Burger King in Newport

tried to deliver to their own address and wouldn't redeliver to my actual address due to Just Eat error.

You need to prewarn customers you r asking for codes as I didnt have my phone on me .. u never asked for this before

Originally said food will be wit me at 5.05 and was delivered at 5.50 was missing 2 lots of onion rings and all burgers and chips were stone cold and in edible the only thing that was ok was a bottle of warm Diet Coke. What a waste of £34

This was the longest I’ve ever had to wait for our food the delivery was so very poor had me waiting for hours!

This place is like none other it’s super clean and very well organised and the staff are so lovely! and when we ordered our food it come super fast and also hot and the presentation was very good, the food was also super tasty and i will definitely be coming back!!

Shocking portions as usual and hardly any cheese sauce. Absolutely unbelievable prices for the portions you get. The only reason we reorder is due to enjoying the taste of the food but the portions is a huge issue and the prices are way above realistic for quality and what you get for your money. Most expensive food chain

fuming that my food says it was delivered but I didn't receive the order.

Order never came rang the store and they said it was upto the driver not them. My wife is pregnant and this made them distraught and upset as you can imagine, ended up having to cook a random fry up from the left overs in the house so they didnt have a breakdown. this isn't the first time so won't be using this application again unless my concerns are addressed.

I ordered from Burger King for the first time a few weeks ago. Delivery and quality were amazing. Today my food arrived cold which was very disappointing. Courier was on a bicycle which probably slowed him down. Everything was alright after I put the meal in the microwave to warm it up but then the burger bun went soft.

We waited 1 hour 30 mins for order,tracking information was saying delivery driver at Burger King from 10 mins after we placed order,contacted Burger King spoke to a lady who was very helpful and told us that our food had gone, but as it’s so late he prob delivered to wrong address but tracking was still saying he was at Burger King. The lady I spoke to said they have contacted just eat about the same complaint as mine on several occasions, but nothing obviously has been done about it

absolutely shocking service food was at the restaurant for an hour. delivery guy drove up a one-way Street the wrong way food was cold. never ordering from burger king again.

the order was TWO HOURS LATE, I called the restaurant they said the courier had accepted then cancelled the order, the driver then delivered the order two hours after purchase and it was stone cold & completely inedible i won’t be using just eat again, no option to cancel the order or phone number to contact customer service not even a chat bot to resolve the issue.Very disappointed

Delivery by bike left Burger King , I followed along in map , driver then stopped before bridge and waiting 4 minutes and went back to Burger King to pick up another delivery then actually delivered my food stone cold and lied when I asked why he went back to burger king for not happy

It was all cold and in all honesty the order was wrong too, I asked for no cheese on the food due to allergy’s and it had cheese on it.
