Cancelled my ordered 10 minutes before it was due and turned off new orders. Can't be bothered to get the full menu onto Uber to order either. Everywhere in Newport market is turning into a joke. Left me an hour late with no food this evening, I wouldn't have ordered if I had known it would be cancelled!

To be honest I only had the fried chicken from here as we sampled things from everywhere but it was absolute gorgeous, nice spice to it as well, will try more items on next return definitely

The food smells amazing. However when my food arrived, It looked like a piece of chicken was taken out of the meal. I tried calling them to complain about this but nobody picked up. In the end, I had to eat it regardless cos it cost money. The food however is a 10/10. Loved it.

Nice place, but let down a bit by navigating through the building, alot of people get confused so wasn't just us, which goes to show they really need to update the signs. Rooms were OK although appearing outdated, pillows were deformed and rock hard, the towl rail didn't work, bathroom extractor didn't work either and a gap in the window so things are showing the age or lack of maintenance, walls are very thin, even in our friends room you could hear people talking a d the tv, could hear people walking in corridor at nighttime and flushing toilets. Nice cheap frills hotel unless other areas were better than where we stayed in. You have to precook all activities in advanced too as the availability on the day cannot be guaranteed

The tall male member of staff is the least interested retail staff person i have ever come across, needs re training he is definitely no barista that's for sure. You are working in a hospital with many customers already stressed and upset, and at £5.50 a cup you could at the very least say hello or even smile a little. Oh and learn to make coffee correctly.

Try to avoid, or be cautious of what you buy. I bought a seafood fried rice a few days back and spent 3 days in hospital. Don’t recommend at all.

Check your prices, many times they have offers and when you go to pay its at the higher price and not even more card offers either. It's happend to us probably 15 times in the last 6 months. See photos had to call someone to change it. If your in a hurry you probably wouldn't notice. Not saying they do it on purpose but...... staff just can't be bothered to help. They make you feel guilty for asking. Everything is just too much trouble. Store is always messy and it really smells sometimes of sewers. Literally the only reason I go is because it's on my way home. MORE REASONS is their slogan. Definitely NO REASONS.
