Haven't had an issue with previous orders, but on this occasion we waited an hour and 45 minutes for our food to be delivered. Phoned and asked why the delay, the girl on the phone said "were really busy" but offered no apology at all. Why acknowledge with a 40 minute wait when it's twice the time I'm afraid we won't be ordering again from you.

I had some southern fried chicken which was overcooked, hard and dry and yet the skin was soggy, making me think it was reheated in a microwave, and husband ordered peri peri chicken which was raw in the middle. Definitely won't be having food from these again

I had a terrible experience with Seven Fish and Chips. I ordered a meal that was supposed to include a piece of fish, but instead, they sent a bag of chips as a replacement without even contacting me. It felt like they just threw in whatever was left over. When I tried to get in touch to resolve the issue, they were already closed, leaving me with no way to address the problem. Very disappointing service—won’t be ordering from here again.

Mostly inedible worse batter ever

The chips and kebab meat was very very good and hot as well as battered sausage and the velvet cake was 5* will definately order again

The Courier was very pleasent and the food was delivered early

Everything was lovely. Apart from the kebab, unwrapping it was horrible all the paper was covered in grease it had leaked through. The dinner was over cooked and hard so was the pitta.

just to make it clear the chipshop was not to blame . the problem was the number of my house did not transfer to the delivery information . they tried to phone me 3 times for house number unfortunately i missed the calls .

Scallops are solid been there for time clearly, same for the pies abit of a hit and Miss when it comes to a nice pie, chips are disgusting like on the verge of un edible

We have used this restaurant numerous times and the service & food quality has always been excellent. This order, however, was 40 minutes late, and one tub of curry sauce was missing and the other actually contained baked beans.

Got the order wrong. Regular coke instead of diet. No sauce on kebab. JustEat then wouldn't refund despite photo evidence. This place has really gone downhill. Won't be ordering again.

Recently most of my orders have been incorrect or I have been given the wrong thing. Just today my mother only got a portion of chips and a small pot of curry sauce and everything was just fine until we found the rubber band in our chips. Absolutely stupid.

Delivery driver was very friendly

Had three cones of chips from here this lunch time, chips cold and ended up being thrown away, you may be the cheapest chippy for a simple cone of chips, but what the hell is the use when they are not even warm, and what's with the utterly rude staff member, she wears round spectacles and doesn't know the meaning of please and thank you!! and as for this stupid business of spraying vinegar on fish and chips, it's absolutely stupid, we end carrying our own sachets of salt and vinegar to put extra on if we are having chips open. I'm afraid you have lost three very loyal customers, we are taking our business elsewhere

We had a delivery tonight and it was horrible it went in the bin we had a chicken kebab in a pitta with salad and chips and curry sauce and Peas well the chicken was rock hard and we had medium chilli sauce and it was hotter that hell the salad was 2 bits of tomato one was a base of a tomato 3 bits of cucumber and a few strands of lettuce the chips were stale a not a lot for a large chips and the mushy peas were just slop not even a full pea in them the curry sauce was ok my son had a cheeseburger and that was average so won't be using again

Terrible service didn’t deliver half the food rest was cold as normal was told would get a full refund by then to only get a tiny amount refunded dont no who to blame for that as seven said I will get full refund then just eat say only part

Bad chippy do not go their had a burger and it’s covered in ketchup when I asked for a little also it was still pink inside!!, the chips are stone cold use to be a nice chippy it’s gone downhill don’t know how people still go their won’t be going their again!

Kebab wrap was delicious and a very generous portion, scallops were good but the chips were awful. Never had a problem with this chippy before so not sure what happened. They looked a few hours old.

Place looked and felt of a high standard. The staff were polite and helpful. The meat was great but the chios were not the best.

Parts of it was cold and ordered Mac cheese bites but got mozzarella bites instead

the pie I ordered was rock hard I could not cut into it and the meat inside was dry like it had been reheated a number of times.

The app needs to be on sync with the restaurant

Gone massively downhill. Chicken was cold, dry like it had been left and reheated. Wasn’t medium and was way too spicy. Chips cold. Couldn’t eat it so went in the bin. Gave them another chance after last one went in the bin. Won’t use again. When they first started doing it it was perfect. Now they seem to of lost all standards. Avoid would be my suggestion. Can’t keep selling inedible food and expect customers to stay.

The food cooked perfectly and still warm . My Kebab was a little salty for my taste.

I have always loved your chips until today. We have had lots of meals from you and never been disappointed. Today they were dry and very hard. Possibly been left in the back of chip drip tray too long and dried up.

where is the fish... who pays 16 pounds for chips

Foods ok price is good delivery is awful soooo slow average is about 1.5 hours sometimes even worse

We used to always order from here and it was always really nice but the last 2 times we’ve ordered it has taken a long time to come and has come and is barely warm and not fresh at all. I’m not sure if new people have taken over but it’s a shame as it used to be lovely fresh hot food. Won’t be ordering again 😕

Need to improve on pizza base, Pizza toppings are good Base is like frozen base bit hard to eat. Their burgers are nice

As I was ordering food the girl taking my order was picking at her face with chewed nails and flaking nail polish..put me right off, shame as I do enjoy my meals from there...5/1/24....

ordered fish chips and curry sauce, potato scallop and curry sauce and 1 can if diet coke and 1 can of coke. Received 1 large portion of chips 3 pieces of fish, no potato scallop 1 curry sauce . Curry sauce was cold, chips barely warm and fish edible! At least the drinks were acceptable! Not happy! Won't be ordering again!

Food was all soggy and bad quality

Greasy food, samosas were soft mushy and had no crispiness to them, chips had no salt and vinegar on even though requested, Naan kebab was small with watered down sauce on tatty bits of leaf and onion no tomato or cucumberin the salad, pizzas arrived with the main food bag on top of them causing the cheese to stick to The lid of the nox, pizza was also on the thin side and did not feel like a large pizza.

What order had no food delivered

Fish was inedible as cold, tough and tasted like it had stood under a bulb for 3 days, chips were ok but luke warm

Scampi was lovely.chips let it down, i wont eat the ones that have eyes and brown things so over half of chips were binned it was a ridiculous amount for the portion size.the order was also late.

My order didn't taste good. I ordered the hot wings and chips. The hot wings felt like cardboard my daughter couldn't eat. The chips were just meh..I will say the portion sizes for the chips were good. I could share with 2 ppl if you wanted. I was pleased with the periperi chicken - a bit too tangy but was better than the wings. Delivery takes a while, too.

We have food here pretty much every week . Tonight food to me is not acceptable. The sausages are absolutely vile . Everyone chucked them are trying them . Chips and cheese there was hardly any cheese . We love this place but tonight’s food is hideous

Once the food actually arrived, it was cold and dried up. One item was also incorrect. Waited a long time for food that was disappointing which is surprising considering the food is normally good from here. A shame.
