Ping On Chinese Takeaway in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Ordered a Thai Red Curry and received chicken in a sweet chilli sauce so that was disappointing. The salt and pepper chips tasted pretty plain too. Overall the food was fine but for the price expected better.

Ordered pork balls which was a bit small and soggy and special curry which the onions were hard and the sauce was watery. Sorry to sound picky but not usual standard

Not only did the food arrive late causing us to call twice because it said the food had been delivered, when it did finally arrive, the sauce that came with the peking duck was definitely not hoisin sauce, it was some kind of stock instead!

used for many years with a couple of hiccups - one today - ordered at 1700 for 1805 del, 1 online chat and 2 phone calls -order arrived at 1915hrs driver given food 15 min earlier! will certainly think twice about continued custom.

Late delivery, poor quality and quite overpriced compared to other local options and definitely not worth it. Maybe caught them on a bad day, but I won’t be going back to find out.

We ordered from Ping on for the first time after recommendations from our neighbour. Throughly enjoyed it !! Will be ordering again and also when it came the food was piping hot and delicious

Driver spoke very bad English, didn’t know left from right, we had to walk over a mile to meet him at a barrier he said was locked. Barrier is electric you just drive upto it and it opens !

If you like subtle flavours in your chinese food then this might be the place for you... for me, it was too bland in flavour. The only thing that had flavour was the garlic rice. And £5 just for a (not so) large pot of sauce?!

The restaurant is only 5 minutes away but it took over an hour and half to get our delivery. Despite calling for an update, was told within 15 minutes but it took another 20 minutes.

Gets a bad rep, but definitely my favourite local Chinese. Definitely order from them directly as all the apps are 30%+ more expensive vs calling up and either collecting it or a delivery. Note that they are cash only

Keeps coming up as delivery available to us but everytime we make an order they accept it and a minute later cancel it leaving us out of pocket for several days while waiting for a refund and with no food. Reasons keep changing. Need to sort out their radius and advertise properly.

Little bit gutted, chicken in black bean tasted purely of soy sauce no chilli or any other flavour, not like any I've had before. It was quite unpleasant and didn't eat it. Wasted my money - Friday night ruined 😒

Overall a positive experience, food was delivered early from the extremely long lead time they gave themselves but still only about normal. It was hot and well packaged. While tasty enough the quality was only very average or below, what you would expect, nothing to write home about. The major downside was the ludicrously high prices, absolutely outrageous, which is why I've marked it down to remind myself. If it was out of this world super tasty to justify it then maybe. But no, not even close

very small portion over priced had crispy shreaded chicken which came in a small plastic tub half filled with sweet and sour sauce and carrots batter was very soggy .house special fried rice came in tub slightly bigger than small all bean sprouts and bamboo shoot tiny bits of chicken no duck no egg no beef had 2 spring rolls all beansprouts with tiniest bits of chicken and prawn crackers total was £30 wont be using again

AWFUL ! Do not go here unless u want ur chips to come looking like they have been put in an oven for 2 mins and then taken straight out to then play a game of boxing. Called up to ask where it was. Then called up to say the order was wrong and somehow it’s my fault !? Very rude on phone. Didn’t want to do anything to help. Worst Chinese in the world

Really small place tucked in the corner of a side street but wow - food is great (take away only) and the staff (lad from Leeds) really friendly and helpful. Fully recommend and will use regularly now I've stumbled across this little gem.

This has got to be the worst Chinese I've ever had n taste on anything, ordered a Singapore curry it definitely wasn't a Singapore it was I bought chicken balls they where the size of a 10pence piece no chicken just batter absolutely rotten waste of 35 quid don't waste your money

We ordered food before 7pm for asap delivery - we were told there was a delay and food would not arrive until 8.30 - 8.45pm, which was already a long time to wait. The time was then updated to 8.45 - 9.05pm. Food hadn't arrived by 9.05, we called the restaurant, the food actually arrived around 9.20pm, over 2.5 hours after ordering. We weren't offered any compensation or even a small free item (not even free prawn crackers which most places do automatically if you spend £20+).

The order arrived 1,5 hours after placing the order(on Valentines Night). But this was the first time, when I received crispy fries, so that was a massive positive surprise!

The delivery of the food was on time. Food arrived still warm and had a nice level of spices. The meats in the special chown mein had that “strange” taste that is typical for Chinese restaurants, but besides that the noodles came with lots of vegetables, which was really nice. We also ordered the crispy beef in the sweet and sour sauce: the meat ratio could have been more generous, but from a taste perspective, this was a decent 6.5/10

Really impressed … the chicken tasted like chicken , it wasn’t stringy like some other take aways I could mention! The black bean sauce actually tasted of black beans . Singapore rice was nicely spiced . Really enjoyed a take away for taste rather than just convenience of not having to cook !

Worst food ever from Chinese takeaway, chicken sweetcorn soup was just watery no taste to it, salt and pepper prawns had no taste, wasted £45 to go in the bin

Low quality. Small portions. Zero taste. My order was just under £50 and was all inedible, cold and tasteless. Oh and not to mention missing items. £50 and no prawn crackers! Call restaurant to complain, they say “tell just eat nothing I can do” not interested in missing items, food being cold, bland and portions being so small. Salt and pepper chicken cost £10 and had 7 pieces of popcorn chicken sized meat. Much better places locally
