Burger King in Newport

order arrived very late, and cold

Luke warm and missing items which has been a regular occurrence whether from delivery or pick up for the last few years.

Shouldn’t offer delivery this far out. Food cold on arrival.

Lovely food. Massive burger. Good value for money. Friendly driver.

Sandwiches were okay, but fries were cold and old.

Wasn’t delivered although said delivered!

Don't advertise that delivery time is between 20-35 mins when placing the order when it won't be that. Food come 2 hours after I ordered it.

Waited nearly 2 hours for the food. Every time I checked the estimated arrival time it added on 5-10 minutes. Upon receiving the food it was cold and the fries were barely cooked.

Burger was black burnt , too overcooked and impossible to eat it , ended up in the rubbish bin, and myself with no dinner.

2 hours I've been waiting for this food for it to come completely cold I'm appalled I paid nearly 40 pound for cold soggy food just eat you need to sort this

Chip were lovely & squidgy & spicy mayo was gd but just eat drivers took awhile to pick up so lettuce spoiled on the chicken royale

I ordered at 15:30 and the order said it would be with me by 16:00...the food was not with me until 16:45. The expected time just kept going up and up. I shouldnt be waiting over an hour for a burger. Really unhappy

I ordered a vegan whopper and a beef whopper which were wrapped alternately, as the order was very late (took nearly 1.5 hrs) I stupidly took a bite of the beef and realised what it was before swapping back with my husband who’d ordered the beef. The packaging was all wrong and all I got was a partial credit as rectification!

fastest delivery i've ever had, perfect service, it said he was leaving the store then the next minute he was already outside

The food took 2 hours and 20 minutes and was clearly made at time of order. Just eat refused to refund despite no courier being at restaurant so food shouldn’t have been started

I'm absolutely fed up of getting the wrong order. Or the order messed up somehow. If you have the choice to leave something off when you order it why is to hard to do that? I personally haven't had a correct meal delivered yet. And I've yet to have a cold coke or hot fries.

Good food and fairly clean restaurant but service is always so slow in this place. Have to avoid on my breaks because even with minimal people in store it still takes about 10 minutes just to get served. Not sure if they’re just understaffed or what but don’t bother coming here unless you have half an hour to wait for food.

This place is like none other it’s super clean and very well organised and the staff are so lovely! and when we ordered our food it come super fast and also hot and the presentation was very good, the food was also super tasty and i will definitely be coming back!!

Shocking portions as usual and hardly any cheese sauce. Absolutely unbelievable prices for the portions you get. The only reason we reorder is due to enjoying the taste of the food but the portions is a huge issue and the prices are way above realistic for quality and what you get for your money.
