is a burnt nail inside of it and the food is just very greasy and low quality Never getting anything from here again.

Had chicken burgers a few times from here and they’re just meh, quick easy food. But anyway I got one tonight and it gave me sickness and diarrhoea! Not sure what they done with the chicken maybe wasn’t reheated properly or it was re fried but it was awful, kind of dry and it’s definitely not fresh. It’s disgusting just don’t eat here, save your pennies!

Absolutely terrible... the food was greasy than John Travoltas hair and utterly tasteless..

This place advertises that they deliver anytime now and so I called up and the person who answered hung up on me when I was asking if I could order for delivery. I then called back and asked again, the same person said that they didn't deliver until after five which is a lie. Very rude, how can you hang up on a customer who is just asking a simple question? Staff really need to be trained more because they lack any customer service skills.

Haha 😄 quality. I totally forgot I was even here, an extended boozy catch up with a mate and we finished the evening here! Canny lass behind the counter and food was decent from what I remember!

I asked for a refund after he reheated the food instead of making fresh - he refused. The chicken smelled terrible, we didn't eat and left. Worst food and worst service. Stay away

Rubbish service, huge wait time for them to get your order wrong, find out they've missed items, then find out the wings you ordered are actually fillets. Food was ok to be fair but everything around that wasn't worth the hassle

Paid £13.85 for a meal which was ment to be delivered between 12.00 and 12.30am, I rang up at 2.20am to find out where it was? '' The drivers already been 20 minutes ago (which would have made him 2 hours late also btw) and nobody answered ''.... (my doorbell is portable mate I literally had it on my knee) said we will resend it back out... Waited till 4am still no food and no refund. Don't go here people, go to SFC instead at least you know it will turn up. Thieves.

Absolutley horrible chicken, fried for 2 seconds and more rubbery than a tyre. My drink was half filled and chips where soggy. Please do not eat here

Friendly staff and good sized tasty portions.

Ordered for me and my girlfriend tonight, majority of the order was wrong so I rang up to complain, was spoken to terribly on the phone and told that they couldn’t offer any money back and would instead only deliver the food I had ALREADY paid for free of charge. Then when I asked for a refund instead of the missing items delivered so I could order elsewhere they said it was out of their hands and I’d have to speak to UberEats about it but they would tell me to “bugger off” as they said it wasn’t their mistake. Overall shocking service, late delivery and definitely WOULD NOT order from there again!

Positive first - Donner & nan was lovely some of the food was really dry. Food came really late and was really cold :( took over a hour… items we ordered was missing so rang up, was re-delivered YET still there was items missing… just really annoying so left it.. the ketchup the used in burger was really watered down but overall the burger tastes ok

Hello yesterday me and my friends we went to dixy chicken we ordered Sizzler wings one of the sizzler wings was raw and we seen blood on it its very disgusting and my sizzler wing was raw and tasted like flower and was raw too

Good place to go to if your hungry. They have chicken arguebly better than kfc and the staff there are really polite. I reccomend you to go there if you with your friend or having a family day out.

I ordered a Chicken Fillet burger with fries and a drink for around £4.99, which isn't too bad when comparing to other fast-food chains But the waiting time for the actual meal took 20-30 minutes of waiting which isn't what you expect from a "fast-food" restaurant. The chips were nice and crispy but I was disappointed with the chicken burger because the burger wasn't really that crispy and it looked a bit of a mess when I opened the box up.

Food is great for a fab price and the wait for it isnt too long either, the staff are kind and friendly too

I order from here fairly frequently and it can be a bit of a mixed bag. sometime the delivery is quick an the food is hot but annoyingly often (and more often recently) the delivers have been taking longer and the food was cold, last time the order was missing some items too. It's ok if you're eating in but I'm not going to bother with delivery anymore.

dont use this place they ripp u off by giving u old out of date bank notes for your change and chips are like rock cakes wont be going back in that back street place.

Just loved the food there! My friend Aman told me once about it and when I went there, the food was amazing.

It was restaurant's closing time when I reached. I told them I was really hungry.. The manager was so kind that he asked his staff to prepare a fresh pizza, it took around half an hour as they were already finished with work, still the pizza was very nice. Thankyou Mr. Manager.

Ordered at 21.00 was told delivery would be 1 hour. Phoned up twice because it still hasnt arrived and told both times it will be here within 5 minutes its now 22.38. Wont be ordering from here again.

Good price. Ok food becoz the chicken pieces are too salty but the burgers are good. I would suggest you to try it once and make your decision.

Me and my friend decided to order a dixy chicken on Friday evening. Since Saturday morning we have both been ill with food poisoning. We got the £23.99 deal, but regardless of which meal we got i will never order from this place again.
