Loved the food here. Chef is a Michelin rated chef and prepares the most amazing dishes here.

Food was really average. The worst feeling is when you come away from a restaurant feeling like you could have cooked a more complex, delicious dish at home. My scallop starter was ICE cold and the broth was bland and flavourless. The risotto was nice, but really something I could have made myself. Unfortunately the service is really what let this place down, we had to ask two or three times for our glass of wine (took about 20 minutes to come out) and nobody asked how our starter was, if they had bothered to ask, the dish would have been sent back. There was a real lack of attention, small things like removing crumbs from the table make a difference. When there are only a few tables to serve, there is no excuse for poor service. Overall, it was a disappointing evening. Worth noting the environment was also dreary and dull, zero atmosphere and uncomfortably hot and stuffy. I can see why they've lost their michelin star.

Something is going very wrong here... We booked the set lunch menu with drinks included via The Fork to celebrate a birthday. This was confirmed by the restaurant itself over a week ahead. We were only informed on arrival that they were not doing the set menu, only a la Carte. Very strange seeing as they have the set menu on the board outside their own restaurant! A heated discussion ensued, in which we contemplated trying to find another restaurant (very difficult, last minute with a group of people). They also had the cheek to say that they wouldn't charge a cancellation fee.The maitre d spoke to the chef & said that they could offer the set menu with the options of Scotch Broth to start (this was fine), or Terrine (bland). Mains was either Shepherds Pie (this was tasty) or Plaice (literally 4 fillets of Plaice in breadcrumbs, nothing else!). Desserts were nice but very rich. All in all, not a great experience. The table next to us had also booked the set menu. Classic bait and switch.

Food is a bit rough, not like the images show online. The service is good, the manager kindly changed the stinky steak.

I went expecting rich people shocked or surprised can’t put a word on it was my birthday then 2 black men came out and handed me a birthday gift it was big and long interested I looked inside there it was the black thing I had wanted it wanted and it was a birthday cake this place is great

We have been coming here for years, never a dud meal. Last visit was for the tasting menu, I think it was the best meal I have ever eaten, it was magnificent. I would rather one meal here than 3 elsewhere.

I went for a birthday lunch, and even though it was a two-course lunch menu due to time constraints, the appetizer for the 2nd course was beautifully presented and the food was absolutely delightful. The taste was exquisite, and the beautifully decorated plates added to the experience. The perfectly cooked fish just melted in my mouth. The staff was incredibly welcoming and provided us with exceptional service. What surprised me even more was the handwritten birthday card from the restaurant staff, which will undoubtedly be a lifelong memory. It's truly an amazing place. I've been to many Michelin-starred restaurants, but this one stands out without a doubt. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend it to others.

Very attentive service, excellent turbot, and perfect cocktails.

I have been dining for the fist time at this amazing restaurant. I order the set menu with the add of one extra course. The food was very good, amazing ingredients, everything prepared with care and amazing presentation. The front of house team was very caring and I was surprise by the professional work from the young girl that was serving us. Amazing wine cart. I definitely suggest this restaurant.

The food and service are good, but there's so much better in London at this price range. I've eaten better at places half the cost.

I celebrated my birthday with my mother there on a weekday lunch. We both ordered the set lunch 3 course menu at £ 59. (+ service) Food was delicious! They had ran out of their house champagne so substituted it for another bottle for the same price, which I thought was a great touch and also exquisite! We particularly enjoyed the skate wing dish, the petits fours and the attentive service! Note: if you are looking for a place with ambiance, I’d say this is not the place but if you want to eat good food and have a business or intimate lunch ( during weekday) it is a great go to place. ( maybe it’s more vibrant on weekends / evenings?)

I celebrated a special family birthday here last Saturday. The food and service was exceptional, nice intimate restaurant with just the right amount of formality.

Visited here for lunch using a gift voucher hoping for the same standards of service you would expect from a 1* Michelin restaurant. On arrival we were pointed to a table, offered water and then left for a good amount of time. Eventually our waiter arrived and asked to confirm the voucher details linked to our booking. Afterward he produced a little card with a set course menu for us to choose from. We made our selection and he asked if we wanted any wine, to which we said no but we were not offered any alternative such as soft drinks/juices etc. The first dish was a pre-starter gazpacho which was great. However, as I was still eating, my partners bowl was taken and she was also told "Let me take this as your starter is now ready". I carried on eating and had pieces of cutlery being laid around me for the upcoming course which was a bit uncomfortable. Despite this the starter was as enjoyable as the gazpacho, as was the main/dessert. But the pace of delivery was just all over the shop. I don't know if this was because we were deemed less important for being a voucher paying guest or if the service in general just isn't that good. Nevertheless, we wanted to add a tip (as this wasn't included on our bill) but this wasn't acknowledged sadly. As a whole, despite feeling the food was certainly enjoyable - the overall experience would be easily forgotten.

Our first night in London was topped off with our amazing experience at Seven Park Place. Service was top notch and the food was incredible. The lamb was easily the best I ever had in my life. We left with our bellies & hearts full! Will definitely make a return visit next time we are in London.

Honestly one of my most favourite Michelin restaurants in London. It is very discrete in a quiet location. The food is executed so well. It is no fuss, just focused on bringing out the best of the ingredients. Continues to be great. Perfect for a special occasion. Also I have so many dietary restrictions that they took it all into consideration. Was brilliant!

Top food. Top food value. Top service. If the review would be for food and service only, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately the restaurant has a Horrible value for most of the wine: Take 1 pay for 5. Upon arrival I pointed out 'I do not want to be ripped off on the wine' and that 'I would prefer spending £300 on a nice bottle instead of wine pairing.' Sommelier assured that the wine pairing is a better deal and so I decided to go with it 🤦🏻‍♂️ The 'once in a lifetime' £300 wine pairing! Unless you want a taste of an 1882 vintage port (photo), it is not worth it. Not including the port the retail value is £60. Better spend £300 on a legendary bottle from the wine list and skip the port unless you are a port Fanatic. Or why not get both a bottle of white and red 2 at £150 each. That way you also will avoid running out of wine during your meal... Last I had such a horrendous wine pairing deal was at 'Geranium' which at the moment is named the best restaurant in the world. I paid £500 and got served wine for £100 💸 Restaurant serve only sweet deserts. No cheese 🪤 I will be back soon to enjoy the food and one of the top bottles from the wine list 😋

Loved it all! We received a fantastic experience from the moment we were greeted by the friendly staff to the moment we waved goodbye. The staff managed to pull off a perfect balance between personable and professional. They were keen to interact with diners but did not at any time slip into becoming too friendly. They were very attentive but we never felt we were awkwardly watched. The food was amazing, as you would expect at this level. Each course was delivered faultlessly and with an explanation to fully appreciate the chef's aspirations. It almost felt like each course turned over a new page in a novel with a sweet ending. I could say so much more, but do not want to spoil the experience. Highly recommended :)

Very enthused staff Changed my booking as I got into London early. Arrived at 1200, first problem, reception were taking an age to book clients in and there were no signs directing di ers to the restaurant. Eventually found my own way into the restaurant. I was first. And staff were clearly not ready for me as they were in an archway chatting and took quite a while to eventually see me, saying that, this was the only negative in a very good experience. The venue is gently decorated in reasonably subtle decor. The menu choice was always going to be the Gourmand. I started off with three amuse bouche followed by a surprise extra game soup, which was superb. Each individual course, served at a perfect rate, was well presented and beautifully flavoured. I was interested in the fact they did meat fish meat which was unusual. I am not usually a particular fan of cooked apple, but my goodness the apple tart was quite sensational. The mocktail was one of the nicest I have ever had. Toilets were small but beautifully presented. Staff very attentive and chatty Great experience

The staff are so welcoming, friendly, polite and make you feel so amazingly important. They go above and beyond in their customer service. The whole meal was exceptional and the drinks were fantastic. By far the best restaurant experience I have had in a long time.

Absolutely perfect. The ambience was very smart and comfortable, the service and staff were elegant and attentive, and the food was just outstanding. I particularly liked the foie gras and the banana parfait - the parfait reminded of banana fritters I had as a kid. I really loved this restaurant and I will definitely come back again. Fries are delicious! Burger is not good at all. Cheesecake has too much lemon. The fries are really good though.

Some pros and cons so ended up with a 3-star rating. On the positive side, the ambience is lovely and service is by and large decent (though not superb for an establishment of this level). Food was a let down for both of us (we both found all the courses too salty; dessert was a tad too sweet and flavours could have been better balanced overall). Was surprised that they don't offer a vegetarian option on the menu for their set lunch - but if you ask for it they do have one vegetarian dish for each course available. Just pray that it's something you like as it's your only option! Overall, a decent enough place for meat eaters who like their food quite salty, and if you've not had much exposure to the world of fine dining, you should be reasonably happy with this place. But wouldn't be back as there are in fact much better options around.

A seven course celebration of Britain's finest produce. Turning a French fine-dining menu on its head, The Menu Gourmand, was cooked entirely without meat. It was bliss with every bite. The star of the show, A Pithivier of Artichoke stuffed with Duxelles Mushrooms took the fungus I adore to another hemisphere. Out of the two desserts, the Whipped Vanilla Cheesecake with Strawberries and Crumble is a keeper. One I could wake up next to for the rest of my days. Aside from the genius cookery of William Drabble, the wine pairing was spot on. Incredible service from Matteo and the team made the evening one to remember. Five stars for Seven Park Place.

My wife and I stopped by for lunch. It was a fantastic experience. The place is fantastic down to the smallest detail. Their bar is a sight to behold. Following our lunch, we were invited to visit their kitchen, where all food preparation takes place; it is enormous and immaculate.

I would like to thank all the staff for the lovely experience you all gave me and my granddaughter on Saturday. Wonderful food and atmosphere and you were all so very helpful and friendly. We both enjoyed it so much something nice to remember for my BIG birthday. The card and little gift were a lovely thought and I will keep them although I don’t need reminders. I would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to celebrate quietly, a special day. 🤗👍🤗 Christine Faulkner

A beautiful restaurant hidden away down a side street, the atmosphere is very intimate and the staff very knowledgeable and attentive. The restaurant is cosy and well decorated, but the best thing is of course the food. Each course was very tasty and we never felt rushed at all they even ask if we wanted to take a break between courses which I thought was a nice touch. I would also recommend the wine pairing as this worked exceptionally well with each meal, but the Sommelier is extremely knowledgeable and would be able to suggest any of the wine they have on offer. All in all a lovely evening and I am looking forward to visiting again.

I don't give 5 stars, but this place deserves every single one. We were sat at the bar, a nice setting and atmosphere, before our meal and had a great cocktail, very smooth and tasty. Once sat at our table we have picked the wine pairing with the 7 course meniu, the food was delicious and perfectly explained as well as the wine pairing that complemented the food. The service was absolutely excellent and without a fault, we have expressed our gratitude for a very well job done, would not believe the staff has only 3 weeks there. All of this over a 3h45min experience in a very nice and cosy environment. Highly recommend, it is worth every penny.

Great experience. I would expect that people like me using vouchers would be treated differently but no, great experience. The pork cheeks were out of this world.

Fine dining, memorable, tasty food, super service, smart place!

Last night went for a meal at @sevenparkplace in the @stjameshotelandclub , a lovely little hotel near Mayfair, we had to have the Tasting menu as that's the only menu available on the weekend, The food was fantastic and full of flavour the first course which was Lobster was probably the best Lobster I have ever had, the service was friendly and very helpful, (gave us a very good wine choice) the restaurant not being that busy still had a lovely and relaxed atmosphere, all in all I would 100% recommend this place its was a fantastic evening.

Lunched with friends at this comfortable, Michelin-starred restaurant near Green Park. Very quiet at the moment, which I liked. Various menu options available but the three course set menu with wine pairing provided excellent value for food of this quality. Service was unobtrusive and pleasant. Not our first visit and definitely not our last.

We had a great lunch here today. It was delicious. Best chocolate desert and lobster soup. My partner had delecious and tender beef with mash patatoes. Also the lady who served the table with the waiter were very kind with us even though we were there with Virgin experience vaucher. Highly recomend.

Very bad experience! Were going to give them a try for a special lunch. Called to let them know there was traffic on the roads nearby (and closed roads etc)! One of the waiters Christopher said to go in still, when we got there nobody was around to even greet us at the entrance, place is hard to find as well. Then you wonder in and there’s nobody around at the entrance or bar area. Then we finally go inside and try to speak to Christopher who pretends to be busy so another waitress comes to us finally saying they just closed the kitchen and we can sit at the bar however, she will charge the £90 non show fee. There was nobody at the bar, so not impressive. She was plain rude. However, in the main restaurant there were still people enjoying their lunch, at least two or three tables of people. Service doesn’t seem impressive! Might be wrong but I am not tempted to even attempt to book. Also, I was trying to book somewhere else for ages, half an hour, and I wasn’t able to as the waitress probably forgot to do her job properly. She was only interested in charging the £90 non-show and close the place until dinner when they reopen.

order delivery. Try to ask if they can serve some bread, but no serve. Ok, it's fine. But i can not accept the restaurant doesn't put any cutlery set. Taste a little worse than setting in.

Fabulous 3 course lunch today, lovely service

Obscenely good food. The scallops starter was rich enough to be a main course. NOt been back in a while , must save up! We had a Spanish wine called Toro during the main course and I have tried to find it online, superb.

The welcome was real, the food was out of this world!! Our Sommelier was outstanding... he nailed every course with the perfect accompaniment ... I would not hesitate to recommend.... we’ve booked again for Christmas. Bravo !

Food was as excellent as I’d remembered from years ago, but service was just bare minimum, so don’t think it deserves its star. No attempt to make the lunch more special than any other restaurant. Not a premium experience which is a shame as the food is fantastic.

Their AC was broken on one of the hottest days in the year. I don’t normally sweat a lot but my shirt was soaked. When you pay that kind of money (it was expensive even for a Michelin starred restaurant) for a meal you expect to enjoy the experience and certainly did not. At least buy a fan while it gets fixed!

Worst experience ever! Outside 31 degrees Celsius inside 34 degrees! I don't think anybody can have dinner at 34 degrees. Apart from this I don't think that the employees should work fully dressed at that temperature. Please stay at home or if you want to visit the restaurant do it when it's cold outside as they are not using air con due to health reasons related with covid. Please keep the restaurant closed if you can't trade properly. You don't deserve the Michelin Star at all.

Best £70 I’ve ever spent (gastronomically) phenomenal

Had dinner last night. We both opted for the seven course gourmand menu. It was superb and very course was delicious. My stand out was the John Dory and my companion, the lobster. This is a seriously good restaurant and the room is lovely. Wine list excellent and our sommelier Nono was a delight and her recommendations spot on. This is one of the best restaurants in London.

Highly recommend, simply incredible! Went for the 2 course lunch menu and both the starters were delicious. The pork cheek dish mains was outstanding, rich, tender and with perfection in flavour and taste. (The Salmon mains dish was also great but nothing compared to the other dishes). The staff were super lovely. Alessandro and Nona gave superb service and so friendly. We will definitely be back again to try the famous 7 course tasting menu. Thank you!

From hero to zero. Excellent start with a good consomme and starter (makerel), mostly solid main dish though nothing noteworthy. The desert was very cold and completely tasteless. The espresso was a coffee and the English breakfast tea was colorless even after letting it sit for 15 min. The wines were solid, but were only a semi match to the dishes. Overall 70 pounds per person for a lunch that is overall average and certainly disappointing for a michelin star restaurant.

Individually the food was ok to good but somehow the combination felt quite heavy. The bread also felt like days old bread. Fois gras, pork and venison was on the better end and the snacks and consumes were a bit of a let down. The tables are also super close so felt a bit cramped. We were not wowed but it also wasn’t that bad. Staff were lovely. Would give 3.5 stars if possible.

Wonderful experience in classic modern British style of cooking ! I love the soufflé here ! Also the starters are light and delicate ! The main course are hearty and a lovely glass of red wine will cut through it ! Beautiful experience

Service almost impeccable. Atmosphere lacking. Food pleasant and beautifully presented but rather uninspiring in the taste department. One or two courses were great but little to make us go wow. Wine paring with tasting menu OK but not great... I've had much better.

So awful we had to leave without taking our seat or even glancing at the menu. We waited 15 minutes for a simple glass of housr wine in the bar (3 servers and only 3 occupied tables) Then when we moved into the restaurant, my friend left to use the facilities and nobody approached me to offer a glass of water, proffer a menu, acknowledge that I was there as a single lady, smile my way even. I have received better welcomes in old people's homes. There is a serious problem with front of house and bar organisation at this establishment. Such a shame as we understand the food to be excellent. But we gave up on that experience due to awful service at our point of entry

Apart from my venison main (which I suspect is because I’m not comfortable with rare meats other than beef), the food was incredible. The courses in between were divine, with the artichoke soup being my highlight of the night. The scallops were the best I can remember I’ve had. My passion fruit soufflé dessert was delicious but so enormous in size, I could only manage 2 bites. And yes, the soufflé fills the entire dish down to the bottom! The staff were fantastic bar one, due to his cringe worthy attempt at being pretentious. Expect intimate settings, maybe slightly too intimate for some as there were a few awkward moments with staff hovering too close. Overall, great food and we will be revisiting. Prices reasonable for the standard delivered.

An interesting & Happy luncheon experience in London, food was great more like french style I guess, staff was helpful, cleanliness was ok, price? Its London it is expensive The only think why I gave 4* it is because I found a little bit dirt in my tea cup, I am not tht fussy, I just clean it by my self Overall, its quite interesting place and experience, will I go back?? Maybe...:)

Lovely building and great restaurant interior. Very intimate and the lighting is perfect. Staff very friendly and not at all pretenous or snobby. All dishes were beautifully presented and very tasty. Go ready to eat as it's a lot of food! Space is to be redone and moved to lower level and work is to begin in a few months. Visit soon! Highly recommended.

I did the tasting menu and they were nice enough to accommodate for my shellfish allergy on the spot. All great dishes and the petit fours at the end were lovely. what a joke! avoid this one! I made business dinner arrangement for my clients! one moment my booking was confirmed without any credit card guarantee; then 3 hours later they ask me for credit card , then 1 minute later they cancelled my booking, without asking me...when i call them, they said they don’t know what’s going on! I already send invitation to my clients!! such unprofessional booking experience, avoid this one! never book again
