Severn pizza & burger bar in Wyre Forest

We ordered from here Friday 25th August and the food was great. We ordered one tonight Wednesday 30th as we are away in the morning and it was shocking! The portion size compared to the previous night was disappointing. If you order the same thing as the week before surely it should be the same!? Very disappointed! Bring back La Villa! For £20 for a tiny kebab and chicken balls was a bit of a piss take.

Ordered food through Ubereats - another 2 of the group ordered from same place just after us. Theirs came on time so we waited to almost the latest arrival time then gave them a call - very rude man answered, couldn’t be less interested and said it would be about another half hour at least. Eventually turned up after everyone else had eaten. Food ok, small portions. Won’t be going back - you’d think they would focus more on customer service but they are obviously not bothered.

Both the burger and the pizza tasted as though they were precooked and microwaved up . Will not be ordering from them again

Absolutely shocking!!!!waited for delivery , it didn’t arrive!!! Phoned and was told that the driver could not find my house. I explained that I was waiting outside and did not see any cars pulling up…. In the end asked if I could collect order and was told “no, it’s too late” What the hell, it was supposed to be delivered 25mins ago! Asked for a refund and the reply was “no” Really unhelpful and rude!!!!

After ordering on just eat at 10:20pm, on the app it said it wasn’t going to arrive until 11:45pm-12:05am so we cancelled it, then we were charged the full amount for our order although we didn’t receive it. Then had a call from restaurant saying they won’t be receiving our money that was taken, so the contacted just eat and they said the restaurant will be compensated for the cancellation. We then called restaurant back and he said he will contact just eat and get back to us, no call back. When we call him he just ignored our calls.

Absolutely shocking service will never use here again. They will take your money and leave you hungry. Called almost 150 times user busy or phone picked up and put back down. Disgusting 😣

Best place to get kebab burgers and pizza in Stourport on seven and Kidderminster spot on and the delivery service is amazing always friendly staff

Freshest and tastiest pizzas about we have been using Severn pizza for a while now we defiantly won’t use anywhere else

Delivery was late and the garlic bread pizza had been sat keeping warm for so long that is was a carboard frizbee by the time it arrived, but the lamb kebab was nice, the chicken strips were lovely .

I’ve ordered several times from this place Via just eat and when I saw the place in person I wasn’t disappointed when I went in. They have a broad menu to choose from , staff are patient and happy to help and the quality of the food is amazing for the price and the portions are generous. If you want 5* food come here. Keep up the good work guys 10/10

I had the mixed kebab meal which includes fries and a drink. The kebab was absolutely amazing, delicious meat, fresh salad and the naan was grilled with a really nice flavour. Unlike other kebabs, they include a beef burger in the naan... I LOVE IT!

The food was absolutely delicious and arrived piping hot, I ordered football feast, First pizza Mega Meat with garlic base - very delicious . Second Full house with a lot of toppings on it!!!! love this place. always got such a friendly service, thanks and Highly recommend.

My family have had very good takeaway meals from Severn. Very good service delicious food from pizza to kebab, hot and spice chicken wings and cookies. Very good value for money and the staff all work very hard and are very polite deliver a good service. Thank you 😁

Food came super quick and piping hot despite living a couple of miles away. Brought it up to our flat. Delicious food, definitely would recommend

My family & i thought we'd try the newly opened pizza kebab & burger bar in stourport high st & were pleasantly surprised with the overall quality, service & value for money. The extensive menu offers something for everyone & its open from 12 noon -11pm every day. Give it a try, u won't b disappointed! 👍
